SPA Hotels in Suzhou

Park Hyatt Suzhou is extremely clean and comfortable. It is among the best Park Hyatt properties I have ever stayed at. All staff members are friendly and professional.

Good price with best Hyatt quality can offer. They did everything they can to make sure you get right treatment for this hotel. From front desk to house keeping are all very professional.

My family’s experience at this hotel was top notch. The facilities are comfortable and clean, room service was great, breakfast was delicious as well.

Had been staying at this hotel for several times throughout the last few years. Great comfort, cleanliness and accessible to many location. I will come back again for my next trip.

Everything was good.
The room condition, view, food and Hotel staff were so nice.
However, staff need to be aware of the lounge operating hours.

My family stayed in the IC Suzhou over a weekend. The room was spacious with an excellent view of the Jinji lake. My kid loved it a lot.

My first time here in Suzhou and totally did not regret my choice of selecting Suzhou Crowne Plaza as our stay. This was a family trip with just me, my husband and my almost 2 year old girl.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome.

I like Joy Soo Restaurant here. They serve authentic Suzhou cuisine, the Song Shu Yu and Dong Po Rou are delicious. I hope the next time I visit, they’ll taste just as amazing.

Hotel with great hospitality.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever assistance was needed.

I want to place a very positive review for this high-class hotel. This place gives you premium experience during your stay. Nice and friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended 👌🏼

I stayed with points this time.
I was satisfied with the upgrade of the room without any problems.
The only problem was that the smell of smoking came into the room.

I did the laundry during my stay for a long trip.
There was an easy-to-understand explanation and detergent, so I could wash clothes without any problem.

I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in Suzhou’s Industrial Park for three nights (from January 4th to January 6th), and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is relatively new and well appointed, with impeccable cleanliness and consistently good service throughout our stay.

The food is abundant and of excellent quality. The hotel lounge offers an exceptionally wide selection of dishes, far surpassing that of comparable hotels, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

New hotel, food is great, lounge was the best I met so far among many many hotels.
Recognize my status.
Everything was perfect — highly recommended.

Large, comfortable room for a family of 3 to stay in. Bed is a huge king size with comfortable pillows and a very nice view of the golf course. The staff was always very friendly and supportive.

Hotel is close to subway station and walking distance to the Suzhou Center Plaza (the iconic “trousers” building).

Overall a good decent Courtyard by Marriot but can see wear and tear starting to appear on certain parts of the room and common areas. Hope the hotel management can look into this.

Impressive hotel. There is various activities for the visitors. It is really engaging. We were attended very professionally by the room service staff, Jung Ming during our stay 22 to 25 May.

Overall I do recommend the hotel for its uniqueness. I gave a 4* rating as something was left to be desired for my experience.
I originally booked a Premier King room through Booking. Com.

This hotel is awesome, the rooms are so beautiful and comfortable, the materials and details for the walls, lamps, tables and others are amazing. Rooms remain warm during winter time.

The hotel is exceptional, located very close to the city center.
Very friendly staff.
Every encounter is greeted with a friendly smile.
Breakfast buffet with a lot of choice.

The hotel staffs are very attentive. Jack Tao and Rose Yu, from Sales and B’fast respectively, have prepared special meals for my Muslim colleagues. And my colleagues really appreciate their service.

We decided to try a different hotel after staying at various hotels during our business trips to Kunshan. Located next to a mall the hotel was located in a convenient location and did not disappoint.

So far, so good, except for one detail: the location indicated on Google Maps is NOT correct.
This hotel is at the intersection of South Jinfeng Road and Zhuyuan Road, just behind a shopping mall.

The courtyard Suzhou Mudu is a value-oriented choice among the Marriott hotel chain in the Suzhou area.

Very convenient location. Mall across the road, lots of eateries around, whether inside the mall or outside.
Rooms huge.
Service exceptional.

Very nice hotel with great service to make our days in Suzhou unforgettable.

Very great place, high quality feeling. Good room with a balcony and a view to a small made-up lake.

Heartfelt thanks for the ‌suite upgrade‌ with breathtaking Swan Lake views! The ‌compensation for the lounge closure‌ (complimentary minibar and buffet dinner) was truly thoughtful.

It's good hotel. The workers are helpful. The breakfast is also nice. However I advice guests to keep the payment invoice. They asked me again to settle for the room payment which I paid.

Pretty good service and helpful staff. Decent environment hotel and it's clean :)
It's also walking distance to their old township where there interesting places to walk around.

Have to say this is a very nice Boutique Hotel. Right next to the lake underwater with the very traditional Chinese architecture design.

Great hotel mixing traditional and contemporary architecture on sprawling grounds. Helpful and available staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, great food.

I was disappointed in the past, but this time, I could see some improvements. More staff speak much better English, and they try to help you with issues.

Nice hotel with good amenities, usually used as a conference hotel. The only downside is that it is hard to communicate with the very friendly staff.
