Hotel location is easy to find, front desk service warm and professional, room warm, hotel also equipped with gym, hotel is not far from the airport, to Shanghai business here is a good choice to live here.

Good service and location, room and building in general felt slightly dated.

Great hotel for Pudong area. Everything as expected. Close walking distance to many western restaurants and bars. The executive lounge is not great so don't cout on that too much. Clean, good service and good location are the high lights.

Nice Hotel, little bit far from metro station by foot 20 min, nice breakfast and comfortable rooms and quiet.

Friendly staff. Most of them speak or understand english. Very rich breakfast buffet with a lot of choices!

The hotel has been operating for some time from the room equipment, but overall it is clean and comfortable, the bed is large and soft and hard, and the bed is quite comfortable. Free web is available, and any website can be unimpeded. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is a short distance from the subway station, which is convenient for taxis.

Clean, polite staff, great location close to many restaurants and expat community and shopping areas.

Staff was very friendly and quickly checked me into my room. My room was clean and a nice size. The hotel has a small bakery area that has quick options if you are in a hurry. Staff provided me with one of their hotel map and information cards and helped me use it to discuss where I wanted to go with the taxi driver. This hotel is close to many good restaurants and not too far from Pudong Airport. Overall a good stay and I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Seems to have been upgraded recently. I had an executive room which was very good. Internet speed varied wildly and was only acceptable after 10 at night. Staff were very prompt and professional.

This Ramada is joint owned and managed by a local hotel mgmt company. So it is not actually a "real" Ramada, hence the standards you may expect of other Ramada's may not be found here. Be careful about hailing a cab from their cab stand. The red (privately owned) cabs waiting in front of their hotel are notorious for scamming unknowing foreigners. The local management should be aware of this, yet they allow the private cabs to continue to service this Ramada's customers. Avoid the cab stand, if possible, avoid the hotel.

Good: Restaurant, Room was clean. Bad: Noise in room at night, Spa was dirty, too expensive, not very good neigbourhood.
