After a long flight, concierge was friendly, quick & helpful. Nice quiet room with plenty of space.

Hotel is a bit away from harbour but reliable free shuttle bus provided. Happy hour in bar from 4pm until 9pm. Helpful bar staff.

The rooms were small but clean. It was nice that the hotel offered complimentary water, which was good for summer time traveling. Although summer time in hong Kong is very hot and humid, this makes the outdoor pool your choice of whether to play in it or not. Its just a regular recreational pool (no lanes, 4-5 ft deep) but the room does come with air conditioning.

Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel. Very clean, nice and spacious. Lovely little pool area and gym overlooking the city. Great mix of foods for breakfast, although the breakfast staff were not the friendliest and kept dictating where we could sit, and kept rather randomly putting 'reserved' signs by the window seats, and made us move, even when there were no signs, for no apparent reason. Housekeeping were a bit overzealous, and despite wanting to stay in the room, and not wanting it cleaned that day, and putting the don't disturb sign, they knocked, left notes under the door, rang the room and even entered the room once while I was asleep. That needs to be addressed — if a guest wants to stay in the room without being disturbed, they have the right to do so without having to explain 4 times that they do not want the room cleaned for one day! Otherwise, very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

My flight was delayed, so Cathay Pacific put me in Metropark for one night. The hotel staff were very competent, and reassured me that they would arrange transportation back to the airport in the morning. Both the dinner buffet and breakfast services were outstanding, and the room itself had no flaws.

The hotel is just OK. There are 3 type of rooms… But the rooms are very compact and just average. In fact the room given to me was full of cigarette smoke smell. I had to change it… The breakfast is average. Not much if u are vegetarian. Location is supposed to be central, but I dint find any great advantage.

Stayed here with the family. Spaces family rooms are available which fits two adult, one child and one infant. Wheelchair accessible. Good breakfast timing from 6:39 until 10:30 and the option is great. Shuttle bus available to the city centre (drop off to 2 places but the pickup is from one point only. Markets shops grocery store around the hotel.

Nice hotel with good facility. However only 2 elevators, then it's quite slow. Staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel is closed to night street food market, about 300 m walking distance. 900 m walking to MTR Mongkok. But there is many shops, convenience store, restaurants around the hotel.

Good Hotel in the city. Small rooms but clean and neat. Breakfast good but the restaurant gets crowded due to groups. Indian and Chinese. The check in and especially check out was quick. Near by there is MacDonald and 7 /11 and other utility stores. The famous ladies market is only a 10 Minute walk away.

Nice hotel with a affordable rate for stay. They got a free shuttle bus running every hr which we used it often to conncet to the main market and city. Otherwise the location is bit far from public transport.

Good tourist hotel. If possible upgrade to a club room think then includes breakfast as well as cocktails and snacks in the evening. We made use of the free shuttle bus to get around Hong Kong.

Hotellin ilmainen shuttle auttoi tosin jonkun verran. Hinta oli kuitenkin hong kong — tasoon verraten edullinen.

Hotel with minimalist interior, fully carpeted room, free hi-speed Wi-Fi connection, located in strategic spot near Ladies Market for shopaholics. Recommended for backpackers as well as big group. The lack of 1 star is due to its bed, it's just too soft for me.

The location of Metropark Hotel Kowloon is quite travel friendly. It is near a plethora of convenience stores, buses, MTR stations, and traditional Hong Kong style restaurants. Moreover, it is near the city center. If one's intention is to explore Hong Kong, the Metropark Hotel is an ideal temporary residence.

Thought this was a pretty standard hotel, a little old and dark. Typical 3 star experience based on North American standards. Overall, it was positive and I would recommend it! Room was nice but small. Big fridge and safe which was nice. Great shower/bathroom and the staff turned things over nicely every day. Beds/pillows were solid. Wifi wasn't great and somewhat unreliable. Wish there was an option to pay more for premium Wi-Fi. Rooftop pool was nice, towels included and a lifeguard of sorts always on duty. Location was okay, bit of a walk to the Metro station but you're also pretty close to some walkable attractions. Plenty of 7-Elevens and mini-marts nearby to stock up on. Staff we encountered weren't great at English so they didn't provide much value. I left a review on another site and the hotel responded saying that we should have used their free shuttle service. Thought it was pretty damning that we stayed there for 4 nights and didn't know they even had a shuttle service.

The Metropark Hotel is situated in kowloon about 1.5 miles from the harbour. The hotel staff were all very nice and made the stay a pleasure. The room was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. What was nice was all the little extras like toothbrushes, shaving kits, combs and lots of toiletries. You also had a choice of 5 different pillows, which was nice. Overall I would stay there again, as it is very close to Nathan Road, which had lots of shops and leads straight to the harbour.

The hotel is located near the MTR. There are many eateries and convenient stores within walking distance. Great place to stay at. They have connecting rooms so it is convenient for families too.

, I have not stayed at this hotel, to this is to the second floor to drink tea or dinner, there is buffet supply, to telephone reservations, the rest do not understand, convenient transportation.

Really clean. Excellent staff, food brilliant. Central location and easy access to different places good bus route. Who could ask for more. Loved it. Even enjoyed the pool and sunbathing for a couple of hours on last day. Recommend to all.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations in all respects very friendly staff super room large and nicely decorated lobbies inexpensive sumptuous breakfast buffet super price performance ratio just recommended.

Dirty room, old and shabby furniture, towels stained, shower mold. The windows don't open, the room stinks of dampness, very noisy ventilation. I'm really glad it's only two nights.

This is the place to stay. Quick walk to Nathan, Ladies Market, etc. Easy access to everything. Great service, nice staff, every amenity, good restrauant and bakery, nice pool. Super comfortable. Upgrade to club level for free breakfast and afternoon drinks.

Staff were rude at times. Pillows were a little bit smelly. Even the room felt a little bit damp.

Facilities ok but staff atrocious. I don't expect everyone to speak perfect English however some effort to help guests and a smile wouldn't go amiss. From bell boy storing our luggage to check in and check out, most staff we came across were rude and very abrupt. House keeping however greeted us with a smile and good morning each day. Possibly the only people in the hotel with kindness. Pillows smelt of damp and shampoo in the bathroom is very unpleasant with a bad smell as well. Take your own.

Comfortable, well located, good service and attention, room perhaps a little older and smaller than in the rest of China, but we're going with a great impression of this hotel and your attention.

It was good and the staff is very welcoming and it has great Wi-Fi.

The room was clean and the room had a USB connection. Cell phone in the room is free of charge: including Hong Kong Unlimited calls, 3G data, can also hit Canada, the United States, Australia and China, which makes me feel very close to home, this is a surprise ah.

This room hotel 2.5-3 stars. It's not in the same ballpark as SPG hotels like sheriton or Le Meridian Room smells stale and looks outdated. The staff tries but has poor English. For China that's understandable but for HK, it's not. They charge a deposit to your CC, it's not just a hold and you will pay foreign transaction fees if you're not from HK. The location is good though. About 1 km from the metro.

Rooms are good, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Enjoyed my stay. Hotel has free shuttle. Getting to the hotel is easy. Airport express free shuttle bus K5 from kowloon will drop u right outside the hotel.

Going to a new country and making a hotel booking is always a gamble. But this was definitely not a gamble. Well done! 5 stars from me to Metropark Hotel Kowloon, absolutely loved our stay at your hotel, no complaints from me, the shuttle service from the hotel was just an added bonus.
