SPA Hotels in Suzhou

Everything was good.
The room condition, view, food and Hotel staff were so nice.
However, staff need to be aware of the lounge operating hours.

My family stayed in the IC Suzhou over a weekend. The room was spacious with an excellent view of the Jinji lake. My kid loved it a lot.

Loved that the rooms have yoga mats and other fitness tools inside. Overall a very good experience. Rooms are kept well and very clean. Staff friendliness can be improved.

The bed was comfortable and the TV was at a good Angle. The breakfast is hearty and the drizzle is convenient, but the temperature of the air conditioner is not very comfortable.

I like Joy Soo Restaurant here. They serve authentic Suzhou cuisine, the Song Shu Yu and Dong Po Rou are delicious. I hope the next time I visit, they’ll taste just as amazing.

Hotel with great hospitality.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome.

Rooms are bigger than some apartments people call their home back in their country.
The location directly at the Jinji lake cannot be compared to other hotels ins Suzhou.

This was the final hotel of my Chinese tour and it was a good one to end on. Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The swimming pool is excellent and well worth a visit.

I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in Suzhou’s Industrial Park for three nights (from January 4th to January 6th), and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is relatively new and well appointed, with impeccable cleanliness and consistently good service throughout our stay.

I stayed with points this time.
I was satisfied with the upgrade of the room without any problems.
The only problem was that the smell of smoking came into the room.

I did the laundry during my stay for a long trip.
There was an easy-to-understand explanation and detergent, so I could wash clothes without any problem.

Very convenient location. Mall across the road, lots of eateries around, whether inside the mall or outside.
Rooms huge.

Hotel is close to subway station and walking distance to the Suzhou Center Plaza (the iconic “trousers” building).

Overall a good decent Courtyard by Marriot but can see wear and tear starting to appear on certain parts of the room and common areas. Hope the hotel management can look into this.

The hotel staffs are very attentive. Jack Tao and Rose Yu, from Sales and B’fast respectively, have prepared special meals for my Muslim colleagues. And my colleagues really appreciate their service.

We decided to try a different hotel after staying at various hotels during our business trips to Kunshan. Located next to a mall the hotel was located in a convenient location and did not disappoint.

So nice. It's great. It feels like being at home. The lounge and breakfast are very sumptuous. The room decoration is also very modern. It's a great choice for a vacation. I will come again next time.

This hotel is worth staying. I like the food quality in executive lounge. I also see business meeting held in the hotel. It is recommended to stay in the hotel for all week long.

So far, so good, except for one detail: the location indicated on Google Maps is NOT correct.
This hotel is at the intersection of South Jinfeng Road and Zhuyuan Road, just behind a shopping mall.

The courtyard Suzhou Mudu is a value-oriented choice among the Marriott hotel chain in the Suzhou area.

Deserves its star rating but very isolated at the end of a very long entry road. Due to its positioning is very difficult to get a taxi.

It was brilliant experience to visit this hotel, we went Suzhou for the family visit, we heard the hotel is quite good and we went to check in the hotel the servant in front desk is really hopefully.

Excellent hotel right near the metro and a shopping mall with many food outlets opposite to the hotel. A great hotel to stay with 5 star faciltiies.

Excellent stay & service — I would recommend the Hyatt Regency in particular if attending a conference at Suzhou Expo.

Large, comfortable room for a family of 3 to stay in. Bed is a huge king size with comfortable pillows and a very nice view of the golf course. The staff was always very friendly and supportive.

This hotel is awesome, the rooms are so beautiful and comfortable, the materials and details for the walls, lamps, tables and others are amazing. Rooms remain warm during winter time.

Few of the better new hotels in the port area have opened in recent years. It is said that this one has no peculiar smell after being opened for more than half a year!

I feel that the environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean, the service is warm and customer-oriented. Great breakfast.

It's also walking distance to their old township where there interesting places to walk around.
