Perfect service which addresses all our needs and we feel warm staying in Conrad.

Nice food
nice service.

Not a good start with a difficulty with booking … but sorted out eventually. Reception staff helpful but had to drag own cases to room… room … impossible to find light switches — either all on it all off … MINI BAR empty … apparently ‘not the policy to have it stocked’ poor coffee and tea but at least they have it… Bathroom lovely … sadly not having a mini bar is poor and 2 bottles of water only, for a room of this price is not good … and even these bottles took several attempts to get open … do not wish now to have dinner here so will go out and hence food review not forthcoming … Won’t be back.

Good services and nice view.

The breakfast buffet is good and they use quality tea and coffee; even in the rooms.
The beds are very comfortable, which also have very nice pillows.
The rooms are a good size and the bathroom has a small TV, so you can soak in the bath and watch the TV.

Perfect service! All the staff are friendly and professional. A bottle of wine on the house and lovely bed setting for my wedding anniversary, thanks for making our stay special. The buffet dinner‘s selections are not as high ranged as other hotels but the quality is high, it was worth every penny.

Just finished my K look super deal staycation with my family! Despite this super bargain price, Conrad has kept their professional standard of service as always.
Hotel is quite packed due to this overwhelm package deal, but all the staff are trying their best to cater customer needs. Big Thumbs up!
Point to note : occupancy of executive lounge is more than double than the non covid period, however no of staff is 50% or more less? Managment should have arrange more staff to spread their workload! Big applause for all the staff on 59th floor! Thanks again!

Romantic atmosphere very clean and friendly staff and helpful.

The in room dining is a great experience despite the limitation of COVID! We have a great time and break from the tension around.

From staff service and friendliness to room quality and F&B, Conrad is one of the best. It is my favorite Hotel in HK because it has special sentimental value for me.

This Conrad Hotel is too worse that they requested to cancel my friend's venue which is booked and pre-paid over than few months, also, they just refunded part of deposit to my friend What a terrible hotel and staffs!

Great hotel — splendid facilities, comfortable guest rooms, fab location, great service, restaurants, views, a terrific pool area and lots more. One thing I don't get though is why such a high-end hotel does not offer a free Wi-Fi service in the guest rooms. There's free Wi-Fi in the restaurants, lobby, pool area and meeting rooms. But, for some unknown reason, they don't provide free Wi-Fi in the guest rooms. A bit silly when it is one of HK's pricier hotels. Even budget hotels in HK offer free Wi-Fi in the rooms, but not Conrad. I just don't get the thinking behind this. Rather annoying and very shortsighted.

This is the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever visited. It has the best service and the best view in Hong Kong. I love Conrad.

Fantastic hospitality, excellent food, clean room and Facilities, excellent views, connected directly to major shopping, restaurants, and local transportation. Quiet area just a few minutes from nightlife.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stay member of the Hilton word wide hotels my stay was awesome I got a very nice room the front desk agent hook me up with a nice view on the 52 floor with access to the lounge in the 54 floor drinks were fantastic food great, I also have fruit basket every morning I stay I was really pamper my whole stay, everyone was great and friendly and helpful, I have a great stay and a great time while I visit Hong Kong.

One of the 4 hotels located above pacific place. You can access the conrad right from the mall on the 3rd floor. One of the best views of the harbour from their executive lounge on the top floor. The breakfast selection has a good variety. Rooms are very clean as well.

I have recently visited the Conrad twice — once for a high tea set and another time for a happy hour drink and a little bar food. The happy hour drink was very reasonably priced given the hotel's location. The high tea set I was told is also reasonably priced as I did not pay for it. Food quality and drink selection are both good. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathroom which locates sort of at the staircase landing joining two restaurants. I can only use one word to describe the bathroom — Immaculate!

Probably 10th times coming back to this hotel. Still flawless with everything you would expect from this 5 stars hotel. Room and amenities are good. Spacious bathroom with huge bathtub. Nice view of Hong Kong harbour is something to die for. Breakfast at LL offer huge variety of food with high ceiling. However, pool is too small for this size of hotel.

Just spent 4 nights here. Very conveniently located from both work and pleasure (standpoint). Didn’t try the food because our corporate rate didn’t include breakfast. The hotel is connected to Pacific Place mall and the food selection at the Mall is only decent based on my often lofty standards. I did appreciate that I was able to go to the market at the Lower Ground level of the mall and buy decent quality sushi (for supermarket standards) to eat back in our room. In a pinch where we didn’t feel like going out — this was a much appreciated option. The room itself is roomy. The bathroom is nice though the shower stall is too small and does not have a handheld option. There is a bathtub with a handheld though. The bed is comfortable and I was able to get a good night sleep every night. Can’t say I was blown away given the rates they charge. But the one complaint we had while we were there (noise related) was dealt with in a very professional and satisfactory manner.

