My family had a birthday party for my father in law at Loong Yuen last night. We all were so happy and enjoyed the dinner. Thank you so much for the delicious food and the good service. Highly recommended people to try at Loong Yuen. Thanks for the serving team yo make our party perfect. 🙏😘

Since our arrival 2 days ago we have nothing but gratitude to the hotel staff and all the people who really guided us, the kindness of everyone has been ahead. The room is very comfortable and clean. They provided us with cleaning products, the bed is also very comfortable and the Wi-Fi works quite fast. Food is always brought on time, and it has been quite good and coupled with the requested menu that you must fill out a week before your arrival, we have not needed to order delivery since now 👀 today they surprised us they brought a delicious snack at 4pm, we were Wishing something Sweet (hopefully the surprises will be repeated 😆) they also organize activities throughout the week, such as bingo, yoga, meditation, trivias, etc… I was scared by some bad reviews I read about the hotel after I booked but personally I can recommend it 100%, hopefully the rest of the days will continue to be just as pleasant in every sense. They provide you everything you need. Perfect place for a 1 week quarantine.

Great clean room with air-conditioning pity the view from my room is not that great has been on the back of the building but the rest of service can’t fault the food at sometime not the best I had to not eat it a few times.

The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and the food honestly isn't too bad for hotel food, and that says a lot coming from someone as picky as me. They also do some virtual/social activities during the week, which is a nice touch. If you have to stay somewhere during quarantine, I'd recommend this place.

Set your expectations low once you walked in. When you feel cold, they don’t have proper room temperature control in their room. When you ring up the service desk, they will tell you they don’t have enough heaters to provide. Some will say it’s against the quarantine policy to provide heaters when the other receptionist told you they run out because it’s a hot commodity and has gone to other quarantine guests.

The hotel service is great and staff are very friendly. Housekeeping staff A Juan pays a lot of details. After couple weeks I didn't return to hotel as long staying, she immediately changed linen upon my return even room was still cleaned daily as she saw I use breathe machine and was very thoughtful to minimize the dusts on linen. Bar Mgr Ryan looked after me and my friends with special offer and win win for both guests satisfaction and hotel revenue. Kudos, and happy to stay in Holiday Inn Golden Mile! Brendon Li.

Although the check in took a while which is something we are experiencing a lot these days in Hong Kong. The room was big and spacious. Everything was clean. We got a bath as requested. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of foods & even a do-it-yourself pancake making machine!

We stayed at the Holiday inn golden mile for 4.5 nights. First room we where offered was very smelly like a damp smell on the third floor. Then went straight down stairs to ask for another room. We where change to room 1010. Unfortunately after a few hours being in the room the bottom of the toilet was leaking everywhere. Call maintenance to fix and just put more silicone around the base when it has 2cm already around it. It just needs replacing like the whole bathroom. Very very old and needs to be renovated. The air conditioner is very noise to sleep with and the double beds are not good rooms for families to stay in. Needs queens beds at least.
Unfortunately as a travel agent trying all these hotels to recommend to my clients. Until the rooms are redone I will be putting them in another hotel. Rooms need to be renovated.

Yes. Accesible to everywhere. Compare to other guest house this is more spacious and clean room.

This is our third time staying in this nice hotel. I strongly recommend it to travelling family with children. Very near to transportation, shops ang restaurant.

We loved staying at this hotel it had everything for my family stay, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and central to everything. We look forward to coming back to Hong Kong and staying here again. Special mention to the staff and the host in the bistro they were terrific and they definitely made our dinning experience a memorable one everyday.

The location is the essence of this place. Bang in the central area of the city. Located very close to the MRT, pier and all places of shopping. This is a good place to stay. The rooms are a bit old though.

Holiday Inn Golden Mile gave me a great experience. The staff was courteous, and the overall experience pleasurable. I had some issues with my luggage being delayed and the hotel took care of it very discreetly. The phone in the room with International calling came in handy during the stay, thanks! Proximity to the N5 exit of TST metro makes this the very first choice for any traveller and this has a lot of Indian Restaurants around.

Comfortable stay. Polite staff. Rooms smaller than shown in pictures so should be booked accordingly. If you are booking using a website they won't include the 10% service charge which will be taken into calculation once you check into the hotel.

I stayed over here with my family. Overall a good hotel with good staff. You may find good number of eateries around this place. Walkable distance to metro station and some of the attractions. However not quite happy with extra charges (half day charge) I had to pay for over staying a couple of hrs after the regular checkout time.

In the Chungking Mansion. I paid 1200 HKD for 6 nights. First day I woke up next to a big cockroach. And I got bed bugs. I told the manager and he did something. It helped a bit The room was small but with shower and WC Cleaning was every day at 1pm I would not reconmend it.

I stayed in room number 1116 and on 12 floor some construction work was going from where they were creating lot of sound had complaint abut that also but they dont stopped dat in return their staff u want to put some cotton in ears v cant stop rather than stoppin.

