From the moment we got out of the car we were treated so well. Beautiful flowers and environment.
Our room was lovely, we even got complimentary beer and coke in our room as well as toothbrushes and other items we forgot to bring.
The breakfast the next morning was the most amazing breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen.
American and Chinese food.
Fresh fruit and pastries.
Would definitely stay there again.

Our 5-night stay at the Legendale Hotel Beijing proved highly satisfactory, characterized by exceptional customer service, a clean and spacious room with an amazing view, and a wonderful complimentary breakfast featuring a wide range of selections.

The whole hotel has a European-style design, more than 10 20 storeys high sitting on the corner of the big Street, more stylish, from the appearance of looking, feel to travel to Europe, near a number of international brand hotels. The hotel lobby is the bottom of the building, very Huang, the lobby on both sides of the staircase, like the emperor's seat on both sides of the handrail.

The best hotel I have stayed in so far. New, modern, unique and simple.

I just came back from a 3 night stay at the Imperial Mansion. First the location is within a short walking distance to great shopping and tourist spots. I was upgraded for free to a 1-bedroom which was stunning. It is nicer than some of the high end Vegas resorts. And more tasteful. Reviews that say it's outdated are silly. Everything is very modern and very very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place! We stayed there for the three days while touring Beijing. The place is immaculate! We stayed at the apartments. We had actually booked a 1 bedroom they upgraded us to the 2 bedroom. The apartment is simply massive, all cookware present, and very finally detailed. The front desk people are simply amazing. While humble about their bilingual knowledge they speak great english. We mostly delt with Alvin, who is great at helping about out on our travels.

My flight was cancelled and I was forced to stay over in Beijing for the night. Hotel staff went for rhe extra mile and upgraded me to a bigger room and provided me with essential oils when I feedbacked about the adour in my previous room. The room was clean and spacious, facing Jingshan park view, its too bad I couldnt stay longer for the amazing view.

Customer service was excellent, everyone was very welcoming and very helpful. The room I stayed in was just lovely, very well decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Great location, convenient to get around and right next to one of the train stations. I'd definitely stay here again, highly recommended for all kinds of travellers.

Hotel comparison new, facilities are good, service is very General, can be only wise choice holidays average. There's only one room type, Platinum card, send the fruit is not bad, Breakfast not bad.

Great location and close to The Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, and Dengshikou subway station. Our room was small with two twin beds. The people working at the front desk were very nice. The room was clean and room service was good. Inside our room, we could hear people in other room talking. A very popular restaurant, 四季民福， is just 500 feet away, so we enjoyed many super nice dishes during our vacation in Beijing.

Good location. Nice hotel. Well kept. Good housekeeping service. Fast Wi-Fi. International buffet breakfast but the taste kinda tasteless tho variety is good.

Nice hotel. A former Buddhist temple. A small, cozy. Sometimes had problems with English from the staff.

It was a good place to stay. It is like a new refreshing wine in an old wine skin botte. The property is old and may use some new renovation.
The staff members were friendly and helpful despite our language difficulties. They were patient and understanding. The attend to all our needs and the only one that they were not successful with is the air-conditioning system. They took every complaint seriously and were happy to fix them.

Good location. Muslim restaurant and subway station are only 5 minutes away by walk. Many shopping malls are nearby.

Stayed here for the second time. The hotel is close to Raffles City. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The room is large and well-equipped. The cleaning and other service staff at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. It is a very good living experience. Standing in front of the window at night and watching the night view makes me feel happy physically and mentally.

Today I have to take the time to share my experience during my stay at Ascott. First, the hotel called me to ask about my needs before checking in. Check-in on the day of check-in was very fast. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and gave detailed introductions. The hotel arranged a ramen atmosphere for the Spring Festival. After entering the room, the manager on duty brought a large plate full of welcome fruits.

This is a hotel apartment I would love to come back toThe price-performance ratio is high, the service is good, the room is large, the design is strong, and there are no flaws! My dears, let me tell you, there are no flaws! The 24-hour gym downstairs is also very nice. The swimming pool is also very nice. The breakfast room is so well designed and beautiful! All in all, I will come back and recommend it to my friends!

The room is large and fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. It may be located at the junction of Chaoyang District, so it feels very cost-effective. Parking is indoors and free. There are robots delivering food. Next to it is a restaurant where four generations live together, making dining convenient. The layout of the hall and rooms is shown in the picture. You have to ask for toiletries at the front desk.

This hotel was AMAZING. Everything from the location, to the art, to the customer service. If you're looking for a place to stay in Beijing look no further. This is the place.
