The location is very good. There are lots of shops and restaurants. It's very convenient all round. The room is clean and tidy, beds are comfortable.

They will rip you off when you try to pay in your local currency. Staff not helpful at all when inquiring about their extortion conversion rates.

The service and the display of food is an absolute credit to all the staff in the Red Chimney restaurant and very reasonably priced thank you to the Chef's and all the front of house staff.

It was a nice hotel that very convenient to the mtr and bus stop of A21 going to airport is just beside of the hotel. The room is very spacious including the toilet and bathroom. Avery quite place and I recommend %.

I haven't stayed there. But have enjoyed a couple of lovely and very filling buffet meals there with my friends. Amazing selection of meats, seafood and desserts. Top quality service and plentiful drinks. Staff will let you have. A nice table of you book ahead and need extra privacy with your friends.

Nice hotel with clean and big enough rooms. The reception staff is quite professional. The view of Nathan Road was not that grate but quite ok. House keeping is also good. Limited supply of drinking water made me go to the neighbourhood store to get extra supplies.

Good sized rooms in a great location. Price is reasonable and don't forget there is a rooftop swimming pool (although I didn't try it). I would return!

We just go checking if the luggage are ours, (the luggages with a cover on and put inside the glass door, so actually we can’t touch them) the staff yell at us with rude and big voice! All staff with bad attitude!

Non-new non-old small and medium-sized hotels, there are shopping malls, but it is not new non-old style, if not too much, you have to go under the line … haha haha haha.

Worth the price. Close to the tourist places. Comes with portable Wi-Fi.

Very average room, customer service deplorable: early check-in requested at the reservation and once arrived on the spot impossible to have a room or even a shower before noon.
Pre-authorization of CB exceeded after 2 days (2 breakfasts + laundry service) : call of reception at 10pm in the room (! ) and refusal of breakfast the next morning if no cash payment!
With about 200 hotel stays per year any country confused this is the first time I see this, and the last time I book in this hotel!

The location is very convenient (the subway exit upstairs) The service is also good room spacious bathroom shower room without curtain or door, the ground is easy to spray wet showerhead water pressure rather small. The first day was arranged in a room near the engine room (room 31st, 11/F) So the room noise was loud at night, difficult to sleep after the reaction has immediately help us to change rooms but it is recommended to the noise sensitive people should pay attention to the room location do not know what is the reason for the dust in the room a little more always visible dusty.

Reception was in second floor! Room is good enough/space/clean/looks fresh! Breakfast was very good and great choices Service people has to improve their attitude and look for customer needs! No guidance for local tourism!

It is not small to have a large hotel room in the city of Jordan in Kowloon, the occupancy rate is quite high and the price is higher unless you find a promotion on the Internet. Its reception counter on the first floor (Taiwan called 2 floor) GF (Taiwan said the 1 floor) and the vault is a shopping mall and there is no elevator on the counter to take the escalator up the baggage service staff will be sent up to the counter
Layer but I'm going to pull myself up and down is the Metro Jordan stop here quite convenient to come out of the shop street lined with Hui Kang Supermarket, 7-11 … Go down some not far also can go to Temple Street there are also a lot of snacks, not afraid of no food to eat.

Geographical environment is very good, the hotel downstairs there is a subway exit, go out two steps outside there is also a subway station, near 7-11 and supermarkets, very convenient, hotel rooms comfortable enough, very recommended to Hong Kong visitors.

The lousy Hotel counter told two-point check in two and lined up for 20 minutes. The counter has to wait until the 3.3 o ' hour to return to the point of four to give the room card Hong Kong travel the first afternoon in the repeated waiting to spend and the luggage pulled down (elevator narrow moving line extremely bad) stroke all affected advise everybody think twice and never Will stay in this hotel again, never recommend it to any family. It's too bad to have ever met a hotel like this.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable with a baby stroller. There is no direct elevator to the counter, but after entering the room feel that everything is worth it! All rooms have smartphones that can be used in Hong Kong, Wi-Fi and free phone calls back to Taiwan.

