I checked in 3 hrs ago and the toilet does not work. They say they can’t move me to another room and I need to wait for the handyman (which they don’t have onsite and had to call him to come). I am stilk waiting, no one follows up and it’s already 10pm!
I will never stay here again!

Excellent location in a very quiet area with shopping and entertainment places very close to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable and complete room in one of the best sectors of Medellin. Close to shopping centers. The gym is small, the restaurant is very nice. The front desk staff have good quality customer service.

I'm lucky enough to travel extensively around the world, and see a lot of hotels. I give this hotel a double A+, 7 stars — pick your superlative. From some questions I had before I arrived (answered quickly in my native tongue), to the first contact with the front desk, to every interaction with EVERYONE my experience was great. Friendly, efficient, and patient (with my Spanish). The morning breakfast and evening dinner each day, housekeeping, front door, front desk — I was greeted with a smile everywhere. And at the end of every day I returned to an impeccably clean room. Not a surprise since the hotel itself is spotless. These kinds of things don't happen by accident as we all know. Great staffing to go along with a really well-run hotel. 7 flawless days for me. I miss my amigos there! You cannot do better than this hotel.

Decent hotel with good size room. Toiletries could be better and attention to deal in the room. The blow dryer in my room had issues. The included light dinner is a bonus, but don't expect much. I couldn't find anything worth having, but a good gesture. Breakfast lacked some American basics, but good for local offerings. While I find it average, there is good value for the money and I'd definitely consider returning.

Great place, great service, good food, located close to a princilpa street so it has easy access, you will notice right away you are in one of the best areas of the city, may be a bit far from the center but trasnportation is not expensive. You wil feel safe and confortable. That was my view from the room.

Nice hotel located in the village. The price-quality ratio is excellent, the rate includes breakfast and a fairly good light dinner buffet. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel staff is quite attentive. They have a small business center to print out if needed.

It is a good place, comfortable room and the staff is very attentive and nice. The menu of the restaurant should vary by day. Spend a week having dinner mime every day, I do not give his 5 stars for that.

The attention of the people who work at the hotel are excellent and they have a good charisma to treat travelers. They have methods to help minimize environmental damage such as water use and laundry. The rooms in particular facing the west of Medellin offer a spectacular view of the city. The prices are comfortable.

I loved staying at this hotel, the best in Medellin when it comes to convenience, price, comfort, and hospitality. This was my second stay at this hotel and it keeps getting better.

Stayed 2 weeks October 1 till October 16. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff spoke a little English which was helpful. Really nice rooms, really nice breakfast buffet and dinners, great value for money in a classy hotel.

AmaZing views! Great room! Staff hardly smiles! It was shocking to see! Hotel management needs to train it 's staff! On check out the guy was serving two people at the same time! Not even asking how everything went for us! It's a shame with a prime location and amazing views has this kind of treatment! I am never coming back. And this was my second time!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was good. Big rooms, clean and friendly staff. The restaurant was good. Mine included both Breakfast and dinner (first time dinner included in package). 40 minutes drive from airport and located near business area of the city. Good for short business trips.

Excellent hotel for your business days or if you want to know the city without the need to have the whole hotel. Very nice rooms, excellent breakfasts and soft dinners. There is No lunch service. There is a gym, a minibar in the rooms.

The hotel, acceptable, without being the most. They have a terrible problem with hot water, which, depending on the time, comes out cold. Don't even think about showering between 7.30 and 8.30 because you'll do it in cold water. Breakfast, nothing from the other world. No way is a 4 * hotel. There is much better at the same price.

I've been here several times with my boyfriend. A few months ago the wine came alone and commented that the service had not already seemed so good, I was very surprised since we had always preferred this hotel over many others I found it excellent. But on this last visit (from 5 to 7 November) we were left with a bad concept since we had inconveniences waiting with the parking was charged for the breakfast of a 6-year-old girl (a yogurt with cereal) and what bothered us most was that we booked 1 room for d people ONLY had 2 single beds to arrive so married the first night we slept so the next day discuss the situation from 2pm change us room telling us that they will give us a double bed and an auxiliary for the 6-year-old, when we arrived tired at 9 at night we found the surprise that was only the double bed. Finally my boyfriend was right!

This hotel truly deserves 7 stars. I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. In the pictures it looked like an average 3 star hotel, however, when I arrived I found a beautiful and modern property. The hotel is situated in Poblado neighborhood (one of the best neighborhoods in Medellin) and offers complimentary breakfast and dinner! Airport transfer is also available for a very reasonable fee.
