One of the best stays of my life! Hotel and facilities are very new, clean, modern, stylish. Food is great. But what makes it a super special place is the staff.

Tierra was a great property and very well run operation! Beautiful modern rooms, we stayed in a suite, which was stunning! Staff/team is universally friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Our group of 12 guys just wrapped up a phenomenal stay at Tierra Atacama, and it absolutely crushed expectations.

Second time I visit Alto, now Nayara Alto, and it's one of the best adresses in San Pedro.

Our stay at Nayara Alto Atacama was a really memorable experience overall. The rooms were okay—not overly luxurious—but they were fully equipped with everything we needed.

Reallynice place in San Pedro de Atacama. The property has 22 rooms. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. We felt welcomed immediately, which was due to the amazing staff.

Beautifully located just a 10 minute walk from the central area with loads of restaurants, shops & a bank. The rooms are beautifully designed, staying true to the countries traditional designs.

This is a charming 9-10 room property 8-10 minutes away from the centre of San Pedro, making it a quiet haven from the noise and dust of the town.

Stayed here for a few nights during our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. Very cozy atmosphere and super attentive and friendly staff.

This was the perfect hostel which was like an oasis in the desert. The kitchen facilities were amazing and the breakfast was brilliant.

We stayed at Explora Atacama as part of the Explora Travesía (Atacama → Bolivia → Uyuni) and it was an incredible start to an unforgettable trip.

Absolutely amazing experience. It wasn’t just the setting, the food, and the service, although these were spectacular. It was the model: it’s all about the excursions.

An absolutely perfect stay. The apartments are lovingly furnished, and the service is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We stayed at one of the lofts and it was super nice — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The property itself is stunning, with amazing views and a really peaceful atmosphere.

Room was very clean, the bathroom was pristine. Free parking and the staff was very helpful. Very attentive and friendly. Definitely come here!

Just south of town but the owners will drive you into town and back for free, so no taxi needed. Great people and very friendly service. Only one drawback and no heating in the rooms so can get cold.

The room is nice as expected.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
The pool is very nice and the good thing is that it is heated and works all year round. I recommend a family weekend.

We spent 3 nights at the Tulor (with 3 and 6 yo. Kids) and had an amazing time. The place is quiet, comfortably located (like 5 minutes walk to the center and all restaurants/café).

Would have been nice if the musicians were higher up to see them better.

It's a bit old, the rooms are worn and it looks depressing.

Great stay! The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but it has a stunning infrastructure, plus a free shuttle service to downtown. The rooms are spacious, cozy, beautifully decorated and heated.

Nice place just outside of the main street of San Pedro, on the outskirts of town. Very comfortable rooms (with tons of space). Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help.

I took one star off the because the rooms in this hotel are not equipped for winter, I am sure they would be fabulous in the summer.

We spent five nights at Our Habitas Atacama at the start of May 2026.

A great place to stay. Attentive staff. I was especially impressed by Sevla, the check-in clerk, who took time to get to know each guest in a warm welcoming manner!

Wi-Fi’s a bit slow but otherwise it’s a lovely hostel with a very nice family managing the place. The place has a small garden on the inside and a washing machine.

We book two rooms here as we travel with friends. They are basic but nice, one of them has a fridge, the other doesn't The shared bathroom is small but clean….

Most rooms here are spacious, and they boast a full-windowpane view to the Pacific Ocean and the swimming pool on the ground floor right next to the coastline.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Terrado! The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavors that satisfied every craving.

A very nice hotel just 10 minutes walk from town. Friendly reception staff. Rooms are large and well furnished. On site restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We enjoyed spending four nights at this hotel. It is an odd place in a way with low and somewhat worn buildings but it is in character with the town.

It's an old hotel but a decent one with nice common spaces and old-fashioned rooms. Just don't expect fanciness or brand-new stuff from it, you'll admit that it's a pretty wonderful one for the value.

Very handily located for Calama Airport (no shuttle, but Uber was only $5) Room was clean & quiet.

Honestly, a really nice place with great conditions. Much more modern and comfortable compared to many other hostels we’ve seen or stayed at in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lodge! The rooms were lovely, and the service was incredibly attentive. Alvaro and Benito were fantastic—always available and happy to help with anything we needed.

The culture shock of entering San Pedro de Atacama in Northern Chile may not prepare you for the accommodations in the town.

Clean rooms, pool a bit buggy. The location is pretty good, at the end of caracoles but away from the noise. Electrics a little dodgy. Service and staff friendliness was great.
