Few of the better new hotels in the port area have opened in recent years. It is said that this one has no peculiar smell after being opened for more than half a year!

The furniture is not so new but it is fully equid, spacious, bathroom is really nice. Service guys is caring and friendly. I have a good time staying here.

Room is well-equipped, larger than room in Beijing, hotel with many rooms, be able to accomodate big group.

Deserves its star rating but very isolated at the end of a very long entry road. Due to its positioning is very difficult to get a taxi.

Excellent hotel right near the metro and a shopping mall with many food outlets opposite to the hotel. A great hotel to stay with 5 star faciltiies.

Excellent stay & service — I would recommend the Hyatt Regency in particular if attending a conference at Suzhou Expo.

A hotel that has a great location. Big in size to walk around with plenty to do. Restaurants were ample and plentiful.
Free shuttle bus to the Tongli.

Great hotel with very nice hospitality & rooms and a lot of ancient places to discover.
Would always love to come back.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou.

Great service, beautiful rooms, great gym (not crowded, lots of machines for cardio and weights). Outdoor pool has a slide and some cabanas. Really enjoyed my spa treatment.
