Stayed here for a work trip and I have to say that the concierge and the staff were exceptional. It was never an issue to order the local Chinese Uber for us or even to help us with translations. The king size bed we got was very comfortable. I would have given this place 4 stars but I can't because of the following: — we requested for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. — the toilet in the hotel room actually overflowed. That happened on the evening right after we checked in. I would however stay there again for work in future mainly because this place was very close to an MTR station and the fact that the staff speaks English helps a lot. But in future, I'll ensure that I email the hotel a few days prior to my arrival to ensure that my room is non smoking.

➜ A five-star hotel is really good, all aspects are very upright, with international service connected. Location is a bit hard to find, around the Metro, take a taxi from the airport to the hotel is about more than 100 million. Buffet breakfast, room very stylish, comfortable and clean.

Stayed at the hotel, poor internet, poor aircon, very small rooms, the guy at the concierge asked for 350 rmb for airport. It was in line with some other review I read. Look for other options. This hotel is not worth it.
