Front desk staff very helpful.

Lack of safe parking for oversized vehicles. It’s underground and parking garage must be under 6’4 to fit. So large trucks or suvs will not fit and must be parked on the street. Truck had items stolen that were secured. Not a good area especially if traveling through.

I've read something about the front desk team not accepting a cc authorization for incidentals.
I have worked in hotels and KNOW for fact that anyone willing with a credit card & id can pay for anyone's incidentals. There are also forms to use if person w/cc choses to pay while not physically being there
So what's up with the rude front desk staff?

Lovely staff! Room was really nice and very clean. Great housekeeping. Slightly disappointed that we were told our package included a hot breakfast but there was not. Only a coffee shop that didn’t even open till 10. No room service, and the toilet paper was worse than anything! Thank goodness for the Damara Spa & the kindness of all the staff at both hotel and Spa.

All around disappointment by everything! Staff is unhelpful! Was on the phone for 20 minutes just to book a room. Got there and wouldn’t accept cash as method of payment! Huh? Or debit card! I guess they can afford to turn down certain method of payments during a time of a pandemic!

We have stayed here a couple times over the past two months and our stay was amazing. The front desk staff were absolutely perfect and made our Anniversary even better than we thought it could have been. This is now our go to hotel in Regina!

Worst hotel I have been to in a long time! have to pay for parking on top of everything. Heat didnt work in the room. Bathrooms have no fans. Small rooms. Sketchy walking to parkade. Overpriced def do not recoomend it.

Changed all the rooms. Spartan now. No bathtubs. Just ridiculous 10 foot wide shower. VERY disappointed.

Someone’s old food was left in our refrigerator floor in bathroom was not clean and comforter sheet was filthy gross. And shockingly even being on the 12th floor you could still hear traffic and sirens. Which means the room next-door we heard clear as day.

Location is excellent! Very close to Casino and Cornwall Mall. Excellent service by staff too, everybody is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service and super friendly staff. I was waiting in banquet hall for my wife and their Banquet manager Atush Chaudhary saw my kids and he bought colouring book and colours for my daughter. Super nice guy!

The few times I stayed here the bathtub was always broken and wouldn’t remain full. Otherwise the room was always clean and the staff were very accommodating.

We go to this hotel every year for the labour day classic riders game. And we keep going back. Always happy with it. Comfortable beds, nice rooms. Only issue is with the elevators. There aren't enough and they fill quickly so you end up waiting awhile sometimes, but only sometimes. Unless you want to walk the 16+ stories.

Finished our travelling earlier in the day than expected and was still able to check in to the hotel and relax, which was nice. We were told this hotel was near a bad area but didn't see anything that seemed dangerous. We didn't eat anything so I can't say much about the food but they did have a bar area and a pleasant water feature. The hotel room was clean and had all the amenities we expected and more. Multiple places gave the owners information where we could reach out with a suggestion or problem. Every staff member I dealt with was helpful and polite, and the other guests weren't too loud despite it being the night of a Rough Rider game, lol. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

If your going to stay here, I recommend upgrading to a one bedroom suite. You get free breakfast and free appetizers for the night. Definitely worth it to upgrade.

The Delta is a nice hotel. I've been to several events there and they are a great place for professional gatherings. The staff are friendly and the food is great.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Regina. We didn't spend the night there but we took in an even and found the space very professional and lovely to look at. The roof was leaving at one point but I know there were storm alerts at the time so it could have just been the sever weather.

One of the best hotels in saskatchewan. I enjoyed the rooms they have provided and the complimentary breakfast they have provided too as well. The staffs here are really friendly there too.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. Time has taken a toll on it but it has NEVER lost it's ability to impress. Rooms are priced well but sometimes a little high. Service is always fantastic and location can't be beat in the city. I can't wait to stay here again for another rider's game!

It is clean and reasonable. However, the quality of food needs to be addressed. I have been to this hotel countless time for confrence and seminars but never experienced the food that I can be happy with.

Upstairs men washroom didn't have a sign. So harder to find. Plus it smelled like sewer. Everything else was good.

I have attended a few events at the Delta Hotel. I really like this hotel. I find it very clean and the staff when you see them are friendly. The conference rooms are clean and up to date. Parking can sometimes be difficult, especially if you are not staying in the hotel to receive free parking, but overall great hotel. Thank you for hosting events.

Big let down. Checked in with my Wife and Daughter for one night. They failed to advise the hot tub was not functioning on check in. They aren’t afraid to take $170.00 for your room though… Popped into the Omega Lounge for a drink. Took 20 minutes to be served with only four people in the bar. Then took 10 minutes to pay the tab for one drink. You have several choices on places to stay in Regina, this should not be one of them. We won’t be back.

