We loved everything about the place. The only issue is that it is very far from Chengdu and I had to move into Chengdu for my meetings.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Chengdu Airport for three nights and had an exceptional experience.

It was a very convenient location for us to catch the early flight. Staff members were very friendly. The only downside was we could smell smoke in our even stylish hotel room.

This location offers a great breakfast. The room is clean. Plenty of places to shop and eat. Close to the city center.

I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. Great location in the north of Chengdu.
The hotel staff were warm and welcoming and, from the check in at reception to the cleaning staff.

Perfect stay here.
They front guy (change everyday) but all are helpful with the luggage and door and elevator.
Receptionist woman also speak clear english.

Really liked this serviced apartment style hotel — rooms were big and comfortable plus pool and gym were really nice. Gym especially is extensive if you need a well equipped gym.

Despite the name, this hotel isn't actually at Kuanzhai Alley—it's about a 10-minute drive away. Our late arrival was frustrating as the driveway was closed, forcing a long walk from the drop-off.

The Executive Suite room: spacious, nice bathtub, Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, daily replenish mini bar with no charge. Big shower area. The bathroom and toilet are separated.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdu West Gate and had a pleasant experience overall. The standout feature of my stay was definitely the friendly staff.

The location is perfect, if you walk out the hotel you almost walk in the metro sub station.
The breakfast is very good, a lot to chose from.

A large friendly and very well situated city hotel.
Clean quiet rooms (but stained carpets) comfy bed and good bathroom facility.
Within walking distance of the city centre and museum.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had no complaints. Rooms were a good size, clean and very comfortable. The walk in shower was amazing! Fabulous pressure, good size, great after a day out touring.

The hotel has plenty of rooms and accomodate a lot of people.
Located in a strategic spot 10 minutes away from airport, shuttle service is also available every sharp hour for free.

The hotel is close to the airport, the bed was comfortable and clean, the room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the only thing that I will ask and appreciate the hotel

Very convenient hotel with the location and amenities such as free washing machine and dryers. A lot of local restaurants in short walking distance although they are pretty much all very similar.

This location is very far from the center of chengdu.
However, it is very near the exit from the MRT-天河路 station from exit D, takes less than 3 minutes walk.

Chengdu Tianhe is located a few minutes walk away from the # 2 line subway station.

My first experience at Waldorf Astoria portfolio. I booked the basic deluxe room, but got upgraded to Tianfu twin towers.

Service was impeccable — we only stayed 2 nights but all the staff we came into contact with, from concierge to reception staff, remembered my name and would greet me every time.

I was genuinely surprised to learn that this hotel is rated only three stars.

Nice trip, nice stay in Crowne Plaza Chengdu Tianfu New Area. Everything was perfect, especially for the excellent arrangement from Yancy GRO. Hopefully to visit and stay here more nights soon.

This is my second time staying at the hotel, one year apart. Imagine my pleasant surprise to see flowering trees along the street near the hotel.

Enjoy this stay a lot，would love to visit again. Very close to scene and local downtown. Can see the adorable view in the room. However, would expect to serve better coffee and more in room service.

Rooms were good size and really large bed.
Service is very good the only issue is communication, language barrier.
