A nice place to stay while in Victoria. Staff was really pleasant. Rooms standard but clean and not shabby looking. Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was nice. Will return!

Fantastic place to stay especially if you have a pet! Talk about special treatment right down to a special 'doggy-bag' for or Yorkshire Terrier. They even offered to keep an eye on her if we wanted to go to Butchard Gardens. We stayed with a friend from Louisiana & he even got a great 'Canadian' hug there. A special Thank You to them for calling to tell us we left something pretty important there & for having it sent by Courier arriving a day later. Far as I am concerned … there is no other Motels, hotels or Inn in Victoria.

Love the ducks, ducks are definitely my favorite part. With the humor found around the hotel my second favorite. Great stay, highly recommed. Very clean spacious rooms, mini fridge, complimentary breakfast.

Great spot for myself and my young daughter while attending a conference her in Victoria. Great continental breakfast, clean and comfortable all at a great rate.

Really nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing. We weren’t expecting so many options. The website says ‘motorcycle friendly’ and that locks and covers would be provided. The staff had no idea what we were talking about. The manager apologized, hopefully they will get that sorted out. Otherwise, I was really happy with the hotel and the location.

Attended a work meeting in their meeting room. Everything was organized when we got there, and they had coffee and pitchers water ready for us! They also were quick to bring extra chairs when asked for some more. Very friendly staff.

Great place to stay. Love the witty comments on the cards/ note pads and you get a duck to take home. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Staff is also very nice. Will defiantly stay here again.

Victoria is expensive and if you are on a budget this is a hotel with good location (accessible by public transport as well). If you will use it only to crash at night… which is reasonable since Victoria is so beautiful and has so much to see! The facility itself needs major upgrades, on entering our room smelled of old socks, the AC unit made the room either too cold or stuffy and humid. The exhaust in the washroom made a loud sound as if it would explode, you could hear sounds of plumbing. I had read all reviews before hand about the rooms facing the highway being noisy and requested a room at the back but they were fully booked. I understand that… however the front desk lady (zookeeper) told us I live here and I can tell you this road gets very quiet at night … ummm NOT! It was super noisy all night. Also rude front desk service when I asked for dish soap and our room didn’t come with a kitchenette.

We booked a room at the Accent Inn as part of a group booking for a friend's wedding. When we arrived we were surprised to learn that it was a motel and we accessed our room from the outside. While this wasn't ideal, we were still happy with the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. We also appreciated the free rubber ducky and continental breakfast they provided. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Super convenient location, newly (? ) renovated rooms, free parking and breakfast, and quirky sense of humor. Loved it! Good value. Also important for us was that it was pet friendly. We got a room on the first floor with hardwood floors :). The lovely ladies at the reception even helped me give my dog some first aid after I'd checked out.

Nice place, clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. An amazing restaurant attached to it. Bin 4 Burger Lounge. The restaurant alone makes this hotel worth the stay but it's very nice also.

The room we had was older and showed its age a little, but it was very clean and tidy. The staff were all amazing. I would recommend the Accent Inn, especially if you want to be close to everything but without the noise.

I have stayed at Accent Inn for work a few days each month in March 2018. The manager and staff were extremely helpful, rooms clean, and details looked after. I would highly recommend the Accent Inn for affordable accommodation close to downtown Victoria.

This inn is great for the price it offers; The room is clean, comfy beds, and the check-in is quick & professional. It's located in a shopping center district which makes it very convenient. I do have one recommendation: from time to time, please clean/rinse out the filter in the heater/AC as it gets dusty. In fairness, not many hotels clean this regularly.

Nice updated rooms. Very comfortable beds. Basically a bachelor suite with kitchenette. In town for work and only draw backs are no oven and location, not much to do in the neighbourhood without having to drive. Bring a bike if you can, they have bike storage and a service area to pump tires and what not.

Stayed here last weekend. Rooms are nice and comfy. The continental breakfast included was excellent, had a little something for most people. Staff were pleasant. Overall I would say this is a 3.5 out of 5. Not spectacular but definitely not a dump. Great value for what you get.

Very friendly staff at the front desk. I booked online and I didn’t have any troubles. It’s right beside a really good burger place so dining was solid. Overall good experience.

Although a little noisy because our room faced a busy road, we enjoyed our stay very much. We loved all the little jokes on hotel materials. The rooms were nice and neat and they went above and beyond for us and our furry friend. The staff were very friendly.

I love the Bin 4 resteraunt and it was very convenient. I was there with my basketball team and it was awesome to be able to watch the milwaukee-golden state game. Comfortable beds. Nice showers.

This is a fun hotel with a rubber ducky in the bath and they have a real swnse of humor. Loved our weekend stay here and so did our kids.

We were here in October. Best hotel in Victoria. Rooms are very spacious, and I am grateful that they have pet rooms Houdini enjoyed his stay as well and that says a lot for him he's always stressed on trips, not here he was in Zen mode. Highly recommended!. Easy access to all amenities. Have no idea why it doesn't rate 5 stars, I would rate it 10 if I could. Enjoyed our dinner at Bin 4 as well. Excellent food and service. Top Notch!

