Comfortable room with nice carpets, comfy beds, beautiful bathroom and warm furniture in ochre wood with desk and armchair both for pleasure or business.

Excellent Hotel for its quality and location. The facilities are very neat and the staff super friendly and predisposed.
On the top floor you have 2 pools, one outdoor and one heated, and bathrooms with shower and amenities.
The Hotel is in front of Araucano Park, which is very nice, and that separates the hotel from Parque Arauco shopping Park, one of the most beautiful shopping malls in Santiago.

Excellent attention. Very comfortable Rooms. Good Breakfast-Buffet. Next door is a service station with Minimarket, two blocks from a supermarket and a 15 minute walk to Parque Arauco Shopping center.

Good location for business district work. It is also near one of the largest shopping area of Santiago. Lots of eating places within walking distance. The hotel amenities are little old and the room service food is below average. The staff will help you to arrange tours (within the city or outside) and the cost is reasonable.

Excellent location, very good service as well as cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and friendly. I would recommend it, in fact this is the third time I stay.

Nice place in a very good neighborhood. Only a few blocks from Subway. Bed was good and staff friendly. Free breakfast had more than expected.

The hotel is in a nice safe neighborhood. Free breakfast was included. Metro Train stop about 3.5 blocks away.

It's excellent in every way. Beauty, cleanliness, specialized attention, excellent treatment of the staff to the tourists, total security, optimal service breakfast. It's worth choosing.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and many are bilingual. My only slight criticism is the A/C never got quite as cold as we'd like but it wasnt enough of an issue to warrant losing a star.

I had the opportunity to go to this site for a wedding party of some friends, and really the service I lent the Hotel for the event was fantastic, from the attention to the exquisite food they offered at the event. I really imagine your service as a guest must be very good.

I went to the restaurant Re the food is good but quite expensive. Of reference the Executive menu costs about 10000 pesos, while in the letter around 8 ~ 9 thousand pesos each dish.
The place is quiet and the staff is attentive, but you notice that they get along bad between them and it is uncomfortable.
The dessert I liked very much, excellent quality.

Good hotel. No less than 4 stars. Comfortable rooms, no big luxuries. Good breakfast. A little loose the gym (of the digital devices worked only half) and the summer pool is very small. But it's a good value for money hotel.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff and easy check in experience. The hotel includes free parking and Wi-Fi as well as breakfast. The rooms are very modern an clean. Located across the street from Parque Araucano and a short walk (10-12 min) to Estación Manquehue on the metro line one, taking you downtown Santiago directly. Highly recommend this hotel for tourists. Believe it will be great for business as well, alas I am here for pleasure so I cannot speak for business people.

It is a hotel with excellent dependencies and rooms. We had a great experience at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious, lacking bathtub, would be good to include electric kettle and coffee maker. The pool is small but it has very good view. Breakfast is excellent; We had dinner on two occasions. Loin and Salmon, and it was fine, maybe a little girls the portions. It is located in front of a park and close to the Arauco Portal.
The staff is very friendly and always attentive. No doubt it is a place where I would stay with my flia.

Excellent hotel, spacious, clean and modern rooms. Location is great near nice parks, large shopping centre and in a good suburb. A Unimarc supermarket is 100m across the street. Good gym, spa, sauna and pool facilities. Breakfast is good too. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel Plaza El Bosque Las Condes. In this hotel we were almost overwhelmed by a cyclist who would lower his bike by the somewhat unusual elevator in a hotel and the food is highly expensive and of very low quality the attention at reception was degrading to bad without manners of good coming and added to it several tourists recl They loved against the lack of courtesy at reception and from the hotel dinner to a ceviche that was of bread without the Queen i. E. The place is good but the service is of low quality. I don't recommend the hotel.

For event room, good infrastructure but with some minimum failures that are incurred to meet the customer. Quality and warmth of extraordinary service, all the workers commented to us how much they enjoy their work.

I arrived tired… and needed to take some rest. Before that, I asked for some clothes hangers. I was waiting for about an hour but… I fell asleep, and to avoid any disturbance; I put the "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in the door. After 15 minutes someone called me to tell me that I can't have my clothe hangers because I have a "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in my door! It was really disrespectful. When I complained about the incident to the front desk clerk (I went to talk with the guy that called me), he doesn't asked even for an apology. I get frustrated not only about what it happened but how the person reacted when I went to talk with him about avoiding to disturb someone with the "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in the door. Another day, people from room service called to my door with food that I haven´t requested. The last incident was when my wife realized that one of her pills was missing. (The pills look like candy. We know for sure the pill was taken by someone because we were counting them several times to ensure we had enough until the end of our travel).

The hotel is in a great spot, next to a great park, one of Santiago's largest shopping centers and just three blocks from the Manquehue metro station.

Well located hotel in the northern part of Santiago. Has a supermarket across the street, and Parco Arauco shopping mall about 10 mins walking distance. The hotel is modern, rooms are well furnished with large windows that give a spectacular view of the Andes mountains sunrise and sunset. The staff is attentive and quick to serve. The restaurant serves good food, though I had just 1 meal in the week that I stayed.

The least flexible hotel Ive ever stayed in. Total lack customer service at the front desk. Arrived at 8:30am after an 8 hour red-eye flight, they told me my room was ready, but id have to pay a full night to check in early. I even offered to pay half so I could sleep, but guy at front said no, have to pay full and just laughed. When I tried to extend check out by an hour so I could take a business call, same guy said not possible, even though check-in time is 3pm and check out is 12pm. Definitely not staying there again.

The hotel is very good, but I resent the fact that every morning at breakfast we suggest to leave a tip. It is an expensive hotel to have that all the days spend by the choice to leave or not to tip (especially if you are not going with a big budget). Outside of that we ask for a high room and had an amazing view of the mountains and the location is very good, except at peak times which is a work area.

The most highly recommended. Excellent hotel. The staff is super helpful and attentive. The kitchen is gourmet and prices are commensurate. The suite 1306… not to be missed. I recommend especially. Location perfect for shopping and strolling.

It was horrible and the staff at the front desk are nothing but rude stuck up pricks. There was only one person whom was very nice and he stated he was from LA and not a native, the others need to learn proper customer service etiquette. Specially the short one with glasses Carlos… By far needs a new job possibly be banned from helping others because he doesn't know how to. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and they work on a first come first serve basis, if you nook in advanced you will be put in the same line as someone walking in, and booking starts at 2pm so no need for you to call ahead. They moved me from a king size bed to a dual queen, then back to a king size bed which smelled like mold in the bathroom and since they didn't have any other room they couldn't move me. They are lucky to get one star they should get negative stars.
