The rooms were very spacious and very nice. The maid service is very good. The reception service on the other hand was pretty bad. The location is perfect and the view too. It would be 5 stars but the reception really failed us.

It is a great hotel, they must deliver lanterns for when one breakfast and not dawn, or put more light. The breakfast tables and chairs are a 2 star. Room service has to be reclaimed several times until Q happens. The terrace and view great.

It has a restaurant on the 19th floor from where you can appreciate the entire coast of Iquique.
A luxury menu and delicious drinks.
And if it were not a panoramic swimming pool.
Definitely one of the best accommodation options in Iquique.

Terrible experience. Poor distribution of the buffet, in the halls only hot water. Fight camp to get a loaf of bread, eggs or slate to serve. Lack of garzones. Small pool and no umbrellas. Additional consumption values excessive values. Toilet staff enter the room without beating or warning. Elevators that didn't work. Honestly the 5 star category looks great on it. Hotel does not give enough to the number of guests. I'm not coming back! Horrible experience.

Very nice sights of the shore, and very nice room, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a total mess, with no place to sit, usually u have 2 wait for half hour to find a sit.

A beautiful place. Something bad that has is that the restaurant upstairs is very expensive but overall rich and beautiful.

Lousy, do not comply with the contract, is hired by the parking and then say it is subject to availability!

Nice hotel. Very good breakfast. It would give you a little more variety and more space for when crowded (at 10 am). On the other hand, in my room, the air conditioner was noisy and I woke up. I asked them three times to fix it and they didn't. The 8 nights I slept, I slept very well, but because I was relaxed, on vacation. But for someone who goes on business or gets more irritated by the noise, it's complicated. The gym is half-short, has only two treadmills and two running tapes. The 2 dumbbells are scarce. Beyond that, to rest, is a great option. The employees are very friendly, very attentive, all the time. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Good location, great view, pretty good restaurant for dinner. Summer time is so crowded, so they're using meeting rooms for serving breakfast.

Clean hotel — large rooms. Modern and newly built. Very beautiful views. Although next to a large roundabout which can be noisy at night time.

I wish to thank the attention that you gave us on our stay, we entered the 29 of april 2015 and retirandonos the 6 of may 2015, we were a group of seniors, the food was adequate, besides being always willing to help if someone was sick and needed something special. The treatment was always positive and helped a lot to my husband who has a problem neurological. In general my congratulations to all who treated us in that establishment. I recommend it anyway.