My stay at the Accent inn was wonderful as usual. The customer service is fantastic and the restaurant is one of the best in the city.

Friendly staff, clean and affordable rooms, with balcony. Towels are super new and plush! Really comfortable bed! The room is spacious, comes with little fridge, large tv. The bathroom was so clean and perfect I loved my stay!

The room I had was clean and fairly spacious. The location was convenient to where we were going and the staff friendly and helpful. I stayed in a room on the back and could not hear any traffic noise. It was a good value for the money. The free parking was a definately a selling point for us.

Great location, easy to get everywhere I needed to go. Good for my business and pleasure trip with my family. Also a great vibe and company culture. Nice friendly people who work here. I would choose to stay here again. ⚖️. And the locals recommend eating at Bin4!

Had a great stay at Accent Inns in Victoria! Rooms are clean, beds are comfy even the pillows are great! Found the room to have lots of plugins to use. Room I was in didn't have a wall separating the two beds. So little tough getting the kids down. Not a complaint though it was part of the challenge! Appreciated the rubber ducks in the room, kids loved those! (Kids got one each because grandparents staying in the next room. ) Best part for me was the breakfast you serve for a continental is exceptional! Coffee was great, cereal selection, yogurt, breads and pastries even had hard boiled eggs! Full for hours afterwards. Thanks again for a wonderful stay if I come back to Victoria this hotel will be top of the list.

Everyone was really great here. The staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because there was a bit of an issue with check in. The reservation was completed through Clipper Vacations and it seems that the reservation did not process correctly. It took about half and hour to figure out where to put me and get the room.

Thank you to Accent Inns, specifically Laurie Wilson, What wonderful customer service! I left a very important item in my room when leaving. After already catching the ferry back to the US, Laurie went above and beyond to get my items FedEx'd (overnight, internationally, which is a nightmare) I so appreciate it! Stay was very nice; large clean rooms, comfy beds, and again — great customer service! Will definitely book again. Thanks for the wonderful getaway!

The hotel is very friendly. The staff are friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The rooms are well soundproof, at least for the voices. However, the air conditioning is very noisy, as well as the fans of the bathrooms and the strains (we hear those of the neighbors). Also, lunch is rather light. Many choices of breads and pastries (croissants, muffins and slippers) but nothing hot sausage style, egg or bacon. On busy days, the breakfast room is much too small and is overcrowded. Pleasant experience in summary.

Awesome rates, friendly staff, great location and rubber duckies… Need I say more?! Cold breakfast bar in the morning was a great addition. I will defiantly come back and tell my friends.

We ate at the Bin4 hamburger restaurant that occupies a space within Accent Inns. The restaurant is among the best burger joint in town, with three locations (downtown, uptown and the Westshore). Accent Inns keeps the property clean and inviting. Bin4 does the rest with amazing food and great prices (we eat after 9pm for a 50% discount).

Staying at accent inn was quite accomidating the rooms look renivated and clean the room service is good and the hotel is well taken care of in general staff are helpful and good natured the breakfast is alittle lacking but not a deal breaker a soild repersentation of an inn.

We couldn't believe how warm and welcoming Charlie and Rachel was at the desk. My husband was in the hospital and they had so much empathy for him. I would definitely go back, especially since they had nice breakfast choices and such clean rooms.

I have stayed here a number of times over the years for both business and pleasure and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. In fact, I'm going to stay there again for 4 days while on business in the fall and I know that I'll get a quiet, clean room where everything works and with everything I need. And I also know that I'll get the same consistently excellent service I've come to expect from the staff. While it isn't right downtown (or around the inner harbour), that shouldn't be an issue as the downtown core is only 5 minutes by car. I used to live in Victoria. I went to high school and college there. And, I drove taxi there for many years. I know the place. While I've never met the Farmer family, I know of their good reputation and it's obvious to me that they take great pride in this property.

I was having renovations done on my home and needed a place to stay for 2 weeks as the kitchen and bathroom would be out of service. I had my cat and my elderly father to relocate as well. I called the Accent Inn as it is very close to my work and they were able to give me 1 housekeeping room which is where my father stayed and 1 single room for my cat and I. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were great and the there was a good continental breakfast every morning. The price was very good. I would stay there again and I would recommend the establishment as a nice place to stay and they are pet and motorcycle friendly. Thanks for a nice stay Accent Inn.

I stay at this Accent Inn every time I am in Victoria. The staff is friendly and the rooms are basic but very clean. I travel on a motorcycle and they are very motorcycle friendly, providing covers and locks so you can use the bolts they have in the ground to secure your bike (in easy view of the check in desk). Great little hotel.

My friends and I stayed here on July 15 2014 for one night and we paid $155 (including taxes) for 4 people for a room with 2 queen beds and that's exactly what we got when we arrived at the hotel. Coming from ferry terminal it's very easy to find as it is next to the highway. The room is clean with lots of towels and pillows for all of us. At the moment they don't have a restaurant but they provided us with free continental breakfast. If you want a quieter room request for a room in the back, much quieter. If you are travelling to Victoria late and need a place to stay, you simply cannot go wrong with this place, lots of parking space too.

Large clean room, friendly helpful, &even more important to myself, cheerful regardlessof the time of day.
