Rooms are ok. Has that old musty smell to it. Renovations are pretty mediocre. Location is good, right on the edge of town. Service was good.

Standard rooms are good the bed's and pillows were comfortable. The elderly lady at the front desk was quite rude almost bossy. It has a attached bar but the service is extremely poor the server was too busy visiting with a friend and watching TV to make sure if anyone would like a drink. The server was also gruff and personal hygiene along with manner of dress (the same sweatsuit) for the two days we stayed there was worse than the service. They also have a restaurant with very limited hours. The waiter who took our order reeked of alcohol. It took forever to get our food even though it was not busy. When it did come it was good. Over all it has potential to be a nice place if they had the proper staff. Till then I would not recommend this hotel.

Don't go there to get breakfast in the morning there offer but don't deliver rooms are ok.

The rooms were clean though the bathroom outlet didn't work and the breakfast was terrible. Pretty high price for what we got.

Very Dissapointing. We booked after reading that it has been completely renovated. Nope only the first floor is renovated and we were stuck in the dirty 70's theme room. We asked to move to the renovated rooms and told no. Stinks like smoke and very dated and dirty. Never again.

This review is for Heartland Bistro. Excellent Dry Ribs and Meat Lovers Pizza. It is one the beat meals I ever had. Thanks a lot Sean Muirhead.

Friendly staff great room good prices.

Situated on the east side of town, it's within walking distance of Main Street & there's a couple restaurants nearby. Rooms are pretty mediocre, no plugins by beds & the tub for showering is tiny. There renovations since it was Heartlands hotel haven't been the greatest. Still has that old musty smell to it. Service was ok. He did however give us a key to. An already occupied room.

Stayed in a renovated room. Very nice. Another couple stayed in a non renovated room and had a much different experience. Make sure you choose your room carefully.

The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very modern. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Old. Feels somewhat redone but smoke dree rooms seemed ro be formwrly smoking rooms.

Don't take the chance. The entire hotel smells of mildew, I couldn't take my shoes off (the floor was damp and sticky). I could literally feel a hole in the floor under the carpet. We found 7 beetles in the hotel. 2 in the couch, 1 on the nightstand and 4 in the bed… Including one crawling on my wife. We slept in our vehicle instead. When we told them we were leaving, all we were told is "we are sorry you feel that way". Not even an apology the hotel is crawling with bugs.

Horrible smell throughout building, awful breakfast, cold shower, can hear noise from the hallway, door to room was jammed shut, no heating in bathroom, etc.
