I am from Bogota and I was on Sunday 14 January on a solar day with some friends, the site has a lot of nature is great but it lacks things even to improve, as they are. In none of the baths there was hand soap, the Turk is used as a children's pool since water is hotter and for that reason the getting into the Turkish was quite uncomfortable and sometimes could not because it is full of children with their parents and floats, I advise you to place heating on the children's pool as this is not used by them. And it's a space that's lost. Although the lunch was good it took dessert some sweet to complement. As a general rule and hygiene it is important to use the pools with a hat but for this to be given at the moment that the reservation is made they must say to wear the hats and not do it as a business to us and the person who took the reservation did not occur to mention it already if did not abide by the suggestion in the reserve and forgot the hat there if they charge for it. I don't want them to put into use the site that is natural water where you can take as a Turkish relaxation, I still step with the sauna this worked an hour and then it paid off no one knew how to give answer since on the ticket says that it will be in operation from 11 am to 2 p. M.
