Fun spot very 70’s. Give it a go!

Absolutely love this Hotel!

Very comfortable, easy to find.

We got woken up at 6:00 am by stupid people being noisy, banging on the bathtub and walls, moving stuff around and have to call the manager on duty. When you are in vacations/holidays you expect to sleep late morning minimum 8:00 am no like you are going to work. Andrew the manager could be more customer service oriented. I know it is something out his handS to be able to control but the least to offer 1/2 price of the rate for the night. Never will be back.

We had our wedding at Jamie's in June 2018. The staff were incredible, and our extended families who stayed at the Inn were very happy with their rooms. We had several meals there, including a catered brunch after the ceremony, which was all excellent. The staff was mindful of a couple of severe allergies in our family and ensured the allergens were not in the food served. thank you for a wonderful day!

We stay at Jamie’s Aug 25th to the 27th, the room was very clean and if you have a pet the back door was prefect, we loved it. The food at the restaurant was affordable and delicious. We would definitely come back here with our fur baby. The staff was very accommodating. The only down side is you can’t check in before 4pm but there is lots to do around Tofino if you get there too early.

Jamie's Rainforest Restaurant in Tofino has the world's best breakfast, the smoked candied taco's were amazing! great service and friendly enthusiastic staff. Definitely coming back keep up the great work!

Clean, cute, friendly staff, more affordable than B&Bs. In downtown Tofino. Nice bedroom, cute bathroom, elevator. Their restaurant is good too. And they are close to the beautiful Chesterman Beach (you can walk to the beach — a 3 mins. Drive). I loved to stay there, and totally recommend it. 5 stars if you know what to expect (it's an inn, not a fancy hotel).

3.5 Stars. We were there for breakfast. Food was decent. The $3 drip coffee was weak and it wasn't refilled. Friendly service otherwise. The restaurant lighting was extremely dim which we found weird especially first thing in the morning on a sunny day.

EDIT: Jamie's Rainforest Inn is a total joke. The manager who responded here has done so just to pretend like they actually have customer service. When I responded to his email request I received nothing in the way of a reply. Nice optics guys! My experience at the restaurant at Jamie's Rainforest Inn was easily the rudest encounter with wait staff I've ever had. I raised a question about their strange Moscow Mule and was met with absolute immaturity from the wait staff serving our table. Our waitress came back at me as if she was angry that I was questioning the contents of the drink. After asking my single question I was told "I can make the drink myself" or go supervise the bartender making the drink? After this, the manager of the restaurant came out with a new drink (I didn't ask for one) and attempted to humilitate me about the whole situation. My party and myself do not understand how a functioning restaurant can operate with such unprofessional behaviour, especially in response to a patron asking a question. I would not recommend to anyone to come eat or drink here if this is the level of service that the staff and management pride themselves on.

Really nice hotel which is close to the beach. The restaurant serves delicious food and some apartments have nice fire place and big bathroom. Good for autumn — spring nights.

Jamie's is a hidden gem. Came here for comedy night on a weekend trip fro. Victoria and I had a blast. Tbe comedian was hilarious, the drinks were great, and there's plenty of parking.

Stopped by for an early dinner and really enjoyed it. The interior is very nicely done, though the art made from flotsam found on the beach doesn't seem to really for in. Dinner for two with a beer and a pop was ~$75 with tip. There is a gluten free menu which is quite substantial and also a dairy free menu for those who need it. I had the sausage and chicken penne, my wife had the gluten free burger. Both were worth the money. Might stop by here again before we leave. The staff was also really friendly and courteous without overstaying their welcome at the table side.

Good food, decent service, very poorly lit, almost no natural light and mildly expensive.

Ground floor room was awesome! Restaurant is great.

Stayed there for 10 days and had a great time. Staff us wonderful. Place is a bit outside of town so better get a rental car or bike but you can still reach town/activities by less than 45-60 min walking distance. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Room was beautiful and clean. View of forest and garden beautiful. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Restraunt very good food was very happy. Recommend blue cheese Burger and wings. Will return without a doubt our next trip to Tofino. Even our dog was happy and welcome. Highly recommended place to stay.

Our second time at Jamie's and the first since the upgrades. Very nice warm choice in color schemes. Should have included more sound proofing as most normal sounds from rooms can be heard in the halls. Still great staff and restaurant was good.

Great family-friendly restaurant. We eat here regularly and always have good food and friendly service.

Yet another amazing stay! 3rd January in a row. I spent my $50 dining voucher tonight and enjoyed a couple martinis with dinner. Our server Georgia was very genuine and friendly :) excited to come back!

Truly the best breakfast in town. I've seen this place go through a few chefs since it's inception and this one seems to be a keeper. Best place in town to bring kids to eat, or there's a lounge on the other side for just grown-ups.

Incredible accommodations, food, and live music. Our server Christie gave us some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. Made us feel right at home. Hats off to the staff.

Nice little spot inside a inn. We had A great salad to start, awesome bowls for dinner, budda and a mushroom ravioli and an excellent desert. Wine list was good and the lounge atmsphere was a perfect end to a great day in Tofino. We will be back!

Great place, 10 min walk to chesterman beach, 5 min drive to town. Time have been recently renovated and are in great condition. They even have restaurant that is open from 8am to midnight.

The location is amazing, it's very close to the beach. The rooms are very clean and everything seems to be new or recently renovated.

