We were given a room that had problems with the bathroom. We had to leave it, and they gave us another one that looked like a dungeon: to get to it you had to go down a long hallway and stairs that were dimly lit and not very clean, where the hotel's vacuum cleaner and some freezers were also located.
They told us that the room faced the main street, but from the window we could only see the sheets of the roofs of the neighbors' back rooms, and in the background something of the main street. When we occupied the room it was not clean and the bedding left much to be desired. As for the bathroom, it is better not to comment.
Regarding breakfast, we can only describe it as ridiculous: two people were served two slices of ham and two slices of cheese, two packets of jam and two of butter, the coffee was instant and if we wanted an egg it cost us 3, 500 pesos! Ah! One day, the plates were plastic.
We left clothes to wash and had to wash them again at the next hotel.
We were unlucky that we forgot something at the hotel, once we left it, and after talking to them to see how they could send it to us, they did not help us resolve that situation because they said that they did not provide that service.
In short, not recommended at all.