This review may seem long but it comes with a story so please bare with it! Conrad is more than just the hotel that provides amazing quality of service, stress free relaxation, top notch food and an impeccable sense of reliability. It quite literally saved my what was the happiest day of my life, my wedding. After over 10 months of planning my wedding venue declared they were incapable of hosting my wedding leaving me and my soon to be wife with only 2 weeks till the desired… day. Fearing that we would have to cancel we desperately search and the Conrad stood up. In just two weeks they snapped into action and sorted out everything afresh, from the food to the music set up and provided a team to work with our events planner that worked tirelessly to transform their ballroom into a truly awe inspiring sight.
In 2 weeks, the Conrad got me and my wife’s futures back on schedule and helped give us a day that we will never forget! Thank you Conrad!

Love the Sunday buffet lunch at the Lobby Lounge. It serves high-end Western Cuisine with well picked appetizer choices of shrimps, cured ham mostly Iberico. There is a full variety of meat. The crepe Suzette is always my choice of dessert. Don't forget to start with champagne. the Lobby Lounge is a much better choice than the Garden Cafe a few floors below.

My regular hotel in HKG. The experience over 15 years or so has always been excellent. The staff in all facets of hotel operations are helpful always. The Executive Floor lounge, led by Gloria and Ken is outstanding. The hotel is convenient to the MTR and island tram, above the high-end Pacific Place. Food outlets are high quality and expensive. The large lower level coffee shop is good for breakfast especially, and usually very busy.

The staff here is absolutely brilliant and go out of the way to assist. Centrally located, you cannot ask for a better location. Rooms are awesome, and if you are lucky with a room with a view than you will have an extra awesome time.

Luxury hotel with exceptional view from of the harbour from the rooms, provided you're not at the hill side facing rooms. Great facilities and convenient to any nearby transportation — mtr admiralty station, inter connected to 2 other luxury hotels via a high end shopping mall that has all the top international brands. Large wedding banquet halls (no windows) serves up to 40 round Chinese banquet tables (seats 12 each).

Conrad Hong Kong is such a nice hotel that it is easy to access from tube station, not even need to walk outdoors, simply walk through the mall and take the lift to access the hotel. The room is not big but with acceptable space concerning it is located in Hong Kong, where spacious is such a luxurious adjective. The staff is really well trained and fluent in English, which is certainly a plus for visitors from all over the world. I like the fitness centre that open 24 hours a day, but outdoor swimming pool is not open all day long, which is understandable. There are also a number of restaurants serving different kinds of cuisine.

Was told this was the best location to see and do everything. It is once we learned how to take the subway and where to visit. Only the shopping center and other hotels surrounding the Conrad. Venture out one or two stations to see more.

Wow! This indeed is a great hotel to stay to enjoy Hong-Kong. The occupants, we, enjoyed the stay… No complaint. Amenities is the greatest. The pool is small but its good and have a good view. The gym, you can have a personal trainer once you decided to walk in for a work out… The executive lounge serve good tea and supper… Oh, yes the porridge is super nice. Its well cooked and well flavoured… Just remember to taste the supper — porridge…

The executive lounge provides an amazing view of the bay. The room itself is small and old, with an unbelievable price — 2200HKD w/o breakfast! The service at the reception was also not very well. But I did enjoy the view with flying black kite in early morning. Breakfast is also nice and pleasant.

Too terrible, the Admiralty Hermes short hair blame women management layer, from hell and back to the world, the ghosts do not scatter, grievances reappear, after shopping to quickly leave, from resentment, Amitabha!

We had the worst Valentines Day & Wedding Anniversary Dinner ever in life. It was our first time out in 3 months after moving to Hong Kong and having our child. We booked the Brasserie 8 for dinner for Vday dinner and the restaurant was greedy. It overbooked the restaurant with not enough staff for their set meal. Every food item we had to chase and chase. It’s hard to enjoy dinner when you’re starving. Almost two hours later we only had 2/5 dishes served — with no signs of a main course being served. The table next to us arrived 40 minutes after and were eating through their set meal faster than us! What is more appalling is the way in which the service staff treated the whole situation. They tried to charge us for the whole Valentines meals. Despite us asking them many times to hurry up — (2 hours and no main course? Com’on! ) they ignored our requests. Staff was abysmal. Sorry. Hate to say this about the Conrad. But this would have been the worst meal ever. Except that our food never came. We ended up only eating bread. Never again Conrad. Never again. Thanks for ruining our evening properly.

Absolutely luxurious stay! All the parts of this stay was great from the room service to the feel and service from the staff! The decor was lovely and extra services offered were fabulous! Would definitely recommend! It is worth the money!

