Showed up at 6:15 room not ready. 7 pm room still not ready. Stay anywhere else. Will not return to this hotel ever again. 700$ for 3 nights when you can’t even get into the room you already paid for.

Nice rooms, has hot tub, pool, sauna and exercise room.

Whenever my husband and I feel we need a weekend away, we book here — we love it here… We literally live 5 minutes away, but this is our favorite place to go for a romantic weekend away. Staff is so helpful and friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean — we highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton! …

Right next to Costco, Save On and restaurants.

Always has excellent service and if I needed something they'll get it for me.

An extremely pleasant experience start to finish, albeit my teammates and I stayed only the one night. Larger rooms and bathroom. Excellent TV. Pool and hot tub are open until 10pm and are pretty good, nothing overly special. Gym is open 24/7. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning which is a nice touch. Located a little off the beaten path just in behind the Costco, and tons of other stores including starbucks which my teammate took advantage of more than once. He's a sick sick man. Is this 200 characters yet? If there was one complaint it was the pillows, and that could just be a preference thing, but they didn't work very well for me. Outside of that, a fantastic time. Thanks for having us!

I have been at this hotel for 7 weeks, I'm here from Alberta for work and it has been a wonderful experience and the staff has been great! Shawn and Natalie from the Metropolitan Bar and Grill have been immensely helpful and very welcoming. I definitely would recommend this9 hotel to all my friends and family!

♥️I loved the cheerfulness of the front desk clerk Alexandria‍♀️. I could tell it had been a rough busy day at the hotel! (Managers wife had a baby that night! CONGRATS! ) Our room was not ready but life happens and she handled the guests with grace. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub for 30 minutes while staff made sure our room was clean and ready for us to relax in. The room was quiet and perfect for our family of 4. The morning breakfast buffet was delish We will happily return on future trips to Victoria. Also thank you Stephen (the other manager) for helping make sure all our hotel needs were taken care of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PS: even the cleaning girls were so nice and kind! love this place ✅

Great hotel! Stayed Aug 1st to 3rd, used SPG points to pay for rooms and got upgraded to a room with a kitchen on the 3rd floor. Very clean with nice staff, option to get $5 or SPG points to not service room daily (environmental initiative). Free coffee in the mornings in lobby. Located about 15min west of downtown Victoria and 1.5 hrs east of the west shore to see big trees! Recommended and will stay again.

We booked for 4 adults and they only booked us for 3 but they allowed 4 to stay. So it was a bit crowded but fine. We stayed on the second floor. Really nice comfortable beds. The room was fairly small but well-appointed, and very clean. Nice bathroom. The breakfast included with the room was excellent, you could order anything at the restaurant, or have buffet with hot food items.

This hotel is situated off the main drive, so it's quiet. The grounds and building are nicely maintained, the staff are very friendly. You have to do some walking if you want to find a restaurant or to do some shopping, there is a Costco beside the hotel.

Suites have jet bath hot tubs. Great facilities helpful staff. A bit too far out of town for the complimentary shuttle but otherwise fine.

This hotel is awesome. Great clean rooms, free bottled water and awesome friend staff. I stayed there a week and would stay again.

Nice, new place hotel. The location is good if you are attending a rugby tournament at the nearby Westhills Stadium.

Nice enough hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Not a great location if you don't have a car. The rooms have refrigerators and bathrooms are a decent size and clean. The fitness centre and pool are medium-sized for this tier of hotel. The fitness centre has treadmills, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, and free weights. The hotel offers laundry services, but has no guest laundry facilities.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Gabriela, our server in the restaurant, is very friendly, polite and professional. The food was very good, with a balanced size serving. The prices are competitive and reasonable. The hotel location is convenient to downtown Victoria, local shopping in Colwood and Langford. We left the hotel at 9:15 Friday morning and drove to the airport in just over 30 minutes. We return to this hotel every year.

Awesome staff, love my room, go Green and not have housekeeping gets you 5 bucks a day to spend in the grill/bar. Nice little perk. Would definitely come back.

