Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui

Chosen Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui as my weekend gateway, when we arrived the hotel, the bellboy are very friendly and welcoming us. Iris greeted us at the lobby and escorted us to the reception counter. The lobby was huge and clean. The room was spacious with nice amenities. There is metro station and shopping mall next to the hotel. Breakfast was good with variety choice. Recommended to everyone that wanted to have staycation in this hotel.

We spent two nights at the hotel during a family holiday (2 adults and 2 kids) and stayed in a spacious deluxe suite with a decent view. While the room didn’t have a sofabed, we were able to improvise a sleeping arrangement for one of the kids. Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarettes, but the manager promptly upgraded us to another suite, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The lounge was peaceful and relaxing. Communication was manageable as an English speaker, though my wife’s Chinese definitely helped. The location was ideal—right next to several shopping malls—and about a 20-minute taxi ride to Suzhou’s major attractions. Overall, a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui around the middle of July. It didn't seem overly busy and what can I say about the hotel, it was a very typical high end exoerience: welcoming reception, someone could always be found to speak English and they could help with some bits and bobs typical Chinese that us foreigners need a hand with like ordering a did and the like. The room was huge, clean and kept at a very high standard. A personal pet peeve of mine in China is the difficulty to find good coffee (no americano thank you) and this hotel delivered just fine. I would go to quite big lengths for a good coffee, if that is you, go to this hotel. The gym was nice and at least when I got to the room after 21h every day, it was quite free. Not big, so I can see it getting crowded if 8 people are there, but for me it was fine. The pool was always closed as I arrived too late, so no idea about that. The breakfast was also amazing, so overall highly recommended for a business trip. For personal trips I would like to be closer to the old town, but that's a small gripe.

It seems that my room was not confirmed in advance, and the hotel might have been a bit tight on availability. I got the impression that I didn’t receive any upgrade, and it felt like I was simply given the exact room I booked. If that’s the case, I wonder if there’s any real benefit to making a reservation in advance. Also, as a Platinum member, I understand that complimentary room upgrades are one of the benefits, but I didn’t seem to receive one this time. That said, everything else during my stay was generally good. Aside from the fact that the body wash in the shower was empty and not refilled, I was overall satisfied.

Comfortable room with modern amenities and decoration, furniture. Comfortable bed and linen. Large room. Malls within walking distance with large range of local and international restaurants.
Executive lounge is cosy with a good afternoon tea although a longer opening time would be appealing.
Responsive staff. Overall, it is a highly comfortable stay and worth future visits.

Staying is definitely great, I really enjoy the hotel, the staff, and the room.
I have issues in the restaurant below 2F that people are smoking; which makes all of our clothes smells of smoke. Not sure if it is in the boundary of your scope but its clearly written that its non-smoking inside the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Pullman in Suzhou. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – it's right in the heart of Suzhou, within easy walking distance to the museum and other popular attractions, and also conveniently close to the Suzhou Industrial Park high-speed railway station. The staff went above and beyond by offering a complimentary suite upgrade, which made my stay even more special. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and had every amenity I could ask for. The level of service, combined with the fantastic location, truly made my visit to Suzhou unforgettable. I highly recommend Pullman for anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Very clean new rooms, great location with many restaurants and malls around, and nice waterways too! very nice overall… just need to have faster lifts…

Had a chance to stay this hotel during my visit to China for a business trip.
It's a nice hotel with all facilities available.
The good thing is that as a Muslim you can eat vegetables here as they cook in soya bean oil. While bakery items are also made from pork free oil. Our all it ia good choice with a rent of 80 USDs per night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, elegantly designed. It was the perfect environment to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hospitality didn’t stop there; the hotel generously offered an additional breakfast on top of the complimentary one, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes and preferences.
Overall, my stay at Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui was nothing short of fantastic. The excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and luxurious accommodations made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou.

The hotel is newly renovated, the room is big and the environment is nice！
But the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is terrible.
Even if I used Accor plus to get a 50% discount, I still don't think it's worth it🫠

We had a two night stay in Suzhou just before the National Day Golden Week. The Pullman is a new hotel, only 2 years old and the rooms have all of the comforts of an up to date hotel. Very spacious and a terrific layout. We were lucky to have a corner room on the Club floors.
Check-in was smooth and welcoming and we were very pleased with the service from Zoey. And the afternoon tea and cocktail hour in the lounge on the 24F was very relaxing. Olivia and Grace made us feel very special.

I stayed here for 3 nights on business as with all the Pullman hotels that iv personally been to it did not disappoint. It is beautiful, very grand and no expense has been spared. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were large and spacious with high ceilings (a must in any decent hotel). It was fit out with high quality fixings and was clean. The hotel is brand new so that helps. I also love the new TV system they have. My Chanel’s weren’t working but they had heaps of great moving a on demand for free! And let me tell you you don’t see that much. Staff were also great, professional and very helpful. I will be staying here again for sure.