We only stayed one night and the room was recently renovated since it was nice. Staff was very friendly however, there was no cold water in the room so that was not fun at all.

Right across the street from the casino, and near all the downtown restaurants. The staff are exceptional and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately it's very close to the train tracks so don't expect to get a good night sleep.

The Delta is still a good place for a business luncheon and meeting. The facilities are nice and work for a meeting. The hotel is in a good location with lots of pay parking nearby.

Fit the most part the hotel served its purpose. Right downtown and within walking distance of where I need to go. A couple of minor complaints. Renovations were ongoing during my stay. And while they didn't affect my room specifically, the elevator wait from the 20th floor was painful. Pretty sure only one elevator was running for the entire hotel. The other thing was that the batteries in the only phone in the room were dead on arrival, although I didn't know it until early morning when I needed them. I didn't see an obvious way of contacting the front desk if the in room phone was dead. This was fixed by room service that day. Lastly. It was a brisk day in Regina (-30 plus windchill), Anne the sunrises were something else. Great sightlines from the 20th. Would I stay again. Most likely, yes.

Our Ringette team stayed here for the weekend and the Staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent! Rooms were clean and comfy! Great location!

Wow what a fantastic experience. Service was spectacular. Very quick and efficient, food was amazing.

The rooms were updated and clean. The check in and check out was quick and easy. The elevators were slow and took a long time. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Attended the company Christmas party. The overall experience was good, but the turkey was a little dry, and the drink price was pretty steep ($7.50). And for a Christmas dinner to not have gravy I could dump on everything, especially since this turkey was so dry, was kinda disappointing. The dessert selection and quality was uhmazing to make up for it. That said, the event was for 4-500 people, so I'm not sure how you'd serve turkey and it not be dry. Maybe it shouldn't have all been precut? I probably will never know.

When I am visiting for a banquet event, everything is very well organized and professionally prepared. The staff are helpful and respectful when asked a question, and the food that they had prepared for us was phenomenal! It is always a pleasure to attend anything hosted by the Delta.

The location is great and the staff are fantastic. The room was dirty, I kept finding long hair stuck to my socks and not I nor my partner have long hair. The key deactivates when it as little as comes close to a cell phone. I had to remagnitize my key 4 times in 24 hours. The shower handles were broken. No fridge in the room. The bathroom is old and stained and the toilet seat was dirty. I had to ask them to come clean it. For a hotel that charges $200 a night, I expect more.

Comfortable room and bed. Nice staff. The Omega is a nice lounge to have dinner. Wednesday's prime rib special is delicious and a good deal.

Great venue for meetings. Hotel has great conference rooms. Close to lots of restaurants and the casino.

We had a great time at the Regina Delta. It was close to the casino, mall and many restaurants downtown. The pool was a great experience and the rooms were clean.

Attended a charity benefit here that was done well. The room was nice, staff was great and accommodating. Parking garage across the street makes for easy transport too.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are doing renovations so they offered a small gift bag to apologize. I had a renovated room and it was very nice. Bathroom was great with a large shower. Comfy bed. The angles of the room are a bit odd, for television watching et al. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Nice big windows.

Great renovated rooms with huge windows, nice layouts in the rooms, comfy beds that are not overly soft. Better than average hotel gym and exceptional pool. Mall and casino access is a plus.

Bread was 4.00, bacon was 6.00 coffee was 4.00
14.00 for bacon sandwich and coffee.

First time in Regina and it's been great! Awesome service by hotel staff. Location is awesome for shopping, restaurants and of course casino. Short walk to a beautiful park as well. A little outdated in decor and rough looking in a few spots but I hear they are renovating so it will be even better next time! Overall great experience!

It was a great room on the 25th floor. Good view to the west of the new Mosaic stadium and the airport. The complimentary breakfast at Indigo was below average.

Great welcome at check in — friendly and efficient, with a personal touch. I was upgraded to a suite due to my Marriott status. The room was large and very comfortable. Downside of the hotel was the food offering for dinner — no atmosphere at all and decided to walk the cold streets in search of an alternative. Ended up at the Casino, which was marginally better. Definite room for improvement Delta Marriott.

The rooms look nothing like they do on the website. When booking I was not made aware that the rooms were in the process of being renovated and the old ones are run down dirty, with ripped chairs and disgusting carpets to name a few things. I was not aware I needed to request an upgraded room to get a Delta standard room. The room I got was worse than your average motel room. I will never be booking at a Delta again as a result of this and the staff turning a blind eye to my concerns.

