Don't book this hotel no matter what. Your budget will fall short whether it is from being overcharged for the room as you were misled to not notice the 15% service charge, quoted an english price for the scammy shopping tours which you are obliged to pay tip or qioted 3 x the price of a public taxi to be taken to the airport. The appalling service and room conditions are not worth the perceived savings on this budget hotel. My holiday was tainted by the entire experience here.

The location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to the metro is no problem. The room was not particularly clean, the breakfast average.