So I've stayed here maybe three times in the past year or two now, including most recently last weekend. I love it but last weekend there were some no no's… One of the towels in our room had blood stains on it, we asked for a replacement and we got two new towels and they both also had stains on them so that was definitely a bummer! This is the first time this has happened to us so hopefully it was just bad luck and not a decrease in the quality of housekeeping services. We've eaten at the restaurant in there on two of our trips — breakfast only — and the food is ok, it's good enough if you want to stay in the hotel but I'd definitely recommend you go elsewhere if you really want to enjoy your meal. The gym is pretty small and o my has basic machines and hand weights but I think that's fairly reasonable when you are on the go. There's a spa and sauna. I've never been in there though, so I don't know much about it. There's a pool as well which is usually busy I would say. A lot of families stay here so it can be loud sometimes — kids running around the hallways and such — it wasn't too bothersome for us though. There's usually someone always checking in or out no matter what time you get there, so usually there's a bit of a wait. They have beautiful fresh flowers around the hotel which was pretty impressive.

The hotel is very clean and quiet and have safes. The rooms have little coffee makers, kettles and refrigerators. Truly enjoyed my stay there.

Zero and minus temps outside. Air conditioning ON in the Metropolitan pub downstairs at hotel! Do not like being bundled up and shivering while trying to enjoy a beer. Metropolitan bar FAIL.

Overall good. Clean rooms, nearby lots of stores, free parking. Advertised free breakfast, but they only give free coffee. You have to buy breakfast. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions.

Nice place to stay. Nicely finished and furnished contemporary rooms. Complementary bottled water every day. Helpful staff. Liked the restaurant/bar downstairs. Decent selection of craft beer.

Hi all, I visited the Four Points in Victoria. Coming from Barbados, this was a great place to stay. I love the city — very strong British tradition, similar to Barbados. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Great staff, well priced and generous servings for breakfast and dinner.

The booking agent said that since we were celebrating our anniversary they would send Champagne to our room. Well that didn't happen and I even asked. I was told at the hotel the manager said it's not an option and I can buy a bottle if I want. I thought that was super tacky cause I know I can buy a bottle. I would have preferred to not be told one thing and then them not follow through. (oh yeah we had to stay there on work days cause they made an error at reservations and do to us having a gift certificate we wanted to use we were unable to change the dates as every weekend was booked)
Needless to say they lost business cause we were planning on eating and drinking at the hotel and the champagne later in our room but since we were so turned off by the service we left and went elsewhere for dinner and drinks!
The room was nice which is why we rated it a 3 but overall we went to celebrate our anniversary and the service that particular night was so poor that we were not impressed. I don't think I'll be recommending this hotel as I have stayed elsewhere and would never have been told one thing and then another and absolutely no apology or follow up from the manager.

Attended Christmas party in lower ballroom. Nice location but parking was tight. Staff was polite and friendly. Meal was very generous. I was concerned about the temperature when I first arrived but it stayed comfortable the whole evening. I would consider staying a night.

Staff needs to be more educated on the deals and services the hotel provides. Lots of miscommunication. Was told the breakfast buffet services were included with my bookings yet when we went to eat we were slapped with a bill. The restaurant did great service but the hotel wouldn't address the situation at hand properly. Fair warning make sure you grab names while dealing with the concierge's desk.

What you would expect from the Sheraton. Rooms were clean. Spacious. Had the extras you would expect.

Location is great, millstream shopping complex is very nearby. Friendly and helpful staff as well. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Love that parking is free!

This is one of my favourite hotels in the greater Victoria area. It is a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Victoria, but nestled in a quiet neighbourhood away from the partiers etc. The staff are absolutely excellent — always looking for ways to go above and beyond. The pub in the lower level has excellent food! The rooms are new and very well maintained. Lots of rooms have jacuzzi tubs for very reasonable rates. Also, they recently upgraded the High Speed Internet, and it is now consistently awesome and streaming-ready, even when the hotel is completely full.

Rooms are nice… lots of room, nice size TV, fridge and good size bathroom.
The beds and bedding were cozy and comfy.
Staff was accommodating, when we arrived our room was not ready, so they got us a different room.

