I have worked as Garzón and now doing my professional gastronomy practice in this luxury and historic hotel in Iquique.

In Iquique… the best! Excelentrles suits… attention without equal… makes you want to stay.

Very friendly staff, no means to solve that a lift does not work, that a lamp in the room is without light, that the showerdoor moves and wet the floor. The building requires maintenance and modernization. Good facilities, has swimming pool, gym, bar, dining room, lounge, spacious and modern reception, Wi-Fi, buffet breakfast, large rooms, very comfortable beds, air conditioning and cable TV.

Excellent hotel.! From my perspective, it is better than its relative, the roofed suites, which is also very good. The most important, the friendliness of its staff. A special hotel to enjoy with family.

The location, the view and the restaurant are pretty good.

Small rooms and therefore too expensive. The staff is friendly and the place is clean but this is offset by a poor breakfast and rooms so small that it is difficult to open a suitcase.

Es un poco antiguo. It is becoming a little run down. Definitely not the new Terrado hotel that was constructed. Service was ok. Me quedaría en Terrado Cavancha (nuevo) y Hilton Garden (nuevo)

I went with my girlfriend to celebrate our honey Moon and even though the person that we received at the reception was very efficient (as the room we had reserved was dirty and we re locate to a room with an excellent vita) the rest of services were rather uncomfortable. Despite that it had stated that we did not want to bother us during the morning of the second day, had to detain the staff toilet trying to enter our room and newborn there then explain to her give me a trash can "do not disturb". Night that we asked for a bucket of ice, gave us a bag with a few ice excuse is that the bar was already closed, in a similar situation to avoid problems we approached the bar to order ice and in a rather hostile attitude the bartender denied us service, because they had already spent 5 minutes from closing time. Cleaning of room included the replacement of towels for body and hands, but in one of the only occasions let us hand towels and for 3 days we do not receive clean towels. When they arrived (since we had asked them repeatedly) was on the morning of our last day at 8 am, lousy hours for holidays. Unfortunately the great view we had in the room and the celebration of our honeymoon was vera always overshadowed by these drawbacks than no hotel of this category may not provide a quick solution.

Although the Inn was coordial (particularly from the young man who welcomed us at lunch time on Tuesday, February 9), we had many pleasant little drawbacks with accessory services. First, we didn't have a ballot that indicated do not disturb, which meant that they stopped our door early in the morning. This situation occurred even though the night before this event inform you that we were honeymooners and didn't want this service. Another night we ask for a bucket of ice to the room and they brought us a bag with 8 ice. Two days later, we went personally to pick up a bucket of ice and the bartender was quite hostile and didn't us want to give anything that the bar closed at 1 and we had gone to 1:05. On top of everything, we were 3 days without body towels, even though we asked them on numerous occasions. These towels arrived the morning check-out at 8 am, lousy hours for holidays. Honestly I cannot recommend these hotels based on my experience, unfortunate facts for a honeymoon.
