Localização próxima ao metrô, no entanto num bairro pobre e afastado do centro. No hotel não há elevador, prepare-se para carregar as malas. Quarto grande, prefira o quarto que não é virado para a rua. Café da manhã fraco com poucas opções. Não voltaria.

For the hotel line is fine.
Clean, comfortable and with everything you need; Breakfast was in the right amount and pretty good.
It is in a central location, half a block from the bus terminals and has everything you need quite close.
The bad thing is the outside noise as the buses spend all night outside the hotel.
The floor I was in did not have hot water and the solution I was given was to provide me with another room from another floor just for me to bathe. Uncomfortable solution.

This very accessible to get to the hotel from the central, the only thing is that there is no elevator, but from there on out the service is good.

The hotel was not what we expected. The receptionist was very ill. Making us wait to occupy the room. The garage system and entrance to the hotel was lousy. I don't recommend it. Plus a lot of noise and little insulation.

Very nice hotel. It is in a central area and close to the bus terminals, especially the company that takes you to the airport. Nearby there are many fast food chains and a leading supermarket. It doesn't offer extraordinary luxuries but it has what it takes. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good attention.
To improve: they should have luggage storage service for a few hours before and after the stay.

For its location this in excellent. Breakfast was just and necessary. Nice and acceptable rooms, the bathrooms do not have bidet so q that is incomfortable for those who are accustomed to use it. The rooms facing the street are very good except for the permanent noise of the buses passing from the terminal. And to go finish it is missing an elevator for the 3 and 4 floor. The location is excellent, because it is 1 block from the bus terminal.

The hotel is nice, the bed is very comfortable. The bad thing is the location. It's not a nice area.

When you get to see the area of the end, I said where we got. But the truth that very good choice. You're close to everything, you move in the subway from there for all sides. The staff was very friendly Very polite and predisposed.

The room is not equipped with basic: refrigerator, kettle, glasses, cutlery. The deposit for the safe was demanded in the amount of $100.

The breakfast is very skimpy and extremely monotonous.
I can only mention the quality of Wi-Fi and housekeeping.

Very good hotel, good location and attention, but it lacks a bit of insulation to the door of the rooms, as you will hear all the noise that passengers make outside.

It is a nice hotel located on the outskirts of Santiago and very close to one of the bus terminals. It has its own parking but for a small amount of vehicles.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Considered the price, the rooms were very clean and big. If you are looking for an affordable Hotel for 4 people, this is what you want.

Lousy experience! The hotel does not have a lift or staff that helps to load luggage to higher floors. A disabled or elderly person could not stay and do not clarify when booking. The room was extremely small, no air conditioning, the candle-holder had no lamp and, upon arrival, the bathroom was clogged. A disaster! I wouldn't go back as the only option.

The Hotel is well located, close to bus terminals and metro station. The rooms are comfortable. Ideal for rest and short stay. It does not have an elevator, so it becomes difficult if you carry too much baggage.

The staff are very friendly and will certainly help you have a comfortable stay, but this hotel it a dump. The rooms are tiny and unclean. Beds are uncomfortable. Bugs crawl on your body as you try to sleep. No air conditioning (just a dirty fan). There is only 1 electrical outlet in the entire room. The sound of stagecoach buses passing by the building will keep you awake all night. No safe in the room. Plumbing problems (first a clogged toilet, then no hot water to 2 rooms). Breakfast consists of bread and cheese only, and the dishwashing area is right in the dining room so stacks of dirty dishes pile up on the counters. Hotel does not stock bottled water. Graffiti on the front walls of the hotel. In all my travels around the world, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Pay a little more and stay at a real hotel.

Very nice hotel to spend a night or two. Excellent quality price ratio. It is a budget hotel, but for the price we paid we received very good service.
The breakfast is rich and complete.

There is a serious error in Maps Google the address is Bishop Javier Vazquez Valencia, in Maps forget Valencia and take you to any place take into account that as that happened to me was late and on my first visit to Chile. :)

The worst hotel I ever went to in my life. I sold it as 3estrellas well located. It really is a shame. Garbage thrown out by all sides, breakfast pesimo and worst of all. Does not have an elevator and the area that is located is to be feared.

The place is comfortable and elegant.