We booked a king non-smoking room, but were upgraded to a king suite. The suite was two floors with a loft bed area. The views at night were nice and there is a balcony. The room was unfortunately a smoking room, but did not smell like it. The hotel is just a short walk from the Temple Street night market and is inside a building with lots of shops. The Wi-Fi was fine. There is a restaurant as well, but we didn't eat at it. The observation deck closes at 11.

Good hotel in a good location (just above the subway, 15 minutes from the port), with a few criticisms (fee for document printout, outdated room furnishings)

One of the best hotel. Their services are good. I love the ambiance of the hotel. It is very easy to go to many places, such as ladies market, because this hotel is located right above the Jordan station.

Solid 3 star hotel. Dirty carpets, average service, and a small gym area. Great if you only plan on sleeping in your room.

The Prudential Hotel has a good, almost strategic location.
Exiting the main entrance just to the left on the main street (20 meters across) is the Jordan station subway station, and from here all the most important places in Hong Kong are reachable quietly.
From the same hotel, during the opening hours of the existing shops in the same building, the metro station (MTR) can be reached from an internal connection, then without ever leaving the street.
The hotel room for smokers I booked was not great but sufficient as well as the interior amenities.
No welcome kits except for a few bottles of water.
Overall value for money are very good.
While nearby markets, Minimarket (7 eleven) tourist attractions.
Beware, but this applies to all the little shops and restaurants on the street, they do not accept credit and/or debit cards, so equip yourself with cash.
In this regard I recommend changing without commission in a change near the hotel found the most convenient of all the places I have been.

Nice hotel inside a shopping mall in the heart of Hong Kong. A little popsicles the receptionist at the reception in the lobby… Just a short walk from the Jordan Station MTR and 500 metres from the fish night market, with restaurants and souvenir counters.

Luggage Pick-up staff attitude is very poor people wearing white clothes, I am now on the 3 floor waiting to get a room card. 2017/12/20 pm15:15

Very convenient location and good acess to public transport. Comfortable rooms. The staff could be better.

I booked my stay on Expedia months in advance while planning my trip. When I arrived to Prudential on Tuesday, Dec. 12 — they had given away my room due to overbooking. They were out of normal rooms so they offered to "upgrade" me. My "upgrade" was a smoking floor in a room at the very end of a long hall. This room was rank with the sour smell of old cigarette smoke and was clearly a party room rather than an actual hotel room that a sensible person would want to have a stay in. Inside this room was a tacky, clear plastic/glass spiral staircase that led to a low ceiling loft at the top that barely fit the bed… the bed meets the wall from end to end. I immediately complained and expressed my dissatisfaction at being given such a seedy room as my "upgrade" and asked them if they could not charge me for the night while they try to move me to the type of room (non-smoking, non-party room) that I originally booked. They immediately moved me to a different room on a non-smoking floor with a normal room layout. Problem resolved, but there are still some glaring issues with this hotel. There is no shower door or curtain, so water goes everywhere when showering and there is no microwave. Not very accommodating. I also see water damage along the walls due to their decision to use such a sorry bathroom design. I guess they aren't concerned with the mold and infrastructure integrity.

Nice hotel on a perfect location. The room was large but maintenance on details is required. The bathroom has been renewed recently but is very small. The cleaning of the carpet was insufficient even after we asked to improve. The location of the lobby and the elevators is on level 2. The escalators to get from street level up were broken when we were there which caused some inconvenience. The hotel staff took care of the luggage if required so that is not an issue. The breakfast buffet was OK but we have seen better. The service from the staff was splendid.

