I stayed 7 nights at this hotel. It is amazing and the price & value is optimum. Staying here is very comfortable. Lovely breakfast is also unforgettable.

Regular visitor here and the hotel is on pretty top form. Rooms well maintained and an aged. Food offer very good. Horizon Club well managed. Pool areas looking a bit neglected in places.

We had an excellent stay and time at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Bella and Lynn. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I have booked a family suite to spend a night with my wife and kids, the room is very clean and spacious.

Stayed at a different but had read good things about the breakfast buffet. I was not disappointed, but the 266 RMB fee was a bit stiff.

One of my favourites in Shenzhen. Located right next to the buzzing malls and Office district.
Yet quiet if you need that. The breakfast spread was also good. Beautiful entrance and friendly staff.

The hotel is situated near the train station (if you are coming from HK) as well as 5-8mins walk from at least 2 big malls. Hotel staff were pleasant, breakfast was decent, mostly offering local food.

Great hotel. All rooms on 2nd floor. I was given a room 262 at the very end which takes a good 2mins walk from the lift with luggage.

Well maintained hotel at a convenient location. Close to Guangzhou East station where you can take high speed rail. Many restaurants close by. Great service. Good selections at breakfast buffet.

A wonderful Marriott experience. The room was huge and the service was great. Everyone is so friendly and the food is actually fantastic and very reasonably priced.

The hotel is located right above the train station. Service is top-notch, from front desk to house keeping. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Ask for an upgrade, or complementary meals.

Overall, this was a reliable, by-the-book stay. Check-in was efficient, the room was clean and quiet, and everything worked as expected.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for a 2 day seminar. The hotel’s location had great rivers views of Guangzhou. The hotel was clean and rooms were too. Staff was polite and efficient.

I had a good time at this hotel. It was near the busy road and you can find a taxi whenever you want. It is also quite close to a metro station.

Located slightly away from the main area so we needed to take a short ride into the main area with food/shopping. The hotel itself feels a bit older but the inside is nicely renovated.

First time visit and stayed in JW Marriott Shenzhen. Beautiful hotel and I was able to used and confirmed my BonVoy suite room request ahead of my arrival. The hotel has great and attractive lobby.

Joy and the rest of the crew are accomodating joy her self and a couple of other staff members spoke english well and assisted us with everything from offering a personal mobile hotspot so I can sort

The hotel is very central in Huaqiangbei and it is very nice and clean. Rooms are big and beds are good.

Had a great 4 day stay in Guangzhou.
The hotel bar was our place to relax after long days of business meetings.

Loved it so much, the waiter was kind and every morning the breakfast bar would automatically pour me a double of American coffee.

A Pleasant Stay with Great Hospitality.
I had a comfortable stay at Guangzhou Wogo Yuanbao Hotel. One of the standout features of this hotel is its generous hospitality.

Spacious rooms and very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

So we have actually stayed here a couple of times now. The first time was not so great. The room was old and tired and felt a little damp. The breakfast was disappointing also.

A friend accidentally sent 3 of my parcels to the older Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen instead of Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen Bay, where I was actually staying.

It's nice hotel, advisable for breakfast if you are foreign.

My colleague and I visited Guangzhou for the Canton Fair and we had a great experience staying at this hotel. Very clean and the staff there were super helpful.

The staff are friendly and respectful. However, the room carpets weren’t as clean as they should be, and the rooms themselves are a bit small. The breakfast is good, though. Overall, it’s acceptable.
