One of my favorite hotels in town. Incredibly nice palafito vibes with stunning tidal water views. The large room under the roof is amazing! Breakfast is a treat and their service a testament to the Chilote hospitality. Honest and good!

Great location and ambience, nice rooms (pay for sea view, it is worth it), good tempetature and water pressure, incredible breakfast and service. No restaurant (too small operation), but well set cafeteria and bar. By far, the best artisan crafts shop in town.

Just tried to get a. Coffe and breakfast. They waited 25 minutes to. Talk to us. Three atendants doing nothing. Avoid!

Layed back atmosphere and a stunning view, have a pisco sour on the terrace! 🥂

Unfortunately was not room available for us. But, we enjoyed the time at terraza and service.

Came here to say for breakfast as a non guest of the hotel. The place is very beautifully designed with large windows and a patio overlooking the water.
The breakfast was great and I had my first chai in Chile that I enjoyed. It was not sweet and although I usually like mine spicier it was quite alright and I appreciated that they had alternative milk options.
The fresh croissants were warm and so good with the local honey.
I usually don’t like granola because it’s so sweet but this one was only very subtly sweet and perfect with the plain yogurt. Not to be missed: The bathrooms were very clean and well designed.

Sizigia is delightful. One of the oldest palafitos in Castro, that has been lovingly and beautifully restored. Everything natural using wood and reclaimed materials. Best breakfast on our trip! The staff are charming and super helpful. It’s a really special spot.
Oh and the chocolate and raspberry cake is hmmmmm!

We dropped by Sizigia for a drink. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and we loved the atmosphere at the darling little cafe. A nice place to sit in the sunshine and watch the seagulls and boats pass by.

Lovely, small boutique hotel in lovely location in Castro. Great breakfasts and really helpful staff and a wonderful place just to sit on the deck watching the birds and scenes on the water. Might be quite noisy for some — lots of wood and noise can travel, bit we enjoyed our stay.

Only been in the café. Very beautiful and cozy space. Good coffee. But the waitress was the most uninterested human being I've ever seen. So go and enjoy the view, but don't expect the best service.

We went only to the café but absolutely recommended, the atmosphere is very nice and the café very rich.

This is a delightful boutique hotel in one of Castro’s historic palofitos — houses on stilts. The interior is modern, spacious, with lots of light wood while preserving the character of the original. Our comfortable, well appointed room had a superb view over the estuary. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive, solving a problem for us with our travel agent about the timing of a tour and allowing us a slightly delayed check out. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely comfortable, all the while maintaining a traditional, rustic feel. The coffee here is also great and well worth trying — don't miss this one!