The room that we were staying was deluxe and stayed there for 7 days. It was very spacious and clean. House keeping staffs were doing their job very well. They organised to change one of the light bulbs even when it has only started flickering. House Keeping manager even gave us a call on the first day when we put out the sign 'Do not disturb' for the entire day for he wanted to know if we wanted to have the room cleaned. Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous, that includes the lifeguard at the swimming pool and at the gym. My only concern (not complaint) is the staffs at the restaurant. They were doing their job well, only problem is that they talked among themselves too much (not job related) especially right next to where the guests were sitting. They only show extra courtesy, such as saying 'thank you', to the foreign guests…

The emergency bell was ringing!
I called front desk about this incident. The front desk told me to check the floor and call me back immediately. I was waiting for their call about 30-40 minutes, but nobody call me.
I called them again to ask about the progress, but I was sent around some sections.
Then, the fuckin guy just told me "it was fault.
Ringing"
Is that it? What the fuck! Are they making fun of me because I'm Japanese?
The hospitality of this hotel is really suck.
I won't use this hotel anymore.

Location is fantastic. Jordan MTR is right below the hotel. The hotel has been around for some time, decorations is dated but you do get rooms that are bigger than many other hotels, front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options around the hotel and it is so convenient to get around. Will stay there again if I am going to Hong Kong.

The hotel location near the function is very convenient, the counter active rise into luxurious rooms, room and bathroom good forgiveness, pillow is latex pillow, room plug a lot, feel very good. The only drawback is that the bath water pressure is small, but acceptable.

A well run local hotel, great value for travelers that don't need 5 star facilities. Excellent location with very convenient transportation options. Well run western restaurant too for medium price meals.

Got this at less than HKD700, this is a real bargain. Free Wi-Fi and handyphone with internet. Will definitely stay here again.

Push！ Rooms are clean, the room outside the bed is also quite spacious and comfortable, the location is excellent, the metro station and the bus A21 line are very close downstairs, the airport is very convenient! Nearby also a lot of famous food, walk very close. We'll check in later.

I haven’t stayed in too many hotels in Hong Kong but here goes. As far as rooms go it was very basic. Tiny bathrooms and bare minimum. Location however is fantastic. Close to everything and above Jordan Station.

Subway direct (not to the outdoors), take the Airport Express line, free feeder bus, the first stop. It is also convenient to take a 21 to the airport from the opposite end of the journey. We'll stay here again, clean and convenient.

Upgrade was a Downgrade booked non smoking room — "hotel is full, we've upgraded you" Room wreaked of cigars and cigarettes. ? Free Wi-Fi? very slow and connection dropped out repeatedly, hotel needed to reset our Wi-Fi service twice. Ended up buying a SIM card. Good location. Staff were efficient and courteous.

Stay for 1 week, you get automatic room upgrade. Very spacious and MTR is just directly downstairs, very convenient location. Staff are quite friendly and try to speak En; guess I'm lucky.

Location is good. Staff at the front desk are helpful. But I found my clean towels came with someone else's hair inside. Also, the toilet will start making squeaky sounds when you turn on hot water and it just won't go away.

Comfortable hotel, very well located in the heart of Kowloon. The night market is right in front of you. :)

Just been there from the 23rd til the 25th of October 2012. Before traveling, I had read a lot about the negative side of this hotel and kind of thinking to myself "whatever will be will be". But things turned out to be completely different from all those negative comments. Apart from the hotel being situated in the great location with MTR station underneath it, it also offered a good quality services. Staffs were friendly enough and they were eager to help. All requests were done fairly quick. The front desk staff even helped me carry my luggage downstairs to the taxi (the concierge is downstairs). The hotel was, I believed, newly renovated. Everything looks new and clean. My room was spacious enough that the three of us could fit together comfortably. Noise from the outside did not trouble us at all, rather peaceful nights for us. Overall, I would consider staying here again next time I travel to Hong Kong.

The hotel location is excellent. The MTR is just below the hotel and the area is very central and convenient. Unfortunately, it is marred by the Concierge Service at the ground floor which is manned by some staff who not only don't speak English but are also very unfriendly and rude, especially two of them who wear spectacles (on different shifts) and the Chief Concierge. What a pity.

Very good location, above the Jordan subway station that takes you to Central or Mongko in 10 minutes. 20 minutes walk to the Pier. The hotel 's rooms are clean but noise isolation is not good at all. Breakfast is goid but rather frugal. I'm staying there during my biz trip which happens once a month. I was really disappointed by the service last time I went for vacation. Might change location next time.
