The place is nice, clean and super convenience to stay. The staff are all nice and easy to approach. Its so good to stay for another 10days here thank you kimberley hotel.

Good service and convenient place.

Tea buffet is in reasonable price and quality is good with different varieties.

Sharing this from a June 2019 experience. Assigned room to me and my officemate was really amazing and two thumbs up to their room services. Hope to visit this place again, someday soon.

Great Hotel easy location around Kowloon.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was run down with wallpaper peeling, no fan in the bathroom and a bed as hard as the sidewalk. The smell of cigarette smoke and mold was strong. The food especially the scrambled eggs was very undercooked.

This street is luxury areas. Heading to the bay sides you see nice boardwalk with luxury shopping bandname like Coach, Armani. Etc.

Easy to find. All taxi drivers aware of this hotel. Room was old but clean. One thing, drain was not good at basin and bath tub, very slowly drained. Except that overall ok to stay.

I asked the counter to give me, high-floor non-smoking room, two beds, the counter Mr. Told me that there is a smoking room left, I know that I have been 11 pm I do check-in, of course, there is no choice, but from beginning to end I and mr. Counter chat two sentences, the performance of normal Taiwanese polite and friendly attitude, the hotel took the initiative to help me upgrade to two levels of room type, I originally scheduled Taiwan 6000 a night, up and so give me 12000 a night to have a living room, too praise, warm Aberdeen, so everyone should be maintained every day, happy and friendly attitude, natural things will go smoothly.

Good location, big room comparing to other hotels. Old hotel but quite well maintained. Good value for money.

The hotel is very conveniently located, but the rooms are small.

In need of some major renovation and updating. They were kind enough to upgrade me to a top floor suite and even then I'd rather have stayed in a normal room at the Park Hotel (I did the following weekend). The lobby is spectacularly fancy but the rooms, appliances and showers are from a few decades ago. I'll find other options in the future.

The hotel is located in a well connected area with public transportation, 5 minutes walk X to the metro and bus stop, in front of the hotel there is a classic and always comfortable 7 eleven. It was a very nice and clean room. Maybe a little noisy on the Kimberley road but I think it is so a bit in the whole Hong Kong city living as much in the daytime as at night.

Stayed for 3 nights as part of a business trip. Not much has changed from before, which is not necessarily a good thing as the hotel is really in need of a few upgrades, particularly in the rooms. Still, you get great value as the rooms are a decent size (for HK standards) and the location is excellent.

Room cleaning has yet to be strengthened, the small movement of the bed board issued chirp, but the mattress soft and hard moderate, the waiter is very kind. (A daytime time, in the case of no special requirements, the chirping of the bed board has been handled! ) Thank you! ）

The rooms are okay, it is a little small but it's enough if you are there just to spend the night. The only down thing I would say is the beds that are not comfy. It's kind of hard but if it doesn't bother you then it's fine.

Lovely Hotel. Polite Staff. Shopping and Restaurants local. Will stay here again. Guests from London. Stayed after a post cruise. Very happy with the services received.

The lobby is quiet and the concierge is not enthusiastic and positive. It's best to try not to ask, well, to find help.

We stayed for 4 nights last february 2018. It has a good location… staff are courteous and very accomodating. For sure we will book in this hotel again.

We stayed here for 4 nights in February. We had money stolen from our safe in the hotel room. We informed management and they looked into it but couldn't find anything. If you stay here, don't keep any valuables in the room or the safe. It's not safe!

Service and condition of the rooms average but the hotel is in the heart of Tsim She Tsui.

The room we stayed in was quite large with plenty of space. There is a gym available, which is equipped enough. There is also a spa that I assume is quite good as well as a nice café. The staff are accommodating with requests and we can even leave our luggage after checkout for a couple of hours.

Its old building, but clean room, good n fast service, the important thing is they have-transport to pick up a Irport or go to airport. Surrounded by a lot of food and shopping places, is a very convenient hotel, from MTR and very close. Praise.

Great Location! every year I go to HK for vacation, I have stayed in many different hotels, this hotel is first time,
front desk not friendly, I stayed 9 days, the only thing I have complaint is the housekeeper every morning knot on my door at 8:am to 11:am for do the cleaning, I really unhappy, but the doorman is very friendly and helpful, professional than the front desk. …

It's a nice hotel with great location and generally helpful staff. The amenities were dated but cleanish. A lot of the other guests were (from what I can smell) heavy smokers so cigarette breathe lingers in the lobby and the guest room corridors. They also really need to put in more power outlets in the rooms. Housekeeping ignores the 'do not disturb' sign.

