One of the dirtiest hostels ive ever stayed in but the price was right for the area so we stayed. The kitchen was filthy and poorly equipped. The bathrooms had lotz of dead bugs in on the floor (at least they were dead! )

The Pacha Mama hostel is definetly our favourite hostel in Chile, we stayed longer than we initially planed! We encountered a very familiar atmosphere, thanks to Ricardo who is doing everything he can to make you happy : offering you a cup of tea at your arrival, caring for your health due to the altitud, helping you with the activities in the surroundings, and so much more. The hostel itsel offers very good facilities, a great kitchen, warm shower all day long (not so easy to find in Chile! ), a very nice patio to relax and comfortable beds. But there is no heating system and the night can be cold.
