Hotels in Antofagasta Region with a Pool

This hostel is run by a kind and hard-working family. The place and rooms are absolutely spotless — they clean everything fanatically every day, which is hard to do in a desert dustbowl.

This is an excellent place to stay at. Everything is neat and clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. A great breakfast, really good. Not too far from the main street, about 8min walk.

Room was very clean, the bathroom was pristine. Free parking and the staff was very helpful. Very attentive and friendly. Definitely come here!

Just south of town but the owners will drive you into town and back for free, so no taxi needed. Great people and very friendly service. Only one drawback and no heating in the rooms so can get cold.

Changed locations and. Came here a super cute well maintained hostel with private rooms quite in back and nice pool and lounge patio area.

Beautiful pool and friendly staff :) However the double room was quite small and the water temperature in the shower was not very easy to adjust, which make the price of the accommodation a bit too

A great place to stay. Attentive staff. I was especially impressed by Sevla, the check-in clerk, who took time to get to know each guest in a warm welcoming manner!

We stayed at Hotel Kimal for 5 nights in Dec 2025. We chose this hotel because of its location, an easy walking distance to town.
The room is nice as expected.

Great hotel, ideally located, walking distance from everything in San Pedro. Staff is lovely and helpful.

Really nice hotel right at the start of caracoles main street. Room was big and nice, got a acomplementary drink on arrival and Stevla was super nice and helpful with a closed parking space.

Super nice people here.
Located in a very good spot.
Remember no TVs no tissue and no putting toilet paper in with flush.
Room was very clean, just a few chipping paint and moulds.

A nice and simple hotel. Clean and large rooms for a reasonable price. The hotel has a private parking area and is closed off from the main street.

What an amazing experience we had at casa Luna! Felix and Martha make you feel right at home, delicious breakfast and very clean and comfortable rooms.

Had a great stay at Casa Luna. Our room was very spacious and full of character. Hotel is a bit out of town but very quiet and relaxing.

The place is amazing, and the host is truly fantastic.
It exceeded all our expectations: everything was even better than we imagined.

Everything very nice and clean, very pleasant attention, beautiful view and an excellent pool… totally recommended!

Very close to the centre of town but quietly enclosed in a large private garden space. The chalets are comfortable and equipped with the basics — except towels.

Very good place, quiet cabins are beautiful and spacious is a very cozy place and in the heart of San Pedro de Atacama.

We had an amazing experience at these cabins. The host, Maria Elena, is super friendly and helpful. The place is tidy and well-kept, even with animals!

This is a great hostel located very near the main streets of San Pedro de Atacama. It's a lovely and quiet place, my room was big enough and I found the bathroom really spacious.

This boutique hotel has received a facelift since I last visited.

Vicuña lodge itself is a very cute and cosy space. It feels completely separated from the street. It's an easy 7 minute walk from the centre. There is also two supermarkets just across the street.

The staff here is so helpful and kind — a lovely hotel! Walking distance from everything you need in San Pedro. Simple rooms that are very clean (but no air conditioning). And the pool is great.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds.
The hotel is located in a more quiet part of the town. This was good for us. However, all the tour agencies and restaurants are like a 10 or 15 minutes walk away.

Felt at such peace here — clean, quiet, with tasty and fulfilling breakfast with the option to have eggs made up, and the staff are just all so lovely.

Best Hostel in San Pedro, especially for solo travelling!

Great hostel — lots of good areas to chill out (especially by the pool). Very clean. Helpful staff.

Would have been nice if the musicians were higher up to see them better.

It's a bit old, the rooms are worn and it looks depressing.

Very nice staff, beautiful rooms, a perfect breakfast and a great restaurant right in the hotel. Only the equipment in the gym could do with a bit of lubrication.

Staff such as Nicole makes these places what they are. She was welcoming and hospitable working with me through my broken Spanish. All the staff here has been more than friendly and helpful.

Great stay! The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but it has a stunning infrastructure, plus a free shuttle service to downtown. The rooms are spacious, cozy, beautifully decorated and heated.

Nice place just outside of the main street of San Pedro, on the outskirts of town. Very comfortable rooms (with tons of space). Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help.

This place is awesome, and quiet! The caretaker of the place, who lives on site, and I forget his name, is the most kind and polite young man I've met in a long time.

Andres is a total bro.
No A/C. But from my research it doesn't seem like that exists in many places in atacama.

An absolutely perfect stay. The apartments are lovingly furnished, and the service is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We stayed at one of the lofts and it was super nice — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The property itself is stunning, with amazing views and a really peaceful atmosphere.