Had to cancel the booking due to a cancelled flight. The hotel didn't accept to just move the booking one day forward and charged me 100% for the stay. DON'T STAY HERE! There are plenty of hotels in Hong Kong so why take the chance? They clearly showed me their level of being a nice host.

Very expensive on weekends. No interest. Old room. Not very far you have the Butterfly on Prat which is much better.

It is located in the peninsula of Hong Kon, central location, good breakfast buffet, old rooms with electric plugs loose.

A colleague and I stayed at the Kimberley in September 2017. The hotel was traditional and possibly in need of updating but all staff were delightfully efficient and polite. The rooms were basic and could have done with more sockets and a wider choice of English speaking TV channels. Clean and comfortable as well as centrally located in Kowloon it is fine for a short business trip. For longer business trips something more contemporary perhaps.

Good accommodation, larger rooms compared to other hotels. Clean area, nice staff, faster service.

Convenient transportation, the club of the night club has the Kowloon Orchid season Square, high, the bottom food stalls.

The facade looks old including the escalator but the room amenities is more than adquate although Wi-Fi in room needs an upgrade in signal strength.

Hotel located in Tsim Sha Tsui area, which is fit for your shop and dine in Hong Kong. The buffets provided by the restaurant in this hotel is comparatively cheap and with average quality.

Kimberly Hotel is a comfortable place to stay. If your destination is Tsi Tsam Tsui, the location is strategic. Good places to eat, great places to shop and beautiful sights.

2014 to go, the window is a flag platform, room noisy, room small, cold service personnel, less spare, CP value is low, the only advantage is location.

The buffet price is not expensive, the food is OK, there is free wine and wine to drink before the meal, wine or taste good.

Stayed here a few nights. Had a drink in the bar area. Ate at the Chinese restaurant. Seemed like a popular place to stay for tour groups. Maybe because of the price offered to them. Very convenient to everywhere for shopping and places to eat are lined up along this street.

We 4/2 stayed overnight at the Grand Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, and at 4/3 Check-out, check-out at the time the counter to call the room, and soon told us that there is no problem can leave, and my family and I have doubts, the initiative to inform the use of the room last night to pay for the drinking water, paid to complete the check-out after we left, Until the afternoon at about 4:30 back to the hotel to pick up luggage ready to return to Taiwan, which did not happen in any way, until the next day to return to Taiwan received credit card to pay the notice, which marked my 4/3 20:38 Yu Junyi Hotel to spend about NT $225 Hong Kong dollars, really hell, At that time I was on the flight back to the stage to sleep soundly, I do not have a spare part of the consumption in Hong Kong?

The hotel told me that I had consumed a can of Tsingtao Beer and cola in my room, they have tried to contact me, but not even the situation under the initiative to brush the consumption amount, God, the original hotel can be checked out after the tenant can not and customers to confirm the consumption of the situation without authorization to brush the tenant's credit card? This is really amazing, so, Check-out is a fake? Is it false that the housekeeping officers check the rounds?

At first my impression was OMG… this hotel is not good because I thought the lobby was at the ground floor. But when I went upstairs the lobby was huge and the staffs was so nice they accomodate us so well. The room was clean. Its just that the superior bed was quite small… Check in no problem and Check out was so convenient. Next time I visit hongkong I will choose this hotel again because its very close to shopping center.

It's a cozy place. Clean. Accomodating personels.

Sand bag # was selected as the most delicious quicksand had to taste one of the package, to be honest, I personally prefer the sands of Crystal Inn, rich flavor of salted egg yolk, Yu Bao Xuan of quicksand is enough is the vague smell of salted egg yolk.

Kimberley Road Hotel! Little door is not very hard to find! The good old man leading the way, near a lot of SASA.

Stay – Oct 2015 Room size is small. Bathroom is small Bed – Full size (a bit snug for two people), comfortable Cleanliness – Carpet is dirty, obvious that they don’t vacuum every day. Desk is dusty. Sheets are stained. Sofa is ripped, old and stained. Non-smoking room is very smoky Safe in room Internet is HK$120 a day; Computer in the business center is HK$30 for 30 minutes Service: Front Desk is rude, Bell desk is abrupt, Housekeeping is prompt when called. Location: less than 10 minute walk to subway; less than 20 minute walk to ferry; easy access to numerous malls and restaurants. Good Chinese bakery across the street; Good Chinese breakfast restaurant a few doors down. Did not try the restaurants in the hotel, I understand they are very good.

Response to Service is prompt and reasonably ok. However, the interior design of the rooms are poor. Poor light condition. Furniture are not up to standard. In terms of room condition, I felt that I was staying at a 3 star hotel. Not 4 star.

Nice Location to stay but Wi-Fi connection is not free.

The staff could be nicer but location is fantastic.