Wednesday day and night is half price wings throughout the year. I went at the end of November and the restaurant was 3/4 full. It was closed from 2.30pm to 5.00pm and it got busy quickly once open. A good selection of wing flavours to choose from. I had the nightly special flavour, which was Jamaican jerk and it was flavourfull and spicey. I added a sleeve of Sapporo beer and was happy. The service was quick and friendly. In the summer months Wednesday night is the busiest night of the week so you can expect a line up. Get there early.

This was a wonderful little hotel to stay in. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was a heater/air conditioner to help make the temperature comfortable. The views of the rainforest were good. The restaurant in the hotel was decent. It was a cozy little spot with good service. If you walked around the grounds there was a path into the forest which took you to a boardwalk with views of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

We went for dinner and drinks. The service was great and our drinks and food were great. Nachos were loaded to the point of almost having too many toppings on them!

Located in Tofino on the main road to the beach. Nice place, clean and comfortable. Accepts dogs with an extra cleaning charge. But that's OK, because they gave us a ground floor unit literally steps from the side door. Very easy to pack in the dog crate as well as to load & unload our stuff. And our room was clean with really comfortable beds. The staff there are amazing especially Sammy & Ebony the girls at the front desk. They made our stay there exceptional.

Had a good burger here with some of the (very nice) local beer. Service was very friendly and while we were there they had a DJ playing who was pretty good too (and apparently usually worked there).

Very great service! I went there during a very busy evening around Tofino, front desk had no rooms remaining but offered me the two last beds in the dorm. It was super clean, with new blankets and pillowcase, and access to showers. Would definitely recommend.

Good food at the resteraunt. The rooms are tidy and well taken care of. Although there isn't much in the way of a personal kitchen so don't plan on cooking many 5 star meals here by yourself. Overall a nice place that I am enjoying my stay at!

Definitely a great place to stay. Great location. Its walking distance to Chesterman beach! Great service and rooms are large with nice fireplaces! Restaurant is good too!
I recommend mai level rooms with a nice back door to walk into the rainforest and follow the boardwalk to the bird watching area and ocean view. Sooo pretty! I also recommend calling the hotel and seeing what room deals they have!

The food was impeccable and the service was fantastic! Very kid-friendly space with our server bringing extra colouring sheets, crayons, etc to keep the kiddos well entertained. Best burger (omg), wings (hot honey, to die for), braised short ribs we've had. Great experience all around — we will definitely be back and bringing more guests with us to enjoy this gem of a restaurant.

Quiet location, friendly staff, large rooms (you have to like the color on the walls, but I have my eyes closed when I sleep), comfortable bed, adjacent lounge and restaurant serves good food. Nice garden at the back to have a short walk after dinner.

Excellent corner room with a view. Cheerful staff, even when greeting us at 2 am when we arrived. Coffee is great and smoked chicken hash is a wonderful way to start the day. Love this place.

Really enjoyed our stay at Jamie's. It's location is ideal, as it's a short walk to Chesterman's Beach, Tofino Brewing Co. And "downtown" Tofino. It's no frills, but very clean with friendly staff. Restaurant/bar on site is a nice treat too! Great budget hotel if you want to explore Tofino without breaking the bank.

Just had our first visit to Jamie's Rain Forest Inn. Very enjoyable stay. Dog friendly. Great food in the adjoining pub/restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minutes to the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again!

I went there to eat. Food was good but the service there was brutal.

O. K, I'll start with the bad. Totally gross carpeting/paint and general decor. I'm not sure if they are renovating or not — but our room was disgusting. O. K. Yes it was dust-free. However, the carpets are totally full of stains. The 2 cream coloured arm chairs in the room are full of stains, none of us dared to sit on them. The flooring in the entryway and into the bathroom looks black (but it is a white tile). The chairs to sit on in the sitting area down the hall are also stain filled. The paint looks just awful too. This place needs a major reno. I would never ever stay in this place ever again. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the front staff. Very nice, helpful and kind. I really liked the ladies. Super people. But the place, YUCK! Do not stay here until the renovate. Brutal. Otherwise, on a decent treed lot. Pretty out the back window.

Friendly staff, yummy restaurant with a cool interior and clean unfussy rooms exactly the way they describe it. We payed extra to upgrade to the deluxe king and it had a nice tub. It is a great affordable place to stay if you want to explore tofino but wouldn't go there just to hangout in the room kind of place.

My wife and I ate a number of different restaurants during our trip to Tofino and this is by far the best one we experienced. It's part of a hotel and the hotel really doesn't look like much when you get there but they've done an excellent job decorating the interior of the restaurant and making it feel warm and cozy. The service was top notch and the food was not only good but reasonably priced (which can be hard to find in Tofino). If the chef ends up reading this my only suggestion would be to use mixed field greens for the west coast salad because I'm a big-time lettuce snob (I think it had romaine). Now, the best part of our mean was the dessert. It was absolutely incredible and should not be passed over at any cost. I had the chocolate mousse and my wife had the chocolate cake and both might be the best desserts we've ever had. Oh, I almost forgot! They have great beers on tap! Who has Delirium Tremens and Sapporo on tap? This guys know what they're doing.

So many good things to say about Jamie's. We stayed for two nights and couldn't have been more impressed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the staff were outstanding — both attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant is open late and serves great food. Overall a great value and we'll definitely be back.
