Room was not clean. We got moved to a second room it is a bit cleaner. TV remote has tape to hold the batteries in. Still doesn’t work to turn the TV on.

The sink was plugged, the toilet was plugged too. We had to go downstairs main floor to use the washroom to wash our face and stuff. I called reception to let her know after first night since we were staying 2 nights but nothing was done. The day we checked out we had mentioned it to the lady while we were checking out just so it wouldn’t be so inconvenient for the next customer but then she said “I don’t know what you said yesterday, I only know whats said today”. We were waiting on even at least a simply gesture of apology for the inconvenience. It didn’t seem like she was going to do anything about it to prevent someone else to go through the same inconvenience. Just really poor customer service on that aspect, plus inconvenience of going down to the main public washroom by the lobby to have to was your face was annoying. So, no I will definitely not go back here nor recommend this hotel to any of my family; friends or even strangers.

The breakfast was amazing. Great service nice bed. Impressed over all.

We attended a catered lunch. Food and service were very good. Hotel staff worked hard to please.

Pet friendly! The rooms are nice, the fact they allow pets was outstanding. Lots of food in the area, Wendy's, McDonald's, Mr. Sub, Arby's isn't far either, if you arrive late (like we did) staff was very friendly and accommodating, would stay here again if I was in the area!

My husband and I are traveling across Canada west to east. Stopped in Regina for a couple of days to do touring of city. This hotel is conveniently located just off Hwy 1. Great rate during the week. Very clean & friendly staff. Rooms well appointed. We highly recommend.

Checked in and went to sleep early — i’m in town (Regina) to work. Woke up at Midnight — could smell smoke (strong smell) and my eyes and theoat were buring — Hard Drug use smoke (Meth I think) was coming in under my door. Called front desk — asking for security to be sent — lady said they would be up to check things out in 3 hours — not OK! I infomed her I would be checking out first thing and I stuffed towels in the crack under the door to limit the smoke billowing into my room. Upon check out — the clerk accused me of lying about this — why would I wake up at midnight to make up such a story? I realize hotels cannot fully control this kind of thing from happening, but they can certainly deal with it when it comes up, to allow us non-drug using customers to get a good nights sleep and be able to go to work the next day. It’s a full day later and my throat is still very raw and sore … Whatever I inhaled, while I slept is nasty stuff. Big fail here — I will never return. My company will be taking this hotel off our list of acceptable accommodations for staff. Advice : Next time — call the police.

Good hotel, access sucks off of Albert Street but other then that overall 8/10

Took wife and daughter to mothers day brunch. It was very good. Seafood chowder was delicious.

A nice hotel. Comfortable beds, neat and tidy room and courteous staff. The pillows were exceptionally nice. Housekeeping does a very nice job, our room was made over perfectly each day. We stayed three nights. This is a quiet hotel, at least on our floor. It's not "new", but very well maintained. Will stay here again.

Venue was great for our board room. They served lunch as well and the food was simple but delicious.

This is an older hotel that has been maintained in good condition. It appears to be in a state of near continuous upgrade — that doesn't interfere with occupancy. The breakfast is in the restaurant and is quite good. Staff are all friendly and helpful. This is very good stay for the price.

Location was convinient, plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance, more if you are willing to drive. It is also a short drive from the airport. A buffet is within the hotel, although we did not visit it. The front staff was lovely. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The service and the room was very good. In the morning there is a buffet that is not expensive.

Attended Xmas dinner with an organization of retired people. Food was served buffet-style and included roast beef and turkey. It was delicious and there was lots of it! Dainties for desert were very good. If you are organizing a Xmas dinner for a large group, I would recommend you consider this place.

The Executive Royal Hotel hosted our 2017 Christmas Party. Service and meal was truly exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel for all your party and reception needs. They also have beautiful, spacious and clean rooms if you need to stay overnight!

Nice quiet hotel. Good rates, easy access. The dining room was closed for a private event. A good place to spend a night or two.

We were in town to attend a graduation ceremony at Depot. This was an excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located, moderately priced. The restaurant served a great breakfast.

