Great location! Walking distance to various restaurants, bars, shops and the metro station. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful with guests. The lobby is inviting and the bar and restaurant are very convenient if you want to grab a quick bite to eat or drink. My room was small but very clean and exactly what I needed for my stay.

Excellent Hotel, good breakfast there is a great variety of dishes, you can choose if you want to have light breakfast or just fruits, the rooms are small but comfortable for a business trip or couple, is in front of a square and rent bikes very comfortable, there is always Taxis available for the area excellent location, I highly recommend it.

Good Hotel, clean, nice, however the rooms just a little small if you are going to be some more time, for work trips is perfect. Good Internet Connection and good location, with many nearby places to eat, culture, leisure, etc.

It is a very central place if you go for work, the staff is friendly and the rooms comfortable, the breakfast is lacking a bit of variety between the days, but it is of good quality the food. It's the second time I go and feel that they care a lot about improving and giving good service.

It's got very high pillows. You won't get out of there without a pain in the neck. It has smoke alarms that light up in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good restaurant, with drinks available 24 hours, that Yes no room service, everything should be collected in the Lobby or restaurant, but the attention, warmth and rest is worth it! Z.

The infrastructure is good however the service is very regular. The bathroom had no shower shampoo or soap. The Sink barely had soap for three uses. Few towels. The pillows look like balloons filled with liquid. The air conditioner had no remote control so if you want to turn it off at night you should get out of bed. I Asked the front desk to call a taxi and after 15 minutes they told me there was no, I went out to the street and within 10 minutes I got. The rate does not sympathize with the service received, it is very expensive for what they offer. The breakfast pretty basic for your cost.

Room was modern, clean, very small but good value. Room price was quite reasonable. Check in was difficult and staff was not aware of local laws and requirements regarding customer identification. Also, they could not handle processing my Accor member number and thus I could not receive points/credit for my stay. Food was very very bad even if it had been given for free. Not even edible. Also it was way overpriced. Unless big changes are made to food quality and price, the hotel should not even disgrace themselves by selling any food at all.

As a starting point for our city break, the hotel was ideal. Located close to the metro and shopping malls, we were able to quickly get to the places that interested us. The room was clean and functional, the staff very friendly and competent. The selection at the early mosquito buffet was good.

Good value for the money, great location, nice room. The Wi-Fi was not good. I dont like liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, but the bed was very comfortable and the service was excellent. I also enjoyed the wide variety of fruits, eggs, breakfast breads and more available each morning. The price for breakfast was very reasonable. Overall a great stay!

The Ibis its good value for money! I use it for work purposes so its quite comfortable for a one night stay in Medellin! Very helpful in reception and rooms are quite comfortable!

The front desk staff there, especially Danny (female) was incredibly rude to my partner and I when he checked in. I arrived first and he arrived later. He had a passport for documentation but she insisted that she needed more because he was Venezuelan. The documentation he had was sufficient at other hotels but you decided it was not sufficient at this hotel. She embarrassed him and me. It is clear that this hotel discriminates against Venezuelans and discriminates against gay people. I travel to Medellin a lot and will never return to this property. The staff there was unprofessional and rude.

Every time I met the staff, be it at the reception desk, the restaurant for breakfast or the bar for a coffee, the people have been very friendly, with a honest and warm smile, ready to make every effort to provide the best quality. The room was always clean, in a good state and the bed was indeed very comfortable. I look forward to staying again in the Ibis of Medellin and will definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Once you get to know all of the staff, youll find yourself surrounded by friends. This is my 4th time in medellin, and my 4th in this hotel. Is very cheap, nice location. The service is great. But the reason I keep coming back is because I made friends with everyone here. Best staff!

All the employees, except for the front desk's, were very attentive. They have to improve in the kindness of the front desk people. Very clean hotel. Small rooms but they have everything you need. Very good breakfast buffet for a fair price. I would stay again without a doubt.
