For me personally its the best affortable Hotel in Xi'an. The staff is very friendly and the food is great.

Clean rooms, central location, REALLY nice bathrooms, and a cool bar run by this really nice lady with cats and a home-built jungle gym in the ceiling for them to play on; also this really cool military motor bike and side car on the upper floors in the bar set up as a display piece.
Other foreigners there who speak English, and some on there staff do as well.

Xian is a really cool city, and this is a cost effective place to stay when seeing it.
