Let me preface this by saying that I stayed at this hotel at least 10 times in the past and I actually own a storefront directly underneath the hotel. On this occasion due to an error through the booking platform two rooms among three people were incorrectly egistered as two rooms for only two people. Instead of taking a simple and diplomatic approach and allowing me to pay the difference as it would have been on the application where I made my booking $10, the manager on-site insisted on making a scene bringing out several people and charging three times that price even after I clearly demonstrated how the error was on the part of the platform. The manager on sites name was Caesar Montoya. He was a rude, insolent, ignorant and stubborn and I will go out of my way to not return to the hotel as a result. I've stayed at the hotel at least 10 times in the past and sent at least another 10 or 20 people there. If Cesar Montoya was fired I would gladly return. In my opinion the situation could have been resolved extremely easily with a calm and pleasant demeanor but instead he insisted on insulting me, speaking arrogantly and without respect and treating me like a fool and acting like he was the king of spain.

The location, the view of the city from my room was amazing😍 luxury facilities, good internet connection, the friendliness of the staff always attentive to help me in whatever I needed. Definitely💯 recommend.

We were from the start welcomed with warmth absolute, all staff very friendly and polite, the food is very tasty, the breakfasts varied, even the last day had a condition for influenza-like illness prepared me a drink with orange special. In the restaurant of those working are super polite and friendly, the same area of the pool. Unbeatable experience.

My card group often goes for Wednesday lunch buffet, then stays to play cards. The restaurant is lovely, the buffet celebrates various ethnic cuisines depending on the day, the soups, salads, hot entrees are great and include coffee & dessert. The staff is friendly and attentive… an afternoon we look forward to… at a great reasonable price. Try it, any day you wish!

Book three rooms several days and everything great except the treatment received by the manager Cesar Montoya with an incident,. This man was prepotent and cloistive unaware. It is left with the position to manage a 5 star.

It's asserlated but the location to enter the hotel doesn't give well.

I was told the pool was heated. It's a cold water lie. The sauna off, the Turkish at a thousand degrees, the staff did not keep things, I had to leave my bag and clothes outside the Turkish and in the pool. Lunch does not include juice but if you charge it as 17000 for being "natural".

Accomodations are quite good, but Helpdesk could be better, room for events also is a great alternative for it's location.

Pretty much everything about this hotel was great. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The hotel was walkable to good restaurants and public transportation. We booked this hotel hoping for a comfortable and safe location. The hotel did not disappoint. Everyone was extremely friendly. The location is also great you have malls and restaurants a couple of blocks to the left and then park Lleras to the right. Breakfast was good not great but it wasn’t a big deal. It is also attached to a little shopping center which was a plus. Very safe location and you won’t see many tourist there. We also stayed at the Dann Carlton during our trip and Hotel San Fernando Plaza blew the Dann Carlton out of the water.

I don't know it comes easy unless you get in the car. The service is good in general. It is in full mile of gold and 5 minutes from Parque Lleras and another 5 minutes from Cc Oviedo.

I’m from Balen from the Netherlands. Worst experience at this hotel from the hotel manager ALEXANDER BELZEN. He charged me a beautifull price of 204.700 pesos (roughly €60, —) for washing some underpants and SOCKS, maybe 0.5kilo. I told the manager that it was ridiculous for some underpants and socks, and told him to reduce the price. Even the members knew it was ridiculous. However he kept stating that this was the price and he could not do anything for me. For me as a new cliënt staying almost a week he could of done something. It’s not even about the money, I paid it. But about the principal. Never again here. Next time The Charlee lifestyle hotel or Hyatt.

Excellent Hotel in the San Fernando shopping Complex, on the main road connecting the modern part of Medellin to the Poblado.
Large standard room with nice view of the pool and mountains. Decent-level dining. I didn't try the spa.

I had the opportunity to travel with family for Easter in Medellin, we currently have two young children and we went five adults. We use 3 rooms, the staff was very friendly in questions of check in, the rooms meet the fiance, the beds have a dispatchable size and the toilet is 9, 5/10 towels, sheets, furniture all perfect.
The hotel manages a menu for the room service and restaurant on the 8th floor. Breakfast is varied enough for a 3-night stay. Waiter service is 10/10. (except for the waiter captain, who gets annoyed when he is required something. Perhaps it will be for your experience). The hotel has a swimming pool which we couldn't use because it rained every day. Nor did I find any game for children, nor games room, or anything for them (weekdays almost do not see children but the weekend if there were enough). In my fourth day of Hotel (Saturday) I was very sick and decided not to leave. I tried to enjoy TV (direct TV) A few hours later required control of the TV to be able to put Netflix (with my clear key this) to which I responded at the reception that the person in charge of the controls arrived until Monday, ask for PPV and was not Possible, I ordered DVD and neither. What really ofusco me is that they did absolutely nothing to give me a solution to my problem. To summarize. Nice Hotel for one or two nights, do not take children and do not get sick and surely have a good night.

