Royal Park Hotel is one of the worse hotel in Hong Kong. Everything is disappointing. All the staff in the hotel are rudely and unprofessional.
They provided poor service to their customers like the front desk staff were so bad and the check in was slow.
Such a bad services and terrible stay in this hotel.

Fantastic 14 nights stay here over Christmas.
Royal Park is a great hotel & serve very nice food, plus there is a bonus of a daily courtesy bus to & fro TST near Kowloon Bay.
Hotel is very clean & the staff are helpful & friendly.
The location is excellent, very close to restaurants, shops, railway stations & bus stops, snoopy world, parks, river, museum & other attractions.
Rooms & bathrooms were very spacious, & there was plenty of storage space but the downside was the wardrobe wasn't big enough for 14 nights stay.
We would definitely stay again.

Royal Park is a midrange hotel along Pak Hok Ting Street in Sha Tin, just outside the New Town Plaza Shopping Mall. We recently stayed here and enjoyed our relaxing time at this property. Room was booked by way of booking. Com where very good room rates are presently on offer. Reservation confirmation was received immediately. We were well received upon arrival and checked into our room in a timely manner. The property can be reached by Airport Bus A41 which drops off at the main Sha Tin bus terminus. You can walk to the property in 5 minutes from here. The Sha Tin MTR Station is 7-8 minute walk from the hotel, through the New Town Plaza shopping mall. You are also just next to the large Sha Tin Park, a good spot for leisure and green space around the hotel. Lobby area is decent with a a handful of indoor and outdoor seating in the designated Bamboo Garden area. There is a lobby level bar called One + One that is a good place for happy hour drinks and bar snacks. The property has three other feature restaurants and quick access to many other food and dining options in the adjacent shopping mall. Hotel guests also have access to a pool and gym. The property is a bit older but has been well maintained and remains fairly modern in its furnishing and decor. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, including expected closets, plenty of luggage space, ironing board, safe, fridge, kettle, work desk with rolling chair, seating bench and generally comfortable bed.

The staff are very friendly and the location was great, it is connected to a mall, near MTR, bus point and taxi point so no need to worry about your public transportation. The price is affordable to look in the amenities they have. We had a great stay!

The reception dealt with my bathroom drainage problem very promptly. Was very pleased with the service.

Beautiful friendly and very clean, modern hotel with all amenities, shops, bus / train stations etc close by… So brilliant location…
Second time holidaying here and won't be my last as I love it…

Stayed for 27 nights in a family room, Easy check in and checkout, good swimming pool half indoor half outdoor, excellent location in Shatin close to many shops and all public transport. Would highly recommend.

Royal Park Hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect. The location is really good as it is really close to MTR station, taxi point and bus station so you don’t need to worry about the transportation. Also, there is a big shopping mall called New Town Plaza nearby. You can walk into the shopping mall directly from the hotel at level 3 plus there are many small shopping malls connected; Shatin Plaza and Hilton Plaza. You can spend a whole da…y at the mall, shop, dine, play games. They are great meeting places for friends to catch up over coffee or a meal in the food court. All the staff in the hotel are friendly and professional. I booked my two rooms through the hotel reservation line with two staff named Carmen Yip and Maggie Lau, they were so professional and kind. They provided an excellent service to their customers. The front desk staff were so nice. Check in was efficient. During our stay in the hotel, we needed help for several situations. The manager, Ms Kim Yeung, really impressed me as she was so caring and kind. She knew my daughter was sick and she did her best to help us and gave us lots of advice. She’s absolutely amazing. Also our daughter was lost after doing the gym one night as she forgot to take the room card with her and we felt very anxious. We informed the staff in the lobby and they were so helpful and kind.

Great food, highly recommend the fresh poultry and the deep fried tofu. Service was excellent from all staff. Had to come back again during our stay in Hong Kong we enjoyed it so much!

The place is nice and clean
The room is wide, 2 twin beds (150cmx200cm) accomodate up to 4 adult and there is a sofa (can be used for child), yet still there is enough empty space for an air bed (140cm×180cm)
The price is not as expensive as others (if you booked in advance)
The location is far from busy tourist area but connected to MTR station (Sha Tin) through a Big Shopping Mall
They provide free shuttle bus service to Tsim Sha Tsui (4x/day) and HK Island (1x/day)
Really recommended for family with young children.

It's very spacious, and the food is okay. However, it is very expensive indeed.

Not easy to get in, but easy to park.