Front desk service was good, the setting was nice, for Hilton members, the executive lounge here is amazing. Breakfast in the lounge was excellent. The hotel bar experience was lacking a bit, crowded with slow service, but maybe it was just a really busy night.

Excellent hotel that goes above and beyond for service. Breakfast spread is diverse and above average. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff impeccable.

Grand hotel in Hong Kong. The sea facing rooms on a clear day give a panoramic view of the famed Hong Kong harbour. You can also watch the laser display from your bed with a drink in hand. Breakfast is top class but the restaurant is very crowded. The concierge desk is one of the best I have seen. Super. Well connected to the tube as well as shuttle service to Hong Kong Central.

Very comfortable room, with nice amenities. The hotel looks dated but everything is in perfect shape. Service is good, everyone is helpful. The executive lounge is TOO small for it's crowd, specially on weekends. Also pay attention to how to get back to the hotel after midnight since all the many doors close and only the main one remains open.

Was there for a social event, did not get to see the rooms. However, the food was great as well as the atmosphere. Also got to meet my favourite conductor-composer from China, professor Wang Ning, which topped of the experience.

It is so well located for the sights of Hong Kong and the staff are fabulous. Highly recommend an executive level room. A real home away from home with wonderful views of the harbour, breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. Breakfast great in lounge and garden cafe. Mtr in the mall below. Walk to the peak Tram for sightseeing. Run through the gardens. An easy taxi ride to central shopping and eating out in soho or wan chai. Fantastic! Thanks Conrad and will soon return for congee breakfast!

Good room size. And a very convenient location. Shopping mall on the bottom floor. Easy to get to public transportation. Because the great location. So is pricey!

Conveniently located. Whole experience is good. The executive lounge — try to get access if not, definitely worth paying for it. My favourite place to stay in Hong Kong.

In 30 degree humid heat its nice that you can get here without stepping outside. It's attached to a high end mall. We ate dim sum here and it was the best dim sum ever. Beautifully presented and each bite was delicious. The service is okay but they are not in any rush to serve you. The space is nice but could probably be updated.

Did a little staycation by the pool and breakfast buffet at the Garden Cafe for girlfriends bday.

Cafe was decent but very congested and cramped…
Usually go to Grand Hyatt for both these things and for the same price would much rather go back to Grand Hyatt buffet and pool.

Location was convenient, staff are warm and helpful. Rooms are comfy and luxurious.

Attentive service and no troubles at all. Hotel looks a little dated and rooms could use a refresh. Lounge is cramped, particularly during breakfast and items were not replenished (instead replaced with others), so if you see something you like, don't pass it up! Also, front desk did not offer to help with luggage until we completed the entire check in process, which was slightly annoying. However, the service otherwise was great.

Great champagne and wine. Great choices of hot platter a la carte including in their brunch concept… Excellent (except Paella). Note that the brunch close at 3 pm… easy to reach without realizing. I recommend their home made digestive to end that amazing experience. I tried the lemon one. It was perfect!

Wow, what an outstanding property from top to bottom. As a diamond member celebrating my 10 year anniversary with my wife, I was treated like an absolutely celebrity. Upon arrival, we were whisked 600 feet in the air to the executive check-in area where we were welcomed with drinks and a very pleasant check in process. We were upgraded to a corner suite on the 61st floor complete with champagne, chocolates, and a beautiful card celebrating our anniversary. We were given access to the executive lounge which turned out to be amazing. The breakfast was exquisite every single morning. The afternoon tea was such an amazing treat. It was nice to get off the hot streets of Hong Kong, shower in our beautiful suite, and then relax in the lounge with gourmet sandwiches and teas. The cocktail hour was also amazing. The little bites of gourmet food could easily fill us up each night if we choose that route. The location is excellent. It was extremely easy to walk to tram stops, bus stops, train stops, etc. Walking to the underground area made it easy to catch our subway to start our easy journey to Hong Kong Disneyland for two days in a row. Overall, the service at the Conrad Hong Kong is top notch. The staff is amazing and the housekeeping is easily 5 star. I sincerely hope that my wife get to return to this amazing property one day. Maybe for our 20th anniversary?

Nice location with a view of the harbor. Was on 50th floor. One building blocked part of the view. Slightly older Hotel as you can tell by well appointed. Courteous staff. Fantastic location — train station is in the basement, a whole mall and restaurants are in the building. And Starbucks.

First time saying here in July 2013 and would highly recommend. Location in Central HK above a luxury mall (Pacific Place) next to HK Park. I arrived late after prepaying on Priceline and was upgraded to harbor view on 52nd floor. Good instructions from Concierge's desk and no problems or cost from business center to print outgoing boarding pass. When my flight was delayed, they extended my check-out time to 4 PM. Check out the breakfast buffet, kind of pricey at HK $308, but great food: fresh and terrific variety if you want to splurge or your company is paying for it.
