Four star hotel which is 7 minutes walk from Pudong Avenue Subway Station. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and have panoramic views of Shanghai's city skyline. Rooms are en suite, have air conditioning, satellite channels, mini bar and safety deposit boxes. Staff are very friendy and helpful and pricing is good for the standard of facilities provided. The hotel has a heated pool with floor to ceiling windows and a well equipped fitness centre. The hotel offers four dining options and one not to miss is Art 50, the revolving restaurant on the 50th floor with spectacular views overlooking the city skyline. Very happy with the level of service while we were there. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. John & Kobe from the concierge desk help us a lot. All the staffs at the deli shop very good service and friendly. The room is clean and we were upgraded to the premier floor and the view from level 45 was amazing.

There are many things in the breakfast restaurant that are often not mended.
The room was clean and there was a lot of rubbish on the ground.
The service staff in the restaurant is very poor quality. The only advantage is that the room has a good view.

Good value and cozy room with convenient accessibility by subway. Room is comfortable while the a/c is not turned on in early April which make the night a bit hot and insufficient ventilation.

I like it here for years.

I lived a year in that hotel and both the human and the structural part are first class and quality. Excellent attention and very willing always to collaborate with the guests. I didn't speak Chinese or English and they always cared about satisfying my needs and understanding me. 1000% recommended.

Son and where the former live in the Dairy Mountain District, every day to see the hotel building, strange modelling, the evening particularly eye-catching, is to find a way back to a pointer building; There's a revolving restaurant, right? Haven't eaten yet?

4g phone available in the rooms, clean rooms and beautiful view. Nice breakfast A bit expensive but the comfort is at the Rendezvous.

Big room but carpet and furniture dated. Bathroom is rather small. Good views though (depending on direction and weather permitting). Restaurant quality is average at best but staff are helpful and generally friendly.

Very good hotel located on Pudong Avenue (crossing Fushan Road). A few minutes walk from the subway (Pudong on one side, century on the other). Relatively close by taxi from the Bund or the business center.
The staff are very friendly, and above all very helpful and smiling. And I aim everyone: at the reception, at the backery on the ground floor, the room service, restore it. Everyone is smiling and pleasant.
The rooms are rather not bad and the view is beautiful.
Breakfast is one of the most diversified I've had the opportunity to see during my pro trips. There are Asian (Chinese or Japanese), continental and especially French with bread and pastries really very good for a country like China (croissants nature or almonds, breads with chocolates, etc. ) I really had a great Time, even if it was for the work and not for the personal: I will return without any doubts during my next trip to Shanghai.

The restaurant environment is very elegant, like the chandelier design here, is the sailboat shape, and the sea god of the hotel name is very fit. The hotel is also Mediterranean style. Dishes to the main dish of Shanghai, the taste is authentic master of the masterpiece of the masterpiece, moderate taste, a taste is known as the old master, both in the swing plate or selection are very hard! Service is also very good, after all, four-star hotel restaurant, the quality of service personnel is better than the social restaurant.

Crappy hotel for 4star title. My first experience with this hotel was ok. But recent experience was crappy. Room was not clean at all. Got almost electrocuted by broken iron box. Some younger staffs are nice but others not good communicator. Everyone is not treated the same way.

I had the pleasure to stay at the Novotel Atlantis hotel in Shanghai. The big PLUS of the Novotel Atlantis is its staff, featuring a mix of local Chinese and French employees. The combination of Westerners working side by side with the local straff makes it especially beneficial to the foreign guests. While the locals are very good at helping with information search, and assisting in communication with Chinese service providers, the Western staff is taking it few steps further, with their better understanding of foregin guests needs, higher service standards, and smoother communication capability. When facing problems, the French staff is going out of their way to help and trying find solutions. It is definately what gives the hotel it's charm, making it a home away from home for guests coming from afar.

Regular Novotel or generally accor hotels. Was here once. Enjoyed my stay. Staffs are friendly. Recommended.

I am the hotel regulars, I travel a lot in many Asian countries. Worthy of mention is the Novotel Atlantis Shanghai hotel management and service impressed me. Hotel General Manager is perfect. I am regulars in the Executive Lounge, where the staff were very friendly, helpful and always with a big smile.

Room are nice at the premium floor. The buffet restaurant with brasilian churrasco is terrible. Just avoid it and go to the ground floor french bistro.

Had a great suite on 46th floor. Great lounge on 48th with wonderful staff.

The best place for brazilians in Shanghai. Look for the chef George! O carioca!

Great comfortable, neat stay. ToDo in short time: — Have a great Green Tea shop opposite lane, authentic Tea. — the 50th floor revolving restaurat view is great. Menu is Seafood so not good for Vegans. But view is awesome, can spent few minutes with drinks. — swimming pool is just good for relaxation, not for laps. — Go to underground market in Science museum for copy products. Big bargain.