Facilities are ok. Anything outstanding despite being a relatively new hotel. I rate it with three stars because the pool was not working at the time of my stay (not their fault) and mainly because the sauna is in a very intricate place and its availability depends on the guys from the spa who left at 7 pm so I couldn’t take a hot bath at 8 pm.

Very good hotel, varied breakfast, good size rooms, friendly staff, has pool which is located on the eighth floor so one must pass in front of the restaurant and through an event room to get to it what may turn out a little Inc Omodo If there is an event.

Here is my experience at this claiming to be a 5 star hotel. The check in was reservedly friendly. Room is big and has a great view. Sidelamps besides bed is not working, the sink is chipped, something was tuck taped on a side of the bathtub, toilet is not flushing. Little things but they add up. I had a friend coming over to visit me at the hotel, they refused the entrance since he had no ID. Then my friend calls me and says they let him in, come meet me at the restaraunt. I thought since they let him into the hotel premises it is ok if we go up to my room. The moment we enter the phone is ringing and the guy from the front desk yelling at me “police is on the way “ and hangs up. No conversation even or listening what I have to say. Obviously they were following us on cameras like some sort of criminals! From their response on Tripadvisor I understand it’s a Colombian law to ID hotel guests. And of course I would comply with any hotels security requests. Issue I have is the way it was delivered — it was presented by yelling at me over the phone, with no explanations or listening what I have to say. It was disgusting, rude and uncalled for. Instead of politely explaining to me the situation and asking me to walk my guest back down I was basically just left there sitting in my room waiting for the police. Hotel has never apologized to me and even that shows their level and understanding of what excellent customer service is!

The experience was very bad, the food lousy and the attention of the staff that attended us from very very regular entrance. The truth will not come back. I did not retire from the hotel because I had already paid three nights. Ah and the Wii-fi pesimo on every side the signal was going.

Poor Service, both in rooms and in dining room, dirty and over rude staff who do not respond to the customer question on the contrary, gets defensive.
The New Year's Eve dinner did not come close to the quality expected according to the price.
I Ask your landlords for a little supervision.

The Hotel is fantastic, its rooms and facilities in general are up to the level of a very good hotel; However on my last visit the front desk staff was somewhat cavalier and inattentive to the service to the guests.

The design for Gia as GPS does not show you well the route to follow just a light lamp for one to go anywhere.

Simply put, stayed here 9 days, been to 17 countries… The city is stunning and safe, if you find anything wrong with this hotel, it is you that is the problem, not the hotel. You cannot have a better staff, food, location, services, and spa… we look forward in returning to this hotel as we provide support to those that come to this plasic surgery capital of the world. What a service! The attention the food are the best! The location is perfect and easy to find what you need in 5 mins! Perfect place to stay and come back without think to stay in other places!

In a word this hotel is 'inconsistent'. Good location, close to main shopping malls. Lovely pool area (but was often closed for maintenance). Staff, some fantastic, some with poor attitude. Food is below average, rooms are average, check out was slow, mini bar is a rip off, not enough staff speak English (although my Spanish was good enough to ask for most things). Staff at the hotel didn't seem happy (false smiles), not convinced the management have the right leadership … in fact I barely recall seeing a manager in 12 days at the hotel… that says it all.

Now cheaper parking at the internal, than in the cells of parking around the hotel. Seven thousand pesos the hour that brazenness!

Words cannot describe how amazing the view is from here. I stayed in the Penthouse and everything was as you would imagine. Amazing bed. Unreal bedding. Top notch food downstairs. Concierge was beyond helpful. The entire hotel was always amazingly clean. If I find myself going to Medellin again there is zero doubt where I will be deserving my room.

Mali sima, on the 3rd day of January 2015, with a reservation for a moonlit night as a surprise and when we arrived they sent us to a room and was not organized as it had to be. Lousy. As with any payment. I'm not that bad hotel high, but to collect it is not forgotten.