It was a quick overnight stop before moving on. The woman at the front counter was extremely nice although a little hard to understand. The beds and pillows were amazing after all the other hotels we had stayed in recently. I got a great night sleep and felt rested in the morning. The bathroom and shower where pretty much like every other hotel, nothing spectacular but got the job done. There was a small quiet workout room with three pieces of equipment. Also not sure if the hotel was supposed to be dog friendly but I was surprised never the less when I saw a dog walking down the hallway. The hallways and doors gave a kinda dingy feeling but the rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall a pretty good experience and would stay here again if driving through Regina.

Nice clean accommodation, worth the price paid.

The room and staff were very good, however, the buffet meal was lacking in quantity and variety.

Room was good and that's about it. Check and our service staff very poor. No direction to where anything was or Wi-Fi password.

Hotel staff were A+. Older building but renovated nicely, air-conditioning was quite loud but overall 3/5 experience.

First of all the food taste amazing all the staff are very friendly to guest that are visiiting the ball room is so fancy and clean the service is excellent and their bathroom are so clean if I had to rate it 1 out 10 i.

Clean and friendly. Nothing outstanding. Front entrance has automatic doors, so that's nice.

Went for sunday brunch with some friends… good food and friendly staff. Service was good but staff need to keep an eye on the dishes to ensure enough food so that customers don't need to remind them to refill dishes and dessert trays.

In Regina for work. It has a good central location for where we need to get to. Rooms are good. Restaurant had good service, only time I used the resturant was for breakfast though.

We had our Christmas party here. The hotel did a great job. This was our first 6th year at this facility. Allways first class.

This is a great place for a work course, very nice facilities and lots of parking. Also very convenient location.

Went for work training. Food was alright. Atmosphere was nice. Great screen for projection.

We had very friendly service as soon as walked in the door and checked in.
The room was clean and the air conditioning was working very well. The cleaning staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. A free complimentary breakfast for each day was supplied. It was buffet style… my favourite! The Sunday brunch (not included as a complimentary breakfast) was amazing! It went on and on and on. So much to feast upon!
There was one little glitch on our last day though. We had requested a late checkout the night before to attend the brunch with a large group. When we went back to the room to gather our luggage, we had been locked out of the room. The front desk staff told us that it was an automatic thing and they re-keyed the card. So it was an easy fix, but one that I had hoped to avoid by calling for a late check out the night before. All in all, a very good stay and I will most likely be back.

The service was great. The room I stayed it was very clean and tons of room to have guests over. The staff was excellent. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect for us. We needed to be the near the university and it's about a 5 minute drive from there. Being located so close to the trans Canada highway makes this place really convenient. We also got a voucher for free breakfast the next day so that make our night even better. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

The service and quality of the hotel was expected with the price. It was overall good.

Bed is comfy. Water slow to get hot in shower. Good internet speeds. Very nice location, close to lots of restaurants.

Clean hotel and rooms. Great staff. However the climate control is ancient technology requiring a large fan to keep rooms comfortable. Gym in hotel is unacceptable as it only has three cardio machines, all of which are bottom line and requiring maintenance, as well as a weight rack that doesn't go past 25 lbs. Also no continental breakfast so not great for business trips. Not a terrible hotel but with a better gym and breakfast, I would easily go back.

Last night of a three week road trip. Best hotel yet. Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful. David the front desk agent does at great job making you feel right at home.

The name f this hotel is very deceiving. I can't think of a single royal or executive that would choose to stay here. That said, it is a decent hotel, but a tad overpriced for what it is. The rooms are clean and comfortable but also very pedestrian. Think Holiday Inn but in need of an upgrade. The bed is actually comfortable, but the shades are only shades in a technical sense that they prevent people from see into the room, but vastly inadequate at blocking out the sun which rises REALLY early here. The staff are pleasant and very professional. They make sure to alert you about the no smoking policy, but the lady who checked me in reeked of cigarettes. So there's definitely a bit of irony there. On the plus side, I did find a suitable selection of restaurants to choose from all withing a walking distance.