Rooms were clean and it was nice place to stay. The house keeping staff didn't get into my room to tidy things up until after 6 pm which was not expected. The surrounding area is not ideal for tourists but maybe okay if you are in town for business or requiring a stay in the area.

Locations was great for us as we needed to be close to our home while we prepped for a move. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. TV was difficult to control (particularly volume and power), and you needed to hold the remote in a very specific direction to get it to work. Also the TV had no HDMI ports so I couldn't hook up my laptop to watch my own content. This shouldn't happen in 2017. The cable selection was fine, but I would have preferred to watch game of thrones or something from my computer instead of the food Network. Restaurant has good food and a quiet atmosphere. Very clean hotel, just don't expect a magnificent view. Overall worth the price paid with minor gripes.

Can't comment on the hotel but the Roof Top Patio was a cluster. We've been to the pub downstairs in past and this was a continuation of the less than stellar performance we received in that facility. We were a party of 25 and many ordered wings, as it was wing night. After a half hour some meals started appearing but no wings. Other patrons in the restaurant arrived after us and received wings but still our wings orders weren't arriving. Over an hour later and a mixture of wings that we hadn't ordered started arriving, they were from other tables who'd received our wings by mistake. The server actually asked our names at the beginning to make sure bills were kept track of but they couldn't serve a simple order of wings to right person on wing night in less than an hour? They took 20% off everything but that's the last time I'm going near that joint!

Staff are very nice here. Rooms are clean, could be a little better if they paid attention to details. Beds are comfy, however my bed sheets didn't fit the entire mattress, last bit of the mattress was exposed. Faucets are annoying. One knob, weak slow running cold water or fast running hot water. Lots of families with kids stay here. Loud hallways and lobbies at times. Large selection of TV channels. Thermostat actually is responsive and easy to use. They also have a shuttle van that is very handy.

Misleading address! The Hotel is not in Victoria! It is located in Langford. Maybe Langford is part of Greater Victoria but is not located in the City of Victoria. Misleading address! I changed Hotel in the morning. Note: 30 minutes to Downtown Victoria! Breakfast was terrible. Paint trays left in the hall all night next to my room. I could go on and on… I would not stay there again. Read other reviews of this Hotel!

First of all, to be honest I never wrote a review before but because we all were disappointed about this stay, I had to. For memorial day weekend we stayed at this hotel. We were excited to stay at the hotel for the weekend and relax. When we first checked in, my friends were disappointed because they got a cheaper room then what they really paid for. After letting the office know, they said they couldn't do anything about it, except offer free breakfast. We couldn't get much rest there, there were lot's of kids running around, slamming doors even past 11 p. M. Again we asked the office to talk to them but nothing was done for a couple days. When we decided to go to the pool area/sauna it was a mess! Water was splashed everywhere and towels were all over the place, the pool was packed with kids, jumping, diving in the pool and also using the sauna. We were surprised that the staff didn't do anything about it. There were no towels available for us just because they were all used up. I can say a lot more, but ill wrap up and just say that we all feel like we over paid for the service we got and we would not stay at this hotel again.

Extremely poor customer service. Response to any complaints is " oh sorry. " Avoid if you would like a swimming pool that isn't filled with people in their underwear.

Needed an impromptu place to land during a business trip. The check-in was quick and easy, the staff friendly and the room was clean. Everything in the room worked and the parking was convenient.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I've had in a while. I stayed in this hotel for three weeks for work, and it was not pleasant. Let me tell you why: 1 their housekeeping staff throws things away and does nothing about it. They threw out receipts and my phone charger. They offered me food vouchers to their crappy restaurant to make up for it 2. My shower constantly overflowed because the drain was clogged with hair. 3. Tried to rent a movie, movie provider was down. Tried to use steamroom, it was broken. Tried to use hottub, it shot out cold water. 4. A co-worker of mine tried to switch to different floor and was told by someone at front desk that the fourth floor was for "real customers" 5. Restaurant is terrible. I came down for breakfast and it took 45 mins for two poached eggs and toast. There were two other tables in the restaurant… I could go on, but you get the gist. My advice is to stay anywhere But here. Peace four points!

