We stayed at the Perkin in September 2018. It’s a cute hotel, close to everything. There is a continental breakfast, with fruit, cereals, boiled eggs, toast, muffins and a great coffee machine that makes wonderful coffee of all types… our original room booked on Expedia was too small to fit two women and two large suitcases and two carryons. When the concierge saw us enter the reception area he started to laugh at all our stuff. Luckily he showed us the room before we dragged all our luggage up. We upgraded to a top floor that had a large suite with panoramic windows looking out over the city. It was perfect for us and all our stuff. The fridge was great for snacks, and there’s a Marks and Spence deli steps away perfect for snacks and water. There is great shopping all around and we walked to the Jade market, ladies market, Bird and Flower markets.
Great hotel and friendly staff every time we stay there it’s the same high quality.

We were there last may 2019. Its a cute and cozy hotel. Sound proof room and offers continental breakfast with variety of coffee to start the day.
It is a walking distance to mongkok and other shopping areas like the ladies market, the night market and the sneaker stores. Likewise, the kowloon park and shoreline are also within walking distance. There's also the free use of mobile phone which you can use while you are in hk. The only downside is that the hotel is located on an uphill climb and no taxis or cars can bring you and your luggages directly to the main entrance.
