Location is close to the south gate, but far from eateries and main part of the town. The cleanliness of the hotel public and inside the room really needs to be improved as it is not to our standard as a 3 star hotel. On the other hand, the bedding is comfortable, breakfast is good.

The hotel is aged and certainly needs some maintenance. But in relation to the competitive price, clean beds and bathroom, location close to several shops and restaurants, good breakfast with lots of choice, it is a decent choice. Walking to the south gate is a bit of a hike though.