Over good hotel, rooms are a bit above average. The location is great, it is only a small walking distance to malls, restaurants and ferry to cross the bay over to Hong Kong. Also the train station is right across the street. We took the train to go to Disneyland. The breakfast is great with a good variety of choices. Staff was awesome.

I got bed bugs! And there was a rat in my room! Stay away!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Good location, free shuttle bus from Kowloon Station and value for money. Breakfast was good as well. Only downside is the hotel is relatively old and in need of revamping.

This isn't the first time I'm staying in the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. The main attraction of this hotel is the location, very close to the banks and commercial area. Shopping also is very convenient. The property is a little old, but the upkeep is good. One major problem I faced during this stay was that the air conditioning blowers were very noisy. The management should pay more attention to these irritants, and guests wouldn't have occasions to complain.

Good location, free shuttle bus from Kowloon Station and value for money. Breakfast was good as well. Only downside is the hotel is relatively old and in need of revamping.

Rooms and services not up to a 4 star rating. Unacceptable the presence of prostitutes in the lounge bar in which a normal tourist can not sit without being harassed.

Located right in the middle of the shopping district. Impressive breakfast spread. Rooms a little bit tired.

Foods are delicious and also there are so many food variety. Our room is pretty little but comfortable enough. Staff are helpful, friendly and quick. Location is perfect it is nearly middle of the Hong kong. You can find everything in any prize around the hotel also close to the metro and bus stations. Arriving from the airport is easy just get on A21 and get off the 14. Station. However it is a bit expensive though.

A very well located hotel in Kowloon. Excellent breakfast. The executive rooms were remodeled and comfortable. The Executive club is spacious and very comfortable. Recommended for business and tourism. I chose it several years ago and it is an excellent choice.

Original room given to us was smelly reeking of cigarettes, hotel said it was a non-smoking room, but we asked for change of room anyway. The rooms here are old and poorly finished, not worth what we paid for. Strongly not recommending this hotel.

Amazing c is free the French always have something to say when they immaterial abroad but as soon as it comes to suffer the slightest mediocrity in France no one speaks C is still odd.

Superb Services. I love that they change towels everyday. We stayed 4 nights and even we are upgraded for free. Also, thank you for assisting us on the schedule of the bus going to the airport. Very Secure location, there's a security personnel at the ground floor near elevator. No Stores when you get off the elevator unlike other guesthouses around Tsim Sha Tsui. Easy to locate, best location. Just few steps from the airport bus and just infront of the bus going to the airport. Ate Beth, A filipina who is assigned at our room to change towels everyday and cleans our room everyday. Salamat! Highly Recommend this Place to everyone!

The location is close to the wharf, Tsim Sha Tsui and other lively places although the hotel a bit old, but the equipment should have no less (gym, swimming pool) room with handy, if not buy a network is also very convenient bed full of sleep, but also generally more than the other hotel rooms in Hong Kong to be larger.

I like this place. Very accessible and very friendly staff. They gave very interesting details on where to go and where to buy certain things. Clean also although needs upgrade of design.

I have been staying here for more than 10 years. Its right on the main road with MRT and buses a few steps away. Shopping galore. The hotel has restaurants and a great bar. Rooms are good. Best place to stay in HK.

Room clean but very small not much burden a single lift lattente is very long to access axla room. At the bottom of walkup strong Indian community insisting is aggressive feeling of insecurity.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient. Right across the street is the TST MTR station which is running on the red line. There are lots of food around the area to eat as well. The rooms show their age, you can see dust in the vents and the ceilings are a bit brown. The service was very helpful. The cleaning staff was well mannered. I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn. They have a pool but it was closed down for maintenance during my stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Not very big but functional room.

Stayed for a couple of days, booked two different types of room — one more expensive, the other cheaper. When checking in, they gave the room more expensive for both days. Settled before put 15.00 The view from the window was depressing — the dirty walls of neighboring buildings. The hotel is very conveniently located, near the exit of Tsim Tsa Tsui Station D2. Embankment, Space Museum, Museum of Modern Art, Avenue of the Stars, Canton Road and many other useful locations within 500 meters. The roof has a small unheated swimming pool (hello walruses in winter) with a sunny terrace and a small gym with sauna and hammam. The old American-style rooms are apparently not updated since the hotel opened. Each room has a very convenient device for tourists — smartphone Handy. It has unlimited Internet with the ability to hotspot, cards and the ability to buy discounted tickets to many attractions.
Good breakfasts, but the prices in the hotel restaurant are space (by Russian standards :), as in the bar.

Location ideal but hotel that starts to date and has bedoin to be renovated, the service is to the bare minimum.

Great location. One of the most popular place to put up a few nights in Hong Kong as the prices are reasonable and all you need is to cross the road to go to the MRT STATION. How much more convenient can it get? Lot a of good food and desserts around the area. We definitely enjoyed the nights we explore nearby places within walking distance.

Located in the heart of the tourist district with easy access to many shopping centres and restaurants. Rooms are good size, make sure you book at the executive floor. Excellent buffer breakfast with many options.

