It is a wonderful place, the attention is magnificent, its facilities are comfortable, clean and tidy, I really liked that they have their own organic garden and I was able to enjoy one of the best composting, recycling, irrigation and production tours, congratulate Torres Patagonia for such beautiful greenhouses, you can see the concern to give the best to its guests.

The gastronomic activities and services are Excellent!

How is it that a company your size is just being that hard to deal with?! Despite the situation, you are refusing to refund for accommodations booked for this season. The reservation was already rebooked 3 times because of the situation, and you still cannot provide the service! The lack of concern for your clients is unbelievable; everyone including busses, airlines and Vertice REFUNDED FULL COST without arguing. The borders are CLOSED, unfortunately covid is STILL THERE, travel is UNAVAILABLE. I should not PAY for the service that I am UNABLE to received. Hopefully THIS message wakes somebody up to address this.

Amazing setting. Friendly staff. Great food. Lots of outdoor activities, hiking, Half day or full day tours, horseriding. Immaculately clean rooms.

Wonderful family runs this charming and breathtaking experience. It’s so much more than a hotel to me. Such love and care. The horseback riding was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are nice and clean and there are lots of things to see and do. The beer, food and service is excellent, although pricey, however considering where you are, it’s justified.

Wonderful hotel set in idyllic panoramic surroundings. Great food, wines, staff and tour guides. Highly recommend staying her to explore the awe inspiring mountains and landscapes with skilled and educated tour guides. Commend the hotel on its approach to sustainable eco tourism.

An amazing place with staff who were so friendly and helpful both in organising our excursions and room service. We especially appreciated our many guides, Josie, Alex, Deanne, Martius, Diago and Kristen for their understanding and knowledge of the area. I was very fortunate to see a puma during one of our excursions.
Where the hotel is situated, leaves me breathless, each time I walk around.
So finally, my husband and I would like to thank you for everything.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with great food. Everything was super expensive though and if you want Wi-Fi on more than one thing you have to pay.

Amazing views and an awesome vibe with horses roaming and grazing around the grounds. The tour guides were very knowledgable and passionate. All staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

Well worth the all inclusive price. Recommend getting a room as far from the restaurant as possible. I had the very last room and glad I did, otherwise you'll probably be hearing doors constantly slamming and everyone walking by going to the restaurant. I recommend the specialty drinks in the bar, the brothers have won many awards for them.

Extraordinary Location in Torres del Paine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The setting is wonderful, they should improve the food, it is very basic with little concern for the details. For example two dinners with dry cooked meat.

Amazing hotel. A little too expensive with the food and laundry and excursion services, but very relaxing and otherworldly. The trails and views are fantastic. The staff operates like a family. I’d go there again with the expenses in mind. By the way, I lost a pair of brown leather gloves on the grounds between reception and the cafeteria building on March 29, 2018. I hope someone finds them and uses them well.

We were only there one night. The rooms are great and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered to us as vegan not much, but that was to be expected. The room and the food in the restaurant were, however, disproportionately expensive. If we hadn't been a bit hosed by a hike several days ago, we probably wouldn't have taken the room.

We had a very nice experience here. Very luxurious for being in the national park itself. The torres can be easily done as a day hike from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant is ok, tastes great after a long hike. The rooms are a little pricey, but thats what you expect being in a National Park. Good news is they don't gauge you for everything else.

A wonderful place. Yes, it is pricey but it is in the middle of nowhere. There is an eco camp site nearby if you don’t want to pay the price. The staff are wonderful and quite obviously well trained and well cared for. Go for the all inclusive and eat, drink and enjoy.

This is an amazing hotel with its beautiful views. However, as it has a captive audience drinks seem to be doubled in price, rooms are satisfactory and meal service and quality leave a lot to be desired. Having spent 18 days in Chile, travelling from Santiago to the north and then down to the south, this was our most disappointing hotel.

Expensive but very good hotel with excellent cuisine in fantastic location.

Nice but expensive hotel. The dinner is fixed price and costs about 31‘000 pesos. If you want to have it cheaper you can eat at the bar. We did an horseback riding and hiking tour with a guide called Valentina. It was really nice and I can only recommend it.

We ate at the restaurant after the Mirador Las Torres hike. The food was very good, and prices were surprisingly reasonable. Drink prices were high though. We asked our waitress if the border crossing closed (it does), and she said we needed to leave within 5 minutes. They wrapped up all of our food to go very quickly, and we were able to make it across the border. They were very accommodating.

Had a wonderful time at the Las Torres Hotel. Quite expensive but it's also in the middle of nowhere and the only real hotel in the area. This is generally an all inclusive place but we booked just a room in the last minute. They have a wide variety of activities you can enroll in. Our aim was to just make it a place to stay and chill for two nights and to do the hike to the Torres and one more afternoon to wander around in the area. We decided to take horses to get from Torres Central to Refugio Chileno. From there we continue on foot. The views are beautiful but since we aren't very experienced hikers, this saved us walking around 10km in all. The hike was tiring, could definitely be done on foot like the majority of the people and was absolutely worth it. The hotel only does guided excursions with the horse which is slightly more expensive but you can also opt to take a horse taxi which does not include a guide and food. The hotel itself was great, very friendly and helpful staff, well equipped, good food and service.

Nice rooms and nice staff.

Very impressive. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The bar and dining are outstanding. And hard to beat the vistas. Do yourself a favor and book at least one night here after the trail.

Luxurious and thematic hotel located in the Cerro Paine reserve inside the Torres del Paine National Park. It Has an extensive view of Monte Almirante Nieto, Cerro Pik and Nido de Cóndores.
Within its gastronomy you can find regional dishes in spider crab, guanaco, etc.
It Also offers guided tours in van, walking and horseback rides.
A little expensive for the people of Chile, but at a good price for Yankees and Europeans.

New hotel and they put a lot of effort for you to have a pleasant stay.

Extremely friendly and warm staffs! Very helpful for any incident. Delicious food and atmosphere. We enjoyed "Base Las Torres" excursion, and the view was breathe-taking! The hiking guide and horse-riding guide were both very professional, even beginners like us could manage the whole excursion.

Can't say much more about the experience. We've been in very nice hotels and have travelled all over the world. The entire staff is wonderful and are very attentive and caring. We have more days but the food, drink, excursions and everything I've missed are amazing.

Fantastic scenery and access to park. Rooms are small. Food is good, wine delicious.

Great place, very clean. Rooms are big and comfy, our room had a great view of the landscape. Our bathroom even had a bathtub. Food could be less fancy and more tasty (no simple options like normal soups and steak and fries, which is what you want after a hike).

I went to visit this hotel during my trip to torres del paine. It is very beautiful, it has a small museum where you can learn about the fauna and flora of the region. 5 start service. I had a nice cocktail recommended by the kind waiter which proved delicious (cumbres was the name of it). Staff at reception assisted me to find my lost laptop which I had forgotten on the bus since they work in some sort of partnership with refugio torres. Lovely atmosphere.

Good stay with very closed by beautiful ranch.

Amazing food here. Went about 3 times over 2 days and each time was as amazing as the last. The Calafate juice drink is a must have.

The hotel is 3 stars — shower is warm, never hot, heat didn't work very well, some of the staff were fantastic and others were not. Drinks from the bar are original and amazing, but food order was never placed. The hotel earns the fourth star with location — you literally walk out the door to the base of Torres del Paine trailhead, and with the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing, and after hiking the base of Torres del Paine, I had the best meal of Chile at the restaurant — great service and great food!

The best hotel is the Patagonia and the best bar.
