I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The facade is beautiful, is located on one of the climbs to a hill, a few blocks from the beach and the clock of the flowers and two blocks from the train station "Miramar". On the other hand it is to MTS of the main street of Viña, Valparaiso Street. The hotel room was very small and very noisy as we heard everything happening in the adjoining rooms. Breakfast is served on the table and not very abundant. Very nice staff.

It's a beach hotel. There is humidity, little soundproofing and Little privacy (Windows to public places) but they compensate with good location, abundant breakfasts and mainly with the excellent attention of the staff q is very friendly.

Good attention, I stay in single room, comfortable, ample enough, bathroom quite ample, serca of many pub, of the center, beach and clock.

Beautiful Hotel set in an old house. Very picturesque and pleasant. Very convenient location depending on the price. Recommended.

Beautiful Hotel. It is an old mansion refurbished to accommodate visitors. Beautiful views. Spacious rooms, breakfast served in the mansion's kitchen with a thousand period details. Really a discovery. In addition the location in height gives a plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it. They're going to spend an excellent night in a place of 10.

Bad attention. I had read Q were very friendly, you see Q the friendly were on holiday… horrible room and no Wi-Fi… cold and ugly. The bathroom was very small and the room was very good. The TV was bad and the remote control was worse. The window faced the laundry Q looked all dirty. I've been to all kinds of hotels and I always stayed. Here I had paid 2 nights and we only stayed one. Breakfast was terrible with instant coffee and very poor. I never do bad reviews but this one deserves it. Don't go!

Good place. Central, good service but the services are not in very good condition regrettable. The best staff without a doubt.