Great location, friendly staff. Was given two drink coupons and a 10.00 credit for food. I was able to use any of them but the fact that they were given is amazing. Wonderful room super clean and nice. Shower was amazing as the water drained through the tile and not a normal drain. Gave me free water bottles and cookies for being a Spire memeber. I’m looking forward to going back and seeing some of the city instead of doing a mileage run on Delta.

Centrally located… Very convenient to go to the main shopping area… room are spacious and neat. The check in took a little time also there were small confusion during check in coz of miscommunication between staff…! They also have handy phone service for each room which is very useful.

Large room (a rarity for Hong Kong), helpful staff, super clean, nice bars and restaurants, and best of all a complimentary local mobile phone that we were free to take around all of Hong Kong with us. Not having to cache everything we might need or mess around with a local sim for a short stay was amazing. I wish more hotels did this — — best unexpected add-on ever! :)

Great location that can't be beat. Staff doesn't look friendly most of the time until you approach them. They are all very helpful though. The hotel is a bit on the older side but the try to keep it as clean and maintained as possible. The air in our room is always humid so we had to turn down the temperature all the time. When using the shower, the water temperature fluctuated a lot even if we didn't move the handle at all. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location. Safe and tight security. Restos everywhere, walking distance from Promenade, Avenue of Stars and malls, MTR stations and the A21 Cityflyer airport bus (which is simply fab! ). Kowloon Park right across the place too! (such a charming park) Water dispenser (hot and cold available), fridge and microwave available as well. Strong Wi-Fi connection and as a bonus. Free English movies (with animated movies which my daughter loved)
Ate Marissa, a Filipina, was one of the staff who assisted during our stay was simply awesome… our rooms kept clean everyday, towels would be changed and she even gave us some tips of where to go for shopping. We even got the chance to have a quick chat with her.
Mr. Kenny, the owner, was very accommodating. He personally waited for us during our late check-in. He made sure we got everything we needed in the room.
Given this is our first time to stay in a guest house in HK, no regrets that we stayed in this place.
I would even highly recommend this to family and friends!

Great hotel with great location with tons of shopping and restaurants close by. Staff is great. It was rainy evening when I checked out. The lobby manager gave me rain coat and gave me advice where to catch the bus. I am always staying at this place.

Great location on the golden mile with plenty of shopping, walking, and restaurants around. Next to train station. Service is friendly. However the hotel desperately needs remodeling. The lobby area has been renovated but the rooms and bathrooms have not.

We stayed there in 2016, two adults and two kids. It is nice hotel, perfect location as I know Kowloon well. Not far from Tsim Sha Tsui, easy to get to metro station, can visit Kowloon Park, museums, harbour and so on. It is not far from main street but also not too noisy. We didn't have breakfast, but around you can find some restaurants. Good location to feel Hong Kong atmosphere. Service also very nice, helpful. We left postcard at reception, but it arrived Europe after few months.

We decided to do the optional upgrade to a superior room which included using the Executive lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, with tea and coffee whenever needed throughout the dY. Well worth the extra money. Definitely recommend thhis.

Many visit here since 1978 this hotel is in fabulous position, it had a good size pool, the rooms are more than adequate for time spent in them. Staff have always been welcoming and helpful… but not this time. Took 3 days to correct a plug problem in bath/shower that involved 3 conversations and finally a letter. No soap in room on check in asked at front desk on way out … no soap on return… yesterday a rest day decided to spend day by pool. Unfortunately a private function for? Gm/Managers many staff on hand. Pool busy kids splashing asked not to splash response. "me bad"… WT. No apology. Very poor. No issue with function BUT close pool for 2-3 hrs fore warning guests. We as paying guests should not be made to feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable which we did.
Sign under door to say room not made up due to do not disturb sign this was 08:50… u have to be joking how many out of room at 08:50? … not all linen supplied in bathroom only 1day out of 4 room completed. Small issues but when combined makes for frustration…

The hotel location is so good in the middle of city accessible to many location and metro station. The hotel handy mobile device make my stay fantastic it is one of the best services I had ever found in a hotel it gives you all the best offers and places to visit, keep you connected all time and you will never get lost in the city … Thanks for that fantastic device.

Decent location, good size rooms, average bathrooms, great breakfast buffet, varied selection of restaurants and interesting bar… I've stayed here multiple times over last 15 years and never been overly disappointed, would stay again.

I have stayed in this hotel with my family for 1 week the service was superb especially the manager is superb. Only missed hand shower in toilets, nice break fast location perfect.

One of the best hotels i've ever stayed in. I stayed here for 11 nights and it was great. The rooms are great size for a very compact area like Hong Kong. I do a lot of traveling, mostly in America, but this hotel was better than most hotels i've ever stayed in. The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel amenities are fantastic including the roof top pool, and the food exceeds expectations. If I ever visit Hong Kong again, this hotel will definitely be the first one I look into going to.

I had stayed in the hotel for 4 nights from 11th june 2014 with my family. My cousin had recommended this hotel. After my stay I felt that his recommendation was perfect. The staff was courteous, food was good, room was good. The best part of the hotels location is that the MTR station nearby (2 min walking distance) was the best reason one should choose this hotel. I would love to stay there again.
