Spacious rooms and excellent attention varied and quite complete breakfast some people did not say it was not at all safe the area but in the 2 days we saw no signs of it.

Nice Hotel, all perfect, spacious and spotless rooms. The hotel is very centrally located in front of the beautiful park too, and also close to the most famous monuments. Friendly staff and very friendly. Correct price. Beautiful view, everything perfect, super recommended!

Very well located. Breakfast is very varied. He needs a sauna to complement the gym. They should also have a balance to weigh the guests baggage.

Not a bad hotel, but the manager, the one I guess found out, didn't send any apology for a nasty one. Episode with the shower of the room. It is a good chain and in Chile with staff that is satisfied with words of good parenting. I didn't like it at all.

Very good. Especially if you go for business. The menu is limited. The staff were very friendly and friendly.

Minimal hospitality does not communicate in English or French. Unsecured neighborhood in the evening!

The maids were amazing. Ours was incredibly friendly and would tell us to let her know when we left for the day so she could make the room. The rooftop patio is nice along with the free breakfast every morning. The reasoning for the 2 stars arises from the rest of the hotel. The evening bartender on the fifth floor bar was overcharging, pocketing cash, and adding tips to the bills we charged to the room. On top of this, the front desk staff tried to make us pay the 19% VAT which, by law, you do not have to pay if you charge meals and drinks to your room. When we confronted her about it, we had to have our Spanish speaking guide explain why we did not have to pay because Camilla (front desk attendant) forgot how to speak English as soon as we were unhappy. I wish I could give this hotel a better rating, but the customer service and corrupt staff just make that impossible.

The Hotel is located right in the city center. The rooms are good and the breakfast top.

Excellent hotel, very good service, very good breakfast. With a privileged location. I recommend to spend a few days in the spectacular Santiago de Chile. I guess by a matter of customs does not count on Videt in the bathrooms.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Santiago. The metro station is half a block away. Excellent view of the Santa Lucía Hill.

Very comfortable hotel, the deluxe rooms are a pleasure. Close to the main street, and in front of the subway station. It has a pool, small gym and very good restaurant.

Only 3 stars because of two major downsides: 1. The air conditioning in the rooms is VERY noisy. Almost so that you cannot sleep with it. Staff says that's how it's in every room so I wouldn't recommend staying here. 2. Showers look nice but the flow of water is so weak you can't even get your hair wet. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay: Friendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast, modern and clean rooms and a very nice swimming pool area. Also Wi-Fi is good.

Disappointed. I stay in Mercure and Novotel Hotels a lot for my profession and am because of that a platinum customer. Compared to other hotels I had the following disappointments: — They did tell me that its no problem to bring the food to the swimming pool but did not tell me they charge 2353 soles for that. Then they wanted a tip on it as well — I gave them a voucher for paying of the drink. They wanted to tell me if its ok… they did not and charged me for the drink — the second meal was burned and not good at all Congratulations that all just in one day!

Wonderful central location. Staff friendly & accommodating. Room large & swimming terrace a real haven during 90+ degree heat. Only downsides are extremely slippery shower floors & skimpy towels.

Excellent service, the restaurant is very good, super rich but not so abundant.

Very well located if you are visiting or doing business in downtown Santiago. Hotel is pretty new, large and comfy rooms and as clean as it could be. Staff is ok and I always have to ask for my welcome drink as a preferred loyalty member :/

It is a Hotel specially catered to foreigners, or business executives, located in the heart of Santiago, Metro Sta Lucia on your way out, cosy, with excellent rooms, outdoor swimming pool, Wi-Fi.

Lots of trouble leaving passengers. You do not have this service as in others. Exclusive hotels. For passengers Hotel Mercury. I mean the signage.

Nice and centrally located mercure! Majority of sites are walking distance. The metro is steps from the front door. Premiere and suites have all been updated! I stayed 2 different times and had a suite on the top floor; it was modern and huge. The breakfast was the same everyday but sufficient. The front staff is prompt and helpful!

Nice and convenient hotel. Small gym but enough (never was crowded). Continental breakfast is included. Difficult for taxis and people to pick you up because of bus stop blocks hotel entrance. Nice views of Santiago from higher floors.

Very safe and secure hotel, well located in downtown area. There's a terrace a few floors up with a pool and bar where you can look out onto the street below and have dinner. Cleaning staff are almost too efficient, resetting room, cushions etc each day with impeccable detail.

Some rooms are renovated and therefore sufficiently comfortable, the old ones with dirty and stinky carpet. The staff was very helpful.

I rate 3.5 star. Very secure as the main door is always locked and guarded. Staff is very friendly. Has in room safe. Bottled shampoo, shower gel and a fridge. Only superior room has tea coffee. Room is showing its age. Has outdoor swimming pool. Lack of parking & hard to load luggage but close to subway & attractions.

Excellent, helpful, caring, attentive and friendly staff. Delicious food. Not many waiters spoke English so many amusing difficulties encountered when ordering anything! As for facilities, there was no lounge in which visitors could wait comfortably. We checked out and had a long 6 hour wait for a flight with no changing facilities or comfy lounge available. Hotel located in a very busy part of the city and throughout the hotel, modern jazz was played incessantly. As a foreign visitor, native Chilean pan pipes would have been more appropriate and far less stressful. Not much happening around the pool and therefore, the pool bar was seldom open.

Good location, good service. Very confortable room with clean and new linens. The internet was bad and so was the shower.

Business hotel in the Centre of Santiago.

The locations podriam be better, but it is a good hotel.