So was our honeymoon and had to bring our dog cause one has a medical condition so we booked a room here for our last night on travels back and put on 14th floor and was so discusting ruined our last night traveling… floor was covered in pee stains from other pets and not shampoo ed much by smell, wing bones on floors in hallway, hallways stained covered carpets, old bathrooms Wil paint peeling on ceiling above us I shower… pictures looked good online but sad to say nothing like it at all very sad not nice for our ruining of honeymoon would liked to been treated better then that and never got resolved after after told we would get a free stay email never came sorry.

It had been a few years since I last stayed here. The beds are very comfortable, the room was clean and the location is great!

I have stayed here several times and with my sports teams, service not bad. Just stayed here on the weekend for a banquet and my daughter had left something behind. Upon calling the front desk as we were driving back home the lady at the front desk answered the phone and as I introduced myself to ask her about it she hung up on me. I am totally not impressed. And will be rethinking where we stay when we are in Regina. Personally and Business wise.

Fast professional excellent service. The food was good quality. It was a little difficult navigating to the space we were in. Nothing major but perhaps a TV right when you walk in the door would help. Other than that it was a great experience.

Would rate a 0 if possible. Room was out dated, they gave us the wrong reserved room the pool was dirty, and wort of all the power went out in the hotel and in a time of emergency we went down the stairs and out I grabbed one of the railings and the whole thing broke I could have easily broke my neck. Luckily my uncle caught me. Used to love this hotel but wouldnt reccomend it. Never returning.

Attended an evening event at the Delta. Beautiful hotel. Lovely atmosphere. Impressed by the size and number of event rooms. 1st visit.

Having stayed in various hotels throughout Regina, I was somewhat let down by the Delta. Granted there are more recently constructed hotels, this one felted dated and plain. I can't speak for any amenities outside the room, but I was surprised that in room meal ordering was unavailable past 11:00pm. There are also a few nasty holes in the plaster walls and baseboards through the hallways between rooms. For the price there are options in Regina that provide a nicer room, however they may not be as centrally located.

Over priced rooms look outdated. Customer service called after review. Offering free upgrade next stay. Which was nice. But during the stay my wife requested a fridge and a microwave when she booked the rooms. We get there and there is neither. She called the front desk twice through out the day before we got one. And then was informed they don't offer microwaves. The swimming pool is very nice and good for kids as well. The restaurant has a very limited selection. Abs service was slow.

We stayed for one night at the Delta Regina. The room we were in was newly renovated and looked great, comfortable bed, well appointed rooms. Staff was excellent as well.

I stayed at the Delta Regina for three nights while attending a convention. The room (a single Queen with a pullout sofa) was well appointed, and comfortable. The location was easy to get to, and the amenities were very nice. The Delta Regina is one of the best hotels in Regina, and it was my ensure to stay there.

It was a beautiful facitly inside and the staff were all very friendly. It was perfect for our meeting.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Were there for a conference and even though we checked out at 11:00, they allowed us to stay parked underground.

Absolutely amazing hotel! My kids had an amazing time on the waterslide and in the kiddie pool. It was fun for the whole family. We had mentioned in passing on the phone while booking that we were there for our child's 5th birthday. When we got back to our room from supper there was a piece of cheesecake and a card for our son! He was so excited and loved the little homemade card they sent up. Our kids wanted to go swimming again in the morning before we left and the front desk was awesome about letting us check out an hour later so we could get one last swim in.

My family and I have been travelling from Winnipeg to Calgary then back to Regina and off to Saskatoon for our kids sports tournaments. This has been the worst and most expensive hotel we have stayed in. I gave 1 star for the friendly staff especially Mathew. Rooms very dated. The $17/day for underground parking is a waste. My truck barely fit down there. The pool area has a slide which was closed half the time because of "summer hours". Isnt that when most people with kids are on holidays? Pool and hot tub dirty. Rooms have no fridges or microwaves and we constantly had to take our cards back to the front desk because they would stop working. Will never stay here again. We chose this hotel mainly beacuse of the waterslide and pool which we barely used. We paid $160/night which was a complete waste. This is the first time ive written a hotel review as I dont like to complain but I felt I had to let other people know before they decide to stay here.

I'm shocked at their room design — just trying to find an outlet to plug in my computer at their desk — no outlets that are not behind the furniture, and no extension cord or something similar to make things easily accessible. Called down to the front desk just to check that this was the case and yep, I didn't miss anything. Highly not recommended for business travellers until basic work layout is resolved. Update — received a very quick reply from management which was nice: "our property is currently under renovations with 5 floors complete. You will find our renovated guest rooms and spaces have some of the most modern designed and tech-enabled areas available" I leave the current 2 star pending trying these new rooms. I would have appreciated knowing this going in and having the option to choose rooms, and I hope other travellers request this if needed. I do thank Brian from the Delta for his quick reply and efforts to remedy the situation. Quick suggestion for the older rooms — power bar.
