Hôtel bien placé pour les activités. Les décors de l'établissement sont magnifiques. L'hôtel tient un resto/bar sur le toît. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et plusieurs plantes s'y trouvent. Le personnel accueillant et aidant.

L'hôtel et le personnel étaient bien en général. Nous avons pu faire notre check-in plus tôt dans la journée sans frais et laisser nos bagages dans un lieu sécure la journée de notre départ afin de pouvoir faire des activités dans la journée. Cependant, les repas du restaurant du 5e étage était quelque peu décevant…

I have been to Colombia a couple of times allready, never stayed in Medellín, for me this was a gamble to know what will be a good place to stay that where not the international know one's, so we took a gamble and let me be honest the best one I have taking, this place is in the middle of Medellín it has a nice vibe to it, the simple but trendy feeling. The art canvas that are in the rooms the whole hotel decoration everything feels that's it's part of the whole environment. It's not easy to discribe, I would give it five start, but I can't depending on the floor your staying at you will be reminded that your are indeed in the center of Medellín, I don't have a problem with the noise seeing that I can sleep even when my wife snores. But keeping it honest for other guest's, taking that aside it's a five star for me. Hope this will help others.

Spend a fantastic week in the hotel. The decor is unique, artistic, colorful, does not seem to or any other. Excellent service with warmth, without a doubt, I would repeat…

In exactly past days on June 2, 2018 I had a reservation at the Gallery hotel, stay that would be for two days and which leaves me extremely dissatisfied as multiple difficulties were presented and hotel management did not give any solution.
Initially my reservation was a double room with air, rooms are quite comfortable as I stayed at other times at the hotel. When the reservation was made I was given a room number which at the time of arrival I was informed that I was already occupied and I would be relocated to another that supposedly met the criteria of the initial reservation, until that moment I did not see any problems. However when we arrived at room 312, this was extremely small and uncomfortable, since the first thing that is found when opening the door is a concrete wall that corresponds to the base of the bed and is in the center of the room, bed that was also not double, the floor had a highlight which was risky when walking in the room because easily a person can suffer a concussion in the feet, in addition to this the shower water was stagnant and did not come out of the siphon. In view of all of the above, I contacted management requesting a room change or a renegotiation of the fee as I think I was being charged for a service that was not what I had requested and expected. It was a lousy room, in poor condition that did not cost the price of the room I had initially booked.

Literally the worst hotel I've ever been in. They clean the whole hotel every night. For example they vacuum the rooms, clean the hallways. After complaining 3 times, nothing changes. Very rude. Also there are machines on top of the hotel that make a lot of noice. Outside there is a bar with drunk people and very loud music. And please: DON'T EAT IN THE BAR! It's the worst food I ever eaten in 6 months of Colombia. Both the hamburger and omelet were disgusting. Do NOT go here!

We stayed for four nights. The hotel was great… as described in other people's comments (a little noisy at times). The front desk staff was amazing. The Wi-Fi was very fast. The breakfast was small but good quality and was a little different everyday. Perfect considering it was free. But I can't recommend the restaurant. We ate dinner there on our first night. We ordered two gin and tonics with our meal. How do you mess that up?! Well they gave us some disgusting sugary pink drink with cucumbers and cherries in it… insisted they were gin and tonics… and when we explained we just wanted simple gin and tonics… (you know. Gin+tonic…) they were not at all apologetic. Even though we could hardly drink what they brought, they didn't offer to make it right. Worst of all when we got the bill they charged us the FULL price for the stupid pink specialty cocktails that we hated and didn't even order! Apparently they have a specialty drink titled "gin and tonic" which is confusing since it is not a Gin and tonic! It was over twice the price of the normal gin and tonic and each one was more expensive than either of our meals! Even when I pointed out how much more expensive the gross drinks were than what we had ordered they did not offer to fix anything. Not even an apology or explanation. Also, I ordered the quesadilla tierra y mar which was tiny (the size and shape of a roll of quarters.

Nice hotel The worst breakfast in Colombia.

Excellent place, I only had the opportunity to stay one night but the attention was great! The only bad thing is they do not offer varied breakfasts of the rest excellent place.

The restaurant is spectacular. The food is delicious and the décor I loved. Super recommended.

Great place. Modern urban style. Only bad thing is that it's on a noisy street and at night it's not that great if yo wanna sleep early.

Very good hotel. Beautiful facilities and a great concept in the decoration. Comfortable and cosy rooms. Good service, safe, friendly. The restaurant on the terrace is lovely, very good atmosphere and products. Also very central and easy to get to. Recommended.

Great Art inside the rooms. Very stylish but not very convenient. Just 1 electric plug far away from the bed. Style comes before functionality here. Extremely loud at night. NOISE from the street plus NOISE from the neighbor rooms because this hotel is used by the hours by some people too. Staff is nice and they have a great terrace. Would not go again because it is also not the best part of town.

We had the WORST night since we arrived in Colombia. First of all we reserved a room with Jacuzzi, but when arrived they didn't have jacuzzi rooms anymore, so the receptionist thought it was fine to make us believe that we reserved a normal room only with air conditioning! So we arrive un this non-jacuzzi room and other suprise: there is no window at all! The room is very dark with no natural light. The beds are small and really uncomfortable. But if only that was it … When we decided to go to sleep we discovered that the Hotel's Bar is playing really LOUD MUSIC, so loud that we could thing our room was in a danceclub. So we asked the receptionist at what time does the noise stop, and she said 10pm. At 10:30pm there was still music so we called again and she said that the bar was about to turn off the music. Finally they did it, but only at 11pm! When we finally thought we could sleep, an other event: we had the lavenderia (or similar room with machines) just next to our room, that made noise ALL NIGHT LONG! We even changed floor and room and this noise was still there. Last but not least: in the morning when we wanted to complain about all that, there was so many people trying to check out at the same time (with only 1 receptionist… of course) that we had to wait 30min! Well, I can say that it is the WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN! One more thing, when we gave our clothes to wash, we asked if the price was pro kilo and they said yes.

The management wad really bad, the shower didn't work they had no key to my door so someone had to come and open my door every time I wanted to get back inside.

It is very neat and very attentive and the site is well located!

Comfortable rooms yn place well to rest after a trip.

This place looks amazing! Super cool and chic. Pros: -Big rooms with options (jacuzzi tub/bath/just showers) -Clean -Modern -Button in room for music -Artsy -Food at the bar -Downtown close to squares for food. -Close to metro Cons: -Internet was hardly connecting unless on 1st floor or 5th floor bar -Had cockroaches in our room. Killed 2/3 every night. Didn't want them to fumigate while we were staying in the room -Thin walls. Could hear ppl in hallways. (turns music button on) -had to take taxi to other parts of town -Noisy part of town.

The location is very quiet. Despite this, it has around many fun food sites.

The outside noise is terrible. You barely can sleep and you feel like sleeping outside! Won't recommend to anyone!

Very messy, I made the reservation with two weeks, I called missing three days to confirm and everything perfect, I arrived at 11 am and Q gave me the room at 3:30, I arrived at that time and magically were oversold and left me without hotel.
The location that sucks, there are many better hotels at lower price and better location.
