Valparaíso hotels with breakfast

What a gem in the heart of Valparaiso. The staff is fantastic, the gardens are lovely and many sights and good restaurants within a short walk from the hotel.

A wonderful place to stay on the edge of Cerro Concepcion with a beautiful garden overlooking the harbor, located between Paseo Gervasoni and Paseo Atkinson.

We arrived from a long flight via a redeye from the United States early on the day of our 3 PM check in. We were welcomed warmly by Florencia our host with a smile and checked in immediately.

The location was perfect, the hotel itself delightfully arty and charming, with a rooftop view that was incredible. The rooms had a mini kitchen with well stocked beverages.

Augusta Apart Hotel is a nice place to end a day of roaming one of the coolest neighborhoods in Valparaíso. Our room was on the lower level, no view, but had a great, very private, large patio.

Truly exceptional experience. The views from the rooms were one of the highlights of our entire vacation — we spent many hours on the balcony soaking in the glorious cityscape and water.

Very cool hotel, with rooms with a great veiw. Good rooftop breakfast and bar, where the staff is at hand to make your eggs to order.

The room was comfortable, our hosts Marcelo and Gloria were extremely helpful and friendly, the building was historic & beautiful, and the included breakfast was a great way to start each day.

Really great hotel — boutique but really well designed. The rooms are spacious and some have great views. This is a nice relief from generic corporate hotels.

A wonderful hotel! The building is beautiful, everyone who works there is lovely and it’s in the perfect location in Valparaiso.

Hotel is very close to Asencion area which is most attractive bars and restaurant area. It takes to get there 10 minutes by walk.
They have own parking area if you have rented any car.

While a bit hard to find, this hotel is a wonderful place. High above the city with panoramic views of the Pacific, it is a jewel worth finding.

Great place. It only has 3 stars, which is understandable as it is an old house, but I would think of it as a 5 star B&B in UK or US. Breakfast was the best possible, fixed à la minute for you.

Great place to enjoy the view of Valparaiso day and night. The historic building was renovated into comfortable hotel with kind staff. Great breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurts, and cheese.

Very comfortable quiet place with probably the best shower we have seen during our 12 days in Chile. Delicious breakfast. We had the attic room, which was wonderfully cool for sleeping.

Hotel Casa Higueras (January 14, 2026 stay)
For independent travelers, this hotel is a perfect pre-cruise destination, conveniently located near many Valparaiso landmarks.

Hotel Casa Higueras was our home for four days.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The B&B is housed in a beautiful old building, which adds a lot of character to the experience.

A lovely little place. We received a very warm welcome from the hostess, and she gave us some tips. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous.

Truly lovely stay, you could not beat the view. The staff were very kind, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The decor is wonderful as is the ambience. The room with the balcony is one of the most beautiful stays I’ve ever had, the view is priceless!

Hotel has a lot of character and staff were very friendly. Just be aware that the steps down to the entrance from the road are very steep especially with a heavy suitcase!

Very nice hotel with a great terrace on the roof with view over the bay, coffee/tea for free and a fridge.
Each room is dedicated to a band and the rooms are daily cleaned.

Good location but maybe a little bit difficult to get to. Breakfast wasn’t for me as it was too sweet but everyone else loved it. I didn’t like having to knock to get in and the room was very loud

Best staff ever, Nicholas and Rodrigo were so nice and helpful. Great location in historic area. Amazing rooftop terrace with great sunset views and for breakfast.

We had a superb 3 night stay here! We received excellent and attentive service from Italo, Nicolas, and Natalie. Wonderful guesthouse is well-maintained in unique Valpo.

Stunning view of the town below and the Pacific Ocean. We were in room 7 which was plenty big enough for 3 single beds.

This hotel is really cozy. Service was great and the people who manage it was really kind too. Rosa and Fabiola were great. The breakfast was really complete too.

Great, clean rooms and best breakfast I had in Chile: very healthy and comprehensive options with nice view. The breakfast staff is very attentive and always stocks up quickly once something empties.

This is a unique hotel with a strong design theme in a very cute area, and a few steps from a funicular. I couldn't believe my eyes at how attractive the path to the hotel was.
