We had a most enjoyable stay. The room was sizable and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast and evening meals were first rate. Above all, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay. Location was central to many sites (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots.

Stayed here 1 night. Was meant to stay at the Novotel but they had over booked so we got transferred here.

Clean well maintained hotel with decent rooms. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Nice bar and breakfast.

I stayed here 25 days and I always felt that I was at home. The owner, Ignacio not only cares about your stay at his place, but also goes out of his way to make you feel welcome at all times.

We recently stayed here for four nights. We were warmly welcomed by Ignacio, who arranged for a taxi pick up from SCL. We felt entirely at home during our stay. Ample privacy.

Great location to stay in Providencia, right in the heart of the city. Everything is conveniently walkable malls, hospitals, public transportation, restaurants, and even some local attractions nearby.

Quite a decent hotel in a district that is generally considered safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but good enough if your main goal is to explore the city.

This is a lovely and welcoming small hotel in a wonderful location. The building has been recently renovated and is nicely decorated.

My son and I spent two nights at Matilda's and we loved it. It's in a lovely old building with very comfortable rooms full of character. There are ample public spaces and a delightful garden.

Cute hotel on private street. Offers great breakfast for small fee. Rooms are basic but very clean.

We stayed with Casa Noble on three occasions on our recent visit to Chile. Casa Noble is centrally located to visit Santiago whilst being relatively convenient for access to the airport.

We arrived in Santiago on an early morning flight at around 5AM after a long and exhausting journey.

We stayed two days at NH collection, hotels a while or on our trip to Santiago. We had a very good time. The staff was wonderful.

I had booked our stay through Amex and was supposed to get a room upgrade (if available) but as usual I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and hence no upgrade was possible.

Great location, super great staff (shout out to Felipe of bell staff) and all front desk staff. Room was spacious but a bit dark. I had to request a second lamp, which came quickly. Good breakfast.

For the price and location, Regal Pacific Santiago is genuinely hard to beat. The hotel sits right on the central metro line, making it an ideal base for getting around the city.

We spend 5 days in the hotel, with our kids (a baby and toddler) — great experience, very family friendly and responsive to ours accommodations (due the babies)

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Primal Lodge. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the facilities were really comfortable.

We spent 3 very enjoyable days at Casa Primal. Conveniently located, quiet and pleasant. The gardens are exquisite, rooms spacious and the food was divine! Also, the best pisco sours!

I visited this hotel for my first time in Chile with my mom and aunts. The service was impeccable overall. The property and rooms were beautiful and well kept.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel is great and the staff is so kind and helpful! We stayed there with our 6-year old for 3 nights and we all wished it was longer!

To say that this was a 5 star hotel experience is to belittle the elegance and professionalism of our stay. Easily at least 15 star stay.

Great location, nice place, good service. I've stayed at the Park Plaza three or four times now and will be coming back. Five minute walk from the Metro and a huge shopping center.

Large group of 12 stayed at this hotel (multiple rooms). Overall, we had wonderful stay. Hotel is conveniently located near Main Street, easy access to metros, short uber ride to key attractions.

Reception staff exceptionally helpful, room was a good size with all we needed for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast buffet was good quality and plenty of choice.

I spent 2 very comfortable nights at this hotel. I picked it for the convenient location, just a few minutes walk from 2 metro stops and surrounded by stores, restaurants, ATMs, etc.

I read some negative and discouraging reviews after I had booked, so, must confess I was a little afraid about staying there.

Had a great stay, location excellent, room and breakfast perfect for my 2 night stay. The staff did a great job arranging airport transfer and a very good tour to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar.

Good place for rest, excellent food in 2nd floor restaurant.

The only reason 1 star has been removed is due to the noise from the rooftop restaurant late at night. Otherwise this delightful hotel cannot be faulted.

This was a very nice hotel. Very large room and well furnished. The complimentary breakfast spread was excellent. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful.

Assuming that this place has so little reviews because it was opened recently — the owners Barbara and Francisco were fantastic and helped me and my fiancee a bunch!
