It was the worst experience ever. The service and environment were bad. Don't ever take this place.

BEDBUG WARNING! Seriously, stay away! I was put into "Germany" hostel after booking for another one. Apart from the bedbugs, it is infested with people and every single one of these has a heavy story to tell — that is actually the only good thing. One of the worst hellholes in Chunking Mansions, worse than a crackhouse. Do not book for the "day hostel". The bedbug bites just covers my limbs and neck… This place only deserves being burned to the ground. It is basically only one little step ahead of living homeless on the street. It is right next to an unlicensed bar, the door are on a code and everyone knows it, so literally every individuum can come right from another similar crackhouse to browse through your things. Really authentic experience of Victorian slum, in this part very educational. But if you are looking for something nice and cheap, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL!

WARNING! Don't go there. It seems to be a lottery. It's a huge building in which a bunchload of hostels are located. Apparently you might book "Germany Hostel" and get "Xy Guesthouse" or whatever — you have NO guarantee at all that you're gonna get, what you booked. The house is unsafe (I spent one night and was afraid it might burn down. There ist no way you would get out of that thing, and im normally not easy to trouble with those fears), Furthermore: you have to fight your way through a lot of immensely intrusive shop owners and hobby hoteliers, as well as pickpockets — just to get into one of a few very slow and tiny elevators (which is a huge problem, cause there is always a queue to get up (might take you 20min just to get to your room). Just don't go there. They don't deserve it, they want your money and care as much about you as you do about Curling (probably).

Room is really smelly. Extremely small room, bed, bathroom and bathroom sink. There's no tissue, bathroom shoes and space for bag as well. Only can use hot shower for 2 seconds. Dirty bed and toilet. Broken hair dryer, very slow and small lift… It was horrible experience. But great location and cheap price.

The pictures in agoda and booking don't match the rooms. Dirty, unhelpful staff, and expensive.

Its a nice place to stay eventhough it is small room for a deluxe room… the rooms are clean. Aircon are cold.
The reception guy is an indian guy… very frenly guy… always helpful if ur indoubt… The plce is safe… the only problem is the lift… hve to que whenever u want to go or down… and the rooms are on the 17th floor. The lift stop only at 16th floor… so hve to go out n walk one step upwards to go to the 17th floor… Overall staying here is ok for me.
And it is cheaper too…

This is chain of hostel. The detail of each room isn't clear. They should give wrong room when check in and they push you in that or get you out of hostel. Non service mind.

The room is cozy and clean and the service is excellent.

This place is really good, good service and helpful staff. Especially Raaj.
