Santiago Hotels

Overall, this is a pretty nice hotel and I would recommend a stay here if you're looking to be in the Vitacura area. That being said:
The staff was friendly but not all that helpful.

The room was spacious and with a nice view of the mountains. Besides the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Staff is splendid. Rooms are too. The only thing to improve are some details on the bathroom furniture and rooms shadows that needs to be renewed. Will come back again no doubt.

Good service tranquility. Private parking.

The hike to the waterfalls itself is a short distance but they stop to talk about the nature around you.

We had an amazing time horseback riding with Valentina! The experience was unforgettable — breathtaking views the entire ride and a peaceful, scenic trail that made for the perfect outdoor adventure.

Super clean and really cute. Walking distance from convenience store, downtown, restaurants, etc.
We were parking in the street, right outside the hostel.

The owner has been amazing. She waited for us until 1.30 am because our flight had a delay.
Breakfast just perfect, she prepared scramble eggs just for us.

Great location, good breakfast but it could be better in terms of quality. The breakfast room was badly furnished that people could not easily access the buffet.

Great location, lots to eat nearby within walking distance, great staff and service, strong Wi-Fi, and very safe for solo travelers.

A pleasant guesthouse in a quiet, convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the fittings and fixtures could use the attention of a handyman — this ain’t the Ritz.

A great hostel in a fabulous location! It's in an artistic neighbourhood with lots of artists, markets, bars, etc. The hostel was impeccably clean and the staff were friendly.

We stayed here two times in different types of rooms and it was great each time. Dorms are pretty spacious too and lots of shared toilets and showers.

Nice and friendly staff, good central location although it gets a bit sketchy in the evening.

Besides the convenient location and very kind service, the most impressed service is they lend us the metro card that we can use it by just simply reloading little money👍👍👍 I have never got this

Merced 88 was the perfect hostel for spending a few days in Santiago.
The neighbourhood is beautiful with a lot of nice cafés, restaurants and parks but it’s still quiet in the night.

Christian and Malik are amazing and were super helpful during my stay. I came back here 3x while traveling through Chile and would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is certainly worth its value. It's close to the center, clean, and comfortable within the limits of what they are allowed to change in the historic building.

It was located in beautiful part of central area and very safe. The staff were very kind and helpful. The building was a grand old building with interesting history.

Family room with 2 bedrooms/2 baths + mini kitchen was great alternative to 2 hotel rooms. El Golf is a lovely, upscale and safe neighborhood.

I highly recommend this service apartment in Tobalaba, Santiago. It is strategically located with 5 minutes to the metro & MUT mall, and Cenco Costa era is within 10 minutes walking distance.

First class hosting experience. My room was beautifully decorated. I'll return.

A superb place with very nice people!

We came for a little getaway with my husband and my 1 year old boy. We absolutely loved it! Quiet, romantic, great views, quaint, delicious food, very gourmet. The staff was kind and thoughtful.

The friendliness of all the staff. From the moment you arrive until when you leave. The food varies and exquisite.

Great find. Renovated, turn of the century building. Great comfy bed and sparking new bathroom. We are in the middle of the Santiago riots. Barricades are up but feel very safe. Staff are great.

Rooms were super clean and nice! The bathroom was the same! Great great value for money. I read about noise, but we didn’t had any troubles or noise.

Positive: Clean, nice staff, very well positioned and good value for money. Negative: Rooms facing the street can be very noisy. There is a kebab shop where people stay chatting well past midnight.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was conveniently located several blocks from the mall. The room included breakfast. Staff were very nice and most spoke at least some English.

I was very impressed by the service at this Marriott location. The front desk agent Roland really went out of his way to make sure my stay was great.
