On my last visit to Antofagasta I had a very bad experience, from the delivery of my room where I requested change, since as it was a connected room I listened to everything the guests spoke, they were various workers in the same room, zero capacity, bulla that lasted last midnight, was communicated to reception and nothing, I again requested change of room where we could rest, the next day at breakfast, a big lack of cleanliness, dirty tables and there was no one to ask or ask for anything. I forgot to mention that the night before, we went with my husband to order the welcome drink and no one wanted to attend to us because they are pending the workers, we had to ask a receptionist to help us, in the morning, the dirty tables, without comments. That was my experience broadly because there are more details. One wants to get to a hotel that is nice, clean and you notice that the guest matters, but none of that happened. I hope I never return to Geotel Antofagasta, there is a long way to go to improve customer service, more kindness, business workers are a good contribution but normal guests are just as important.

I do not recommend them because it is a lousy hotel, abuses its workers and discriminates against them for its sexual orientation and gender identity! If they do it with their own workers, I can't imagine how they could humiliate a client.

Excellent service and rooms.

The best thing is the view and the Terraces, great attention in general, everything very clean, although the rooms are small and what I didn't like was the low signal that arrives : ( (Wifi was bad) and lack of air conditioning, provided to a fan who served a lot. He emphasized the attention and breakfast.

The hotel is very nice, clean and a nice location with a great view of the ocean. The people who work there are very nice and extremely helpful.

The good: The room has a beautiful sea view. It's so close that we even slept all night listening to the wonderful coming and going waves ❤. The bad: the shower cubicle is very small and uncomfortable and the breakfast buffet has few options. I had to ask for freshly boiled water for my tea as the thermos was barely warm.

Went for a family lunch. Enough variety of food as buffet and all prepare beautifully.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is true that the bathrooms are a little reduced.
For the price is more than good, I think I adjustad a little by the distance to the center and airport compared to other hotels.
The evening buffet is good although it might be better to have a little more variety. The price of the buffet includes drinks which is a point in favor.
The pieces have a large desk for people who need to work and generally seem like a good hotel for businesses and executives.
To have the maximum score in my case there were some details with the shower and the quality of the Wifi.

The hotel is modern, the standard rooms very small. In the bathroom (extremely small, you can hardly turn) there are no storage possibilities for cosmetic bags or similar. The rooms have a great view of the sea. Breakfast is Erstaunilich good with lots of fresh foods. Also the dinner was very good and plentiful. The hotel has free parking, partly covered. The way to the airport takes about 45 minutes of pure travel time. There is no gas station nearby, only once again in the city.

In San Pedro de Atacama You are robbed by pigsty, here they charge less than it is worth. Super recommended.

The best of the otel that has private beach and the system of Seguridd of the vitaations is very technological.
From 6 — 9 a. M. Ay a buffet as breakfast is super bkn and you can eat from todooooo.
And you can go out there where you want ah the time.

We had a great time, I didn't know the place and my son with my daughter-in-law and granddaughter, they had already visited it… indeed New Year's Eve dinner there and yesterday January 1st I was invited to celebrate my birthday.
