➜ Noteworthy its location, however the price is too high for the quality of what they offer. Very small rooms, the sounds of other rooms are filtered, the bathrooms are reduced, breakfast is the same every day and they do not have parking, which is decisive when choosing a hotel. The receptionist was not friendly in presenting some difficulties regarding our stay.
➜ Unfortunately, the hotel is well below what was expected:
"One day we ran out of hot water in the middle of the shower. They insisted it was all right. Eventually, they realized there was a problem in the pipe. I had to take the shampoo out of my hair with jugs with water … Embarrassing. We pass on our discomfort to the administrator and ask for compensation… there was no offer or answer. Another couple experienced worse water conditions and decided to leave.
… — The reception service (with the exception of two very attentive young men) left much to be desired. The gentleman who was there did not say hello and was not even able to open the door when he saw that he could not do it alone because he was with a guagua in his arms. I asked him for information about what was for sale at the front desk and he said "I don't know. " Clearly there was no interest in attending or helping.
— The administration really very, very inattentive. As we made the complaint of the problem with water they showed no concern. They even made awkward laugh gestures.
— Problems with the room access key. It was deactivated every day and we had to go down again to activate it. On the third day of this and the third time we reclaimed we were just told that there was a problem in the room and we were offered to move to one next door and it was half a meter wider.
— Water droplet in the breakfast room.
