Good location, super spacious rooms with kitchenette and large bathroom, staff friendly and a really good continental breakfast included. Lower rating due to organising a couple of wake up calls, but received neither and room wasn't overly clean, probably needed a vacuum and a mop. And major negative (which I'm surprised wasn't mentioned in other reviews) — the A/C is controlled by Front desk, so even though there is an A/C in each room with it's own control, you need to call down stairs to change the temp — which means it changes every single rooms temp as well! So you're pretty much competing with other guests to which temperature you want your room to be — so weird! And it was kind of annoying!

Awesome comfortable hotel near to Santa Lucia metro and Santa Lucia hill. Lively place with all amenities nearby. Big rooms excellent facilities.

After several attempts of wanting to stay here, we were able to determine the 21 of may. Very good infrastructure, outbuildings, furniture, space, and the breakfast. In addition, being very central.

Good rooms. Complete and comfortable. Soundproof. The location is very good, close to everything. The breakfast is good in relation to the price.

Excellent place, very nice. I had breakfast, all very delicious, a great bariedas of food to choose from, an amazing Chai Tea. I'll come back without thinking it 2 times! Thank you!

Well-situated in the Center of Santiago, but I didn't like that dishes and glasses were out on the table. Rugs were not clean. Bathroom was adequate, but should have had more towels and a bath mat.

Beautiful, clean, modern and within walking distance of many areas. Excellent attention to the guests.

It has very good apartment-type rooms, with well-equipped facilities (bedroom, living room, kitchen) and good bedding and mattresses. The style is modern, and everything is clean and careful. It has No common places to be and the breakfast room is a very bright place. Breakfast is well served without a lot of details. The staff is attentive. The location is very good, within the administrative district but rather lonely pir the night and the weekdays. The ugly thing is that the hotel has a nightclub on either side.

The hotel is close to Santa Lucia hill. Is close to metro Santa Lucia to. Is a good place to stay.

Possui ótima localização, no centro de Santiago, próximo a inúmeros pontos turísticos e comerciais, que podem ser alcançados a pé. O quarto é confortável. O banheiro do meu quarto sempre alaga durante o banho, mas o chuveiro e muito bom. O café da manhã é muito pobre, precisa melhorar e muito. Os funcionários são corteses. O hotel fica localizado sobre um clube de striptease e nas proximidades há vários.

Super friendly and helpful staff, decent rooms, clean, TV, free bottled water in your room. Breakfast wasn't great… small spread, service was a little off (they don't reset the tables properly so you had missing cutlery or cups, both times), real eggs though so that was great!

I met their restaurant, not their rooms, the restaurant The seasoning is inside the hotel sommelier and it is quite good, they have lunch menu option and they have easy to pay with cards and with restaurant tickets. The fresh food with good presentation and abundant, also have a good service of attention also have a small dining room and a terrace for smokers, recommended!

We were really pleased with our stay in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The double bedrooms we had (we stayed at this hotel 3 times during our trip to Chili) were huge and comfy and very clean. The breakfast was a buffet with various choices. The Wi-Fi worked everywhere in the hotel. The only downside is that we were expecting to have some tea bags or coffee in our bedrooms (as there is a kitchen in each room). A bit surprising for a hotel of that standard but it didn't ruin our stay at all… One more thing you need to know in case you come with your family (especially kids) this hotel is on top of a strip club…

The hotel is optimal is not cheap, to the contrary, and good attention, but the SECURITY is insufficient, I stole my wallet from inside my purse in the lobby, while waiting for my husband to leave. It checked out and they say that it is people that comes in from the street and steals, but if they can't ensure the safety WITHIN their facilities, do not give me what I need. Unfortunate.

Very nice hotel, very good service, cheap! The rooms are beautiful, have kitchen and are very spacious and comfortable. Love it, very practical for quick trips, my new dog hotel! ❤️