Hotel room very nice, very clean and well maintained. Restaurant had very good food but the service was a little bit slow. Nothing like I was waiting for twenty minutes to get drinks. I think they're was only one waitress that could have been the issue. Overall very respectable establishment. Would recommend.

Save yourself the headache and stay at the holiday inn. Unimpressed with the check in. Was made to pay entire bill upfront in spite of providing credit card. I wanted to pay with Interac, turns out they don't accept Interac as a payment method so I had to withdraw cash from the ATM. Entrance is nothing like on the website, photos were really fluffed up. Room walls are paperthin. Not bad other than that, liked the fact that I get meal discount if I opt not to have room cleaned every morning. Update: turns out I had to put a special sign outside my door instead of do not disturb. I wasn't told about this at check-in and didn't find out until I checked out, I feel so cheated that I lowered my original 3star rating to 1star, too bad there wasn't a 0star option. I didn't even have a different sign in my room! Restaurant was garbage food, and the manager brought out the bill with our food, pretty easy to see why the restaurant was empty for every meal. I've had a better customer service experience at a Motel 6, maybe I'll stay there next time.

Fantastic and affordable.

We booked four points for the night before and night of my wedding and requested a late check out. The 'suite' was just a single room and didn't even have a couch, although the bed was nice. The kitchenette was very small and only had a tiny plug in hot plate. The finishing touches in the room (ie tile grout) were done really poorly. The shower was very small and the water either sprays on the wall or out of the shower door. When checking in (the red headed gentleman at the front desk) said something like "oh it's your wedding tomorrow… I heard the weathers going to be terrible". It sounded really condescending. Things you just don't say to someone getting married the next day out of common courtesy. It never got better: Same front desk guy didn't stop his loud personal conversation as we went by. We had to ask for an extra chair when getting ready (due to lack of seating in the suite) and the man who delivered it was pretty rude about it. There was no one at the desk when we arrived on our wedding night. They did nothing special for our wedding and booked people above us that ran around all night. They were banging on our door at noon despite having requested a late checkout at 3pm. They charged us an extra $20 for 'food' after we left but we didn't consume anything other than the Dasani water with FREE on it, which also isn't worth $20! The only positive thing I have to say is that the room was clean and the house keeping staff were really kind to us.

Took over 30 minutes to check in, Booked a King gave me 2 queens but did switch me. A/C did not work. TV did not work. Would never stay at this Hotel again.

Beautiful Hotel. My bed was comfortable. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Long black curly hair in the shower stall. Dirty towel behind the towel basket under the sink. I was helping a friend who needed a wheelchair access room. Her room was NOT wheelchair accessible! The mattress was soft and had big round circles on it and was a queen. Not suitable for a paralyzed person. The mattress was falling apart. The threads had to keep being cut off because they would get caught in her wheelchair wheels! The roo had way too much stuff in it so hard for a wheelchair to move around. Carpet too thick for a wheelchair. No leg clearance under the sink! No grab bars anywhere. The pool was great. Had to get more towels. So had to walk out in my bathing suit to the Entrance to get more. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Room was great and had a jacuzzi tub! I was skeptical of the quality cause it's right next to a Costco. However, this hotel has a lot of things going for it. View was very nice for the location — great view of the horizon, and while we couldn't see the sunset or rise there it was a great place to witness the natural beauty of the area. Hotel staff was nice and courteous and their spa (pool, sauna, jacuzzi) was small, but exactly what we needed. It sounds like the hotel may have made a couple of upgrades since the last couple reviews, they had a flat screen in our room (King Bed Room) and the room had a very modern look and feel to it. The bar staff at the Inferno were nice, however we weren't able to eat there cause they stop serving food at 11. The only problem is we're late risers. So that means we're late eaters, not a lot of options for people looking for food after 9pm, a lot of grocery stores are also closed. However that's not the hotel's fault.

Wasn't prepared for my family of 5. So by fluke our room could have a cot. No tub in our family suit. Hot tub was out of service as well. Ordered 15.00 movie and it cut out threw out the show but they did not charge me for it. Room was clean and beds where ok. Just to many little things they don't pay attention to.

Terrible experience during a wedding there, dont host your wedding here, even if its offered for free. The bed was exceptional.
